I was in the area and decided to stop by this store. It has been some years since I visited an Old Navy store (different location) and wanted to see if they still carried some tops I still wear during Fall/Winter months. Either the store overall no longer carries what I was looking for, or I may have missed it during the last season. I noticed they had what looked like a shawl to wear indoors and thought it would be perfect in keeping me warm. At the time I visited, there was a sale going on, so that helped a lot. They also had some sleepwear sets, but when I felt them, I noticed the material was very thin - more for maybe spring weather vs winter. I will look for that at a different store altogether. I did not stay long in this store. It was quick in and out. I still had good service when I checked out. read more

Old Navy - Men's Clothing Near Me - Laurel, Maryland

Since I had some time to kill in between errands, I decided to drop by this Old Navy just to check out what they have for 30-40 minutes. Since hitting my 30s, I've considered myself too "old" for Old Navy. But, I decided to open my mind a little bit...and escape the heat with some quick window shopping. I was quite surprised that I found a few summer wear items that were on sale especially because many items were marked off 30-50%. I thought the store, for the most part, had a decent inventory of clothes and was very well-organized. Overall, I thought customer service was pretty good. I get it's a part of their job, but I get a bit annoyed when I'm asked to apply for a high interest store credit card MULTIPLE times during a shopping adventure. It would be nice if these corporations could pass on savings to customers WITHOUT them applying for and using a store credit card. read more

Old navy was fully stocked with all of variety and sizes to chose from. I was definitely pleasantly surprised. The staff is very welcoming from the front to the dressing rooms. This location must've had some issues with theft. It had been a while since I been here but they had two security guards. The sales rack had some great items as well. Convenient location but the most inconvenient times. Usually the people are great and I'm happy with customer service. However, they close very early now, at 7PM, which makes it difficult to shop here unless you're able to come during the day or right after work. They also closed their doors at least 5 minutes early today, and I'm annoyed because I was trying to do a return...but the doors were locked at 6:55PM, even though the store should've still been open, IMHO. It's why I don't come to Laurel Old Navy most of the time anymore. read more

This store was very organized and every person in the store was attentive and gracious. I've been shopping at old navy a lot this holiday season for children and church members so I was extremely pleased to find a cleaner one than the one at prince George's Mall. read more

Came in to use some last minute super cash today and was so turned off by the customer service that I left. Around 6:30 the half of the lights were turned off as a lady went around saying if you was making a purchase that after 6:45 they would only be taking debit or credit. Being someone who works at another old navy I was highly disappointed in the service. There's a difference between helping a customer along to make a purchase and just being rude. Was only here because I was at dinner nearby but definitely won't be visiting again. read more

Customer service is awful. I was overcharged by 91.00 bucks and I went back inside to discuss it and the first cashier acted like I was bothering her and proceeded to put her hand to her temple and sigh. This is not the way you treat customers. A nice woman was kind enough to check the items for me and correct the overcharged items. I'm typically overcharged at this location. read more

I have never been to a more disorganized store in my life! I went here 12/29/16 - plenty of time to restock, make the store look good, and fix all their displays after the Christmas rush.... I walked in there, there was maybe 3 or 4 displays actually put together, everything else was a DISASTER! I'm talking clothes thrown everywhere!!! They had at least 10-15 free standing racks that were filled with mix matched clothes, that I'm guessing they were just too lazy to put back? I've worked in the retail industry before, and I do my fair share of shopping, and I've never seen anything like this before. I couldn't even think about purchasing anything because if I randomly found something that I liked that wasn't in my size I knew there would be NO way to find it, because nothing was organized and put together. I will NEVER go back to this store, the whole thing was a headache. I managed to find one shirt and a thing of sock to buy, and went to purchase, they had one person working the cash register, with 3 other employees just watching and pretending to fold clothes... really they were just gossiping and laughing the entire time, as the line built up. I got so fed up I just left. I wish I'd taken pictures, because I can't even describe what a cluster it was! read more

Love the new location! Clean and brand new, store is laid out in a modern and fun way. Staff at cashier was super friendly and helpful, informative about upcoming sales. Great sale going on when I went, no problem finding sizes. Great store, I can't wait to go back with my coupons! read more

This is a brand new location in the new Laurel shopping center. I went in on Black Friday and the place was packed. However, the line was moving and the people working were extremely nice. I will definitely go back to this location. read more

Every.single.time I come here there is at least a 10 minute wait to check out. The dressing rooms are a mess. Either the customers are inconsiderate or the employees lazy. Rather drive to go to a different store. read more

Went to this location the day before the Fourth of July. That was probably my mistake, but I was with a friend who insisted we visit the old navy after eating at nandos. This location is a lot smaller than the outlet location in arundel mills, which is understandable. But I feel that the selection was definitely lacking on basic items for families. This store seemed to emphasize novelty old navy items like socks, jewelry, bags, and seasonal items. Finding a basic pair of workout leggings proved to be a chore in all of the disorganization. I'll give this location a 3, because the staff was helpful, but maybe I will visit at another time to confirm or change my initial thoughts. read more

I have been in retail management for 10 years now and I have never in my life been into a store with such disrespectful associates. I went on 11/26/16 and the store was literally on the floor. I only saw 3 staff members, 2 on the register and 1 on the completely trashed sales floor. Clearly there is a management issue when it comes to scheduling during black Friday weekend. The entire clearance section was literally on the floor. The jean wall was trashed. IT WAS HORRIBLE!! When it came time for me to get in line, again only 2 cashiers, and over 20 people in line. When I finally got the register, the cashier did not greet me, she snatched my pile of clothes from me, and literally did not speak a word. I told her that I didn't want a particular blazer that I had picked up and offered to put it back, she then snatched it out of my hands, rolled her eyes, and proceeded to tell me my total. When I went to go and put on one of the shirts I had purchased a couple of days later, I realized the security tag was still on it. So now, unfortunately, I have to go back in order for them to take the tag off and I am not looking forward to it. Old Navy really needs to get it together or they are not going to survive this holiday season. read more
