On my 2nd lease and love living here. Maintenance is on top of it. I see them clean up the trash areas and help kids get the trash bags into the bins. The pool has enough lounging chairs that there's never an issue tanning. Lots of shopping close by as well. read more

Lived there for 1 1/2 years the apartment itself is beautiful and they're good about fixing things but be prepared!!! -SO MANY cockroaches. You can't step foot anywhere during warm weather without there being tons of roaches and they get inside. -BEWARE the tow trucks are ruthless and you will have to pay a ton if you plan on getting your car back. My car got towed and I had to pay $270 the same day I picked up my car. Besides that the amenity's are nice. Good luck! read more

EDIT: It has come to my ATTENTION that when we spoke with the female in the leasing office about our car being towed (within 30 mins of it happening), she lied to us by saying she never signed off on a car being towed. But it has come to my attention that towing companies can't just take my car without someone from the leasing office signing off on it because this is still PRIVATE PROPERTY! I want to know WHY they did that when you can do a simple license plate search and be able to tell that I was authorized to park there! Is this how you treat your paying tenants who have been committed to staying here?! We were planning on staying longer and leaving when we felt the market was right for us. But after our lease is over, we are done! You don't treat people like this and allow towing companies to just take our cars without notice! You guys didn't even bother to leave a sticker warning on my window! Are you guys getting kickbacks from the towing companies? Because this is getting plain ridiculous. Get your car towed for parking in the parking spot you pay for. Your friends and family can get their car towed if you allow them to park in the parking spot you pay for! Want to reverse park your car because it might be easier for you to get groceries out of your trunk and into your home? IT'A GETTING TOWED! SMH We have always paid our rent on-time. My license plates is connected with the parking space I reserved. Today around 1PM, my car got towed for not having a parking sticker on my front windshield. A sticker. And when I look at my fellow neighbors to my left and right, no one has stickers on their front windshield either. But somehow it's okay to tow my car and have the towing company charge me over $225 to retrieve my vehicle and it hasn't even been an hour and a half when I tried picking it up! I gave them hell because what honest company DOES THAT? And what decent apartment complex community ALLOWS it? The towing company tried saying it's because of not having a parking permit sticker, but when I called this same towing company on AUGUST 11th to come tow a car they was unauthorized to park in my parking spot, they made me jump loops and do circles to prove I'm the owner of the parking spot WHEN THE VEHICLE PARKED IN MY SPOT DIDN'T EVEN HAVE A PARKING PERMIT STICKER THEMSELVES!!!!! So based off of your reasoning to tow a vehicle without a parking sticker, why couldn't you just tow the car that wasn't authorized to park in MY spot since they TOO didn't have a parking sticker on their windshield???? MAKE IT MAKE SENSE! We really enjoyed this community up until now. We won't be renewing our lease when the time comes. We WON'T be referring anyone here! We were referred by a friend that used to live here. It saddens me that now I'll have to let them know it's just not what it used to be. You can literally get your car towed for reverse parking; REVERSE PARKING PEOPLE!!!!! You will literally get your car towed for any small reason it seems. My tags and registration aren't expired. But because I didn't display my parking permit on my front windshield. But I pay to have this exact parking space. They have my license plates that match the parking space I'm renting. This is just pure greed. Unethical. I can't stand with companies that steal from families. It's just wrong. Save yourself some time and headache & just look elsewhere. read more

We have been living here for 2 years and we just love it! We live in a 3 bedroom apt and its so spacious almost 1400 square feet and its perfect for our family !its my husband and I and our daughter, and our 2 pets 1 cat and 1 dog. One of the rooms is my husbands office ,he works from home. We are so happy to live in South Blvd and with all the amennities, pool , gym that we all enjoy! specially our daughter!The ladies at the office are very nice!Briannne and Marissa.and maintanance guys Anthony and Manny are wonderful!Glad to call South Blvd our home! read more

