Our last apartment complex always had 4 events every month and yoga class every Saturday morning. One thing I dislike about apartments is the lies they show, the photos on website always show updated version but when you move in, nothing is like that brand new version, we have an old stove with no clock on it (I get it "it still works") but really we're in 2026 and thinking this old stove is okay to place because of being so cheap, and cabinets are all peeled up wear and tear. It's always like that, ridiculous. But office is completely new everything with luxury look. The help with move in process was smooth and a park right across the street but that's about it. For the majority of the many years i spent here, it was the place to be and only option as far as i was concerned. The vibe was a comfortable sense of community and resident events. The office staff knew everybody and it was much more personal etc. The landscape was beautiful, the community was beautiful, and It felt upscale for sure. The maintenance staff was the best in the business. Yes, it was sold during this, but the same management team was intact, so it was still great. Fast forward to 2022- it was sold again, and this time, management went too and the entire staff. This was certainly the beginning of the end. No one knew what was going on, and the new office staff didn't introduce themselves at all. The first person I met was Travis when I walked into the office to figure out a little bit of what was happening. Travis, while professional, just seemed transactional. I knew then that we were in for changes. Throughout that year, they struggled to even keep a staff on. They went through probably three managers and couldn't keep a maintenance staff glued together. The people they were able to bring in weren't there long enough to even get uniforms. Then, the new company jacked up rent by an insane amount, and EVERYONE seemed to move out at an alarming rate. Police present many nights, squatters, noise, homeless people, break-ins, constant nitpicky nasty grams from the office to all residents in memo form about nonsense that all followed the change. Well eventually They dragged back the old assistant manager because they probably couldn't find anybody else to work there. I'm not sure if that was by choice, or she was conned into it, but I thought, hey, maybe a familiar face will improve things, and it was nice to see a familiar face. For a while, nothing much changed, They were completely unresponsive to noise complaints, and residents had to guess when maintenance was going show up due to no communication from the office. As time went on, the staffing problem leveled out, and they now have a full team and a full maintenance crew. People are moving back in instead of out. But the vibe still is not what it was. I thought maybe it was time to move and was just going to put in my notice, but it seems they beat me to that decision and sent me a letter not renewing another term. Cool with me i guess- I was then excited about the change of pace ahead, and honestly it's much needed. For anyone moving in here, I really do consider this place a very nice place. And I think if you're going to live somewhere, this place has the least amount of problems, There are some places in this town that are just insane- not really this one despite all the previous issues. I found myself a nice new home and the change of pace will be refreshing. But I will always love and miss this place and that's a fact.

Miro is by far the best place I've stayed by a long shot! The complex itself is small and I absolutely love that. Maintenance issues are taken care of quickly. Had an issue with the blinds needing to be replaced and they were replaced on all windows in two days. I don't recall a time where I've had a request closed that quickly. Access to CornerStone park and the little dog park is what sold me. Having the direct access with a gate is amazing. I can't thank Joshua enough for taking the time and answering all the questions we had back in January.

Tenants deserve honesty, professionalism, and basic respect, and unfortunately, that has not been my experience here. From the beginning, communication with management has been inconsistent, dismissive, and at times completely inaccurate. I have repeatedly received wrong information, and when those mistakes caused issues for me as a tenant, there was no accountability, no apology, and no effort to correct the situation. Instead, I was met with a tone that felt cold, unhelpful, and lacking even the smallest amount of empathy. What makes this even more frustrating is that these aren't minor inconveniences -- these are situations that directly affect my home, my safety, and my peace of mind. When concerns were brought to Madison's attention, they were brushed off or handled with an attitude that made me feel like I was a burden rather than a paying resident who deserves clarity and respect. Professionalism should be the bare minimum for someone in a management role, yet what I experienced was the opposite: * Unprofessional communication * Incorrect information given multiple times * A lack of follow-through on important issues * Zero accountability when mistakes were made * A dismissive attitude toward legitimate tenant concerns What's most disappointing is the complete lack of humanity in the way situations were handled.
