I was using a pet sitter every weekend and wanted to make sure my kitties were in good care. It's great to get answers!

We had an issue with separation anxiety for one of our dogs and after communication with Martha she no longer has this problem.

They were communicative, friendly, and have a lot of experience with doodles. I let them know my pup doesn't like the hair dryer, so they took their time with him. He came out looking so good! Will definitely use this company again. The convenience alone is worth it! Thanks again, Ray & Jonathan!

I knew I wanted to hire a mobile groomer and I carefully read a few thousand reviews before booking with Hollywood Mobile Pet. Believe the rave reviews! I was impressed by how clean the interior of the van was -- it looked more like an operating suite than a pet bathing/grooming facility -- and the kindness of the groomers, who quickly calmed Penelope (and us). Although I had a general idea what kind of trim I hoped to see, they offered a few excellent suggestions, since she's still got her puppy coat. Along the way, they sent me progress pictures, a very nice touch. She emerged after about 90 minutes, as stunning as if she were going to spend her day at a gala event instead of sleeping at home. Absolutely A+, and I look forward to using Hollywood Mobile Pet again...and with a poodle, there will be many agains.

We've spent 10's of thousands on boarding, daycare and grooming over the years on our 2 Basset Hounds. Most of it at Wag Hotel in Santa Monica. Coming to Puparazzi was an upgrade in caring and attentive staff. Puparazzi closed with no notice at all (email sent on final day). Not sure what happened, but wish them all, all the best. Would LOVE to find out if/where Amber moved on to. Our Penny-Mae absolutely loved Amber. Nearly pulled the leash out of our hand trying to get in to her room each time. An EXCELLENT groomer.

***WARNING: This place starved our dog twice and lied to cover it up.***…read more We've spent over $4,300 at Puparazzi since 2022. It used to be well-run under the previous manager, Kirsten, but the quality of care has completely collapsed under the new management. In May 2025, our dog was returned to us with almost all of her food untouched. Initially they tried to give every excuse trying to explain the discrepancy. However after thousands in vet bills, the manager (Nan) eventually admitted she was likely fed the wrong food or not fed at all. We received a refund and were promised better oversight personally from Nan. In September 2025, despite our experience in May, during my wife's medical emergency, we boarded her for one night. She was returned to us yet again with her food untouched. Staff told us she had been fed, but after more health issues, the manager later confirmed on camera that she had not been fed at all. [Email w/ the admission in screenshot] This isn't a one-time mistake. It's clear neglect followed by dishonesty. No responsible pet owner should ever trust this facility again. Complaints have been filed with local authorities for violation of California Health and Safety Code §122383(d).

My cat is pretty skittish so I've opted for in home vet visits for a while but unfortunately those companies seem to go out of business. I found this place on Yelp and decided to give it a try. They have a parking lot - which is great to not have to worry about finding street parking and then potentially needing to carry my cat a long way. The waiting room was clean and inviting and the receptionist was also very kind. We waited for probably less than 5 minutes before going to a room. The vets were super patient with Nala and tried their best to make her comfortable. They were super helpful in answering my questions and transparent about care and pricing. I will definitely be back!

Many animal parents have no animal health insurance and all charges may and likely will, add up to…read morehuge bills, so requiring an examination with every or even most situations, may make animal healthcare unaffordable. If an animal (patient) was brought to the clinic to get vaccinated for known allergies for example, then an examination is unnecessary; these (charged) examinations seem to be a back-door way to rack up fees, just to see a doctor. Just to be clear, examination fees vary based on location of the clinic, but it appears to average $80.00 per examination. Another problem that is predictable, is if a healthcare situation occurs when there are no bars on your smartphone, then you are out of luck. You would have to transport the animal patient to somewhere that has cell phone service, just to communicate with the clinic's staff and/or doctors. It seems only reasonable to pay for an examination when an animal family member is experiencing new and/or idiopathic (of unknown cause and/or origin) symptoms that require a thorough health screening; but if symptoms are known or care is routine, there should be no examination, therefore no examination charges!

They're so flexible and easy to work with - they are everything I ever wanted in a doggy daycare. You can tell they love all the dogs just like their own. My dog has made friends with other regulars there, even though he only goes a few times per month. I think this is because they foster such a great environment between the dogs there and quickly fix any naughty behavior. Kat always texts me multiple pictures of my pup throughout the day, which makes me feel great about his time there. I also love that they don't take on more dogs than they have space for or can pay really good attention to. We've tried other larger doggy daycares on the westside, but I wasn't comfortable with them once I saw how they have hundreds of dogs all crowded into one big space and they all just laid there! None of them were playing and none of them seemed that happy. That definitely isn't the case with Puppy's Playhouse. My pup comes back happy and tuckered out. Couldn't ask for anything more!