I loved living here for the first few months but things started to turn quickly. My car got broken into and so did my roommates(yes both were locked), when I called the front to let them know of multiple break ins nothing was done. Not even an "I'm sorry this happened ". There is not cameras! My parked car was involved in a hit and run. Luckily someone saw the man and gave us the description. parking is crap. There is dog poop EVERYWHERE. When we first moved in the dryer didn't work. The men came to fix it 3 times and still didn't properly do it so I had an uncle come fix it. Our AC stopped working for months and they didn't prorate our rent or anything. We just had to keep waiting for them to get a specialist. When finally we decided to leave they were upset because we didn't give them a 60 day notice! That's absolutely insane as most places only have a 30 day notice. The front office lady Fermarissa is extremely rude and has so much attitude for someone who just sits on their behind all day. They finally prorated our rent after fighting with them on our move out date. I'm pregnant and dealing with south blvd apartments definitely caused high stress! Please consider before moving here. read more

This place is HORRIBLE! Easily one of the worst places I've lived in, In 17 years while living in Vegas. Me & my wife moved into a 2bedroom 2 years ago which wasn't bad but the parking sucks, if you have more than one car or have visitors, good luck. It's a struggle to find parking... They charged for a trash valet but never supplied a trash can to leave out & would leave notes if we placed them On the ground outside our door. So eventually we just started taking the trash ourselves, yet still paid for a fee! We then transferred to a 1st floor unit with more space. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Our upstairs neighbor was very inconsiderate & the office couldn't do anything about it. All they encouraged us to do was call the cops. I didn't wanna go that route knowing kids were involved but finally gave in doing so after the office kept telling us time & time again it was the only way they can help. Once we got a red card from the cops we let the office know & they proceeded to tell us "It's going to be a long process for us to take any action against the neighbor" Then why the hell have yall been telling us to call the cops & that's the only way you guys can help us!?!? We just wanted the late noise to stop so we could sleep.. Shortly after they found a new unit for us & gave it to us @ the same price.....We transfed only to end up in the same situation AGAIN. The walls are VERY thin & NOW We lived next to another inconsiderate neighbor, someone who would blast music all hours of the night where our walls would vibrate all hours of the night...Our upstairs neighbors had dogs who would run & bark all day. If they ran their washer or drying it would vibrate our ceiling (Not their fault, these apts just sucks) Then the best part is after a few visits from pest control we found out our apt had an GERMAN COCKROACH infestation DUE TO OUR NEIGHBORS ONCE AGAIN. Office couldn't offer a single damn that for all our bad experiences here. Took 2 months with weekly visits, sprays, traps etc to clear our apts of everything. We thank god everyday we finished our lease & were able to move outta there. Now these guys have the nerve to send us a bill of $800 which $300 of that is to clean one of the tubs in the unit. Wtf...... as I said THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE & I WOULDNT LIVE HERE FOR FREE IF OFFERED & WOULDNT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO MOVE INTO THESE! read more

This is the worst place I ever live in Vegas. I dont recomended. Unfortunally I have contract and I cannot moved out. The apartments so old, expensive and the rules so strict like in the military. Family or friends is hard to find a parking when they came to visit. The certification 4/5 star in the website is not true. They buy people to put that on the web. The house is the place where we are suppose to feel good after a hard day of work but when coming home theres always something from the management. Marissa is a person without heart and she always wants to charge for everything, even if we pay and have the proof. Last thing they doing is torture the birds, they catch them and leave them inside for many days in the hot and cold weather until they die. I don't agree with the many things they are doing. Look away from this place at all cost! They have tow trucks come in and tow cars if you don't have a sticker on your car. Even though you pay EVERY month for your parking spot they will still tow your car. What I can't have a family member come and use my space that I pay for? They freely let tow trucks into our community so the tow trucks can make a profit. On top of that this place is under construction all the time. It's suppose to be a gated community but the gate is always open. Has been for the past few months. Anyone can just drive right in. After this lease I'm done and so is my neighbors. Let this be your warning. Do not move into this place. Btw you can't even reverse park into your own stall once again THAT YOU PAY FOR or they will tow it. Reverse parking is actually the safest way to park btw. What if your car is in the shop and you are using a rental for a week. You wake up one morning to go to work and your car is gone because you don't have a sticker? I can't stress this enough.... Stay away! read more

I have lived at south Blvd apartments for over 13 years it has always been HOME for myself and my dog. I want to commend Nick the manager always there for any issues and deals with them quickly. The management team there has changed numerous times over my stay here but the team now is exceptional. we have get together always planned by Nick and gets residents together for occasions to meet and mingle. Always fun times! shout out to Nick for all the great things he does to keep our living areas clean and safe!
