Rude staff honestly. Called to verify if they took my insurance and the lady on the phone had no idea what she was talking about. My daughter has braces and we were referred to this woman by my colleague. Her staff completely discourage me from ever coming here. I really wish I would've got the woman on the phone's name to be able to file a complaint about her. I don't recommend this place at all!!!! read more

My daughter started receiving services from Dr. Martin 6 years ago. Dr. Martin insisted that my daughter needed two teeth pulled out for the invisalign treatment to be successful. Our regular dentist strongly opposed this plan. The teeth got pulled out. I signed off on paying the $6.5K for Dr. Martin's invisalign treatment. Six years of 'treatment' later my daughter's teeth are still in the same place and she's left with two giant gaps in her mouth. I will be paying $8K for two implants to fill those gaps this year. Dr. Martin has been completely indifferent to my questions or concerns over the years about the lack of effectiveness of her treatment plan. Dr. Martin doesn't respond to calls or emails from my dentist or myself. I've heard from several other former patients who've had a similar experience: 1) Unsuccesful treatment plan 2) Indifferent/non-responsive attitude from Dr. Martin. I highly recommend not using Dr. Martin. read more

We've been very happy with Dr. Jen and her whole staff. We've had three children get Invisalign with her, and she's always very patient. Two of the kids were not just simple braces, either. One needs a bridge for a tooth knocked out in elementary school, so she needed to provide room for the eventual bridge and later implant and one needs several extractions. The office staff is good about tracking you down to make appointments and she sends text and email reminders. read more

Highly recommend Dr. Jen! I'm almost done with having Invisaligns and cant believe the results. I'm extremely happy with everything. Currently in the process of having my wife get them and she is very excited about it. Entire staff is great and cant say anything bad about them. Payment plans are great and I like that fact that you can pay a few months ahead and not have to worry about it for awhile. Dr Jen has been doing this for years, every day of the week. I know there might be places out there that might be slightly cheaper since they are new and want to drum up business. Maybe they let the computer decide how your teeth should be shifted for the invisaligns. Dr Jen takes the time to make sure everything is correct and in place. I rather pay the little extra it cost to have the experience and knowledge she has. After my invisalign treatment was over she reevaluated everything and made some small touch-ups to make sure everything is done perfectly. Which means a few more months it will be til I'm done. I have been going to Dr Martin for a few years now. I showed up to her office with a severe case that included several dental specialists. Throughout this process, she and her office have been professional, understanding, and patient. As much as I wish I could hurry along the process, I have been extremely satisfied with my progress to this date. I am always welcomed with a smile every appointment, and the staff is truly invested in getting to know me. Dr. Martin and her staff are AMAZING! The staff goes out of the way to be helpful and definitely knows how to be professional and provide excellent customer service. Dr. Martin's staff have worked for her for many years. She has basically no turnover because everyone loves working there. It certainly shows in how everyone treats the patients. I recently had an emergency when the office was technically closed. I called and spoke to one of the technicians who waited for me to bring my son in for an hour. Dr Jen is a great orthodontist who always has time for her patients. She is improving my smile greatly.

A bit fabulous maybe, but always frustrating. Their hours are limited and if the appointment takes more the 15 minutes plan on missing work and school. So I need to work to pay for the service and I need to miss work to get the service. Hours are 9 to 5 on Mondays to Thursdays. Never open on Friday. But if the appt. takes the Dr. more than 15 minutes, they will not give you an appointment after 2 pm, now your child is missing school too. Except during the summer when they like to not work too much on Thursdays so they stop appointments at 3:00. So now, during the summer, we are down to M - W 9 to 5, and a bit on Thursday. After 2 kids had the work done here my third is going to an orthodontist that works full time hours. Once they have your contract signed you are stuck with their inflexible schedule. Ironically I have every other Friday off but could not take advantage of that and still had to miss work for 20 minute appointments or basically everything but rubber band switching. The staff could care less and they just smile and say "sorry, we don't book "long" appointments after 2 pm". When I asked about working Fridays and Saturdays they almost fell out of their chair. The teeth come out straight, but that is kind of a baseline expectation for $6K. read more

Dr Martin worked on both my kids' teeth. She did fine with my daughter, but my son didn't have such happy results. His problems were more extensive and unfortunately, once the braces were off and the prosthodontist started work on implants, it became apparent that the spacing was off by a fair amount. Thus, we were faced with starting all over again with braces or having the two sides of his mouth not really match. The whole thing was a nightmare and both my son and I were pretty disappointed in her work. read more

My bonded retainer needed to be fixed. I knew I needed to get it glued back on before my teeth started shifting. My own orthodontist had retired so I had to find a new doctor. I called many orthodontic offices and they all told me that there would be a consultation fee and a fee to repair my bonded retainer. I didn't understand why a consultation would even be necessary for a repair let alone be charged for the consultation. They also told me they wouldn't be able to see me until weeks later, but I needed to get my retainer repaired ASAP. So I decided to call one more office and it was Dr. Jen's. I had never been there before and I was not her patient. When I called Dr. Jen's office and told them that my bonded retainer had come loose, they knew the importance of getting it put back on before any shifting of the teeth happened, so they offered to see me the next day! Wow! I asked to come in a day or two later due to my schedule and they kindly allowed me to do so. The staff at Dr. Jen's was so friendly and welcoming. They made me feel very comfortable. Their extremely friendly treatment coordinator, I believe was named Joan, took me into the consultation room to do the initial assessment before Dr. Jen came in to do her own assessment. Dr. Jen then took me into another room where she quickly repaired the retainer that was on my teeth. Dr. Jen did the repair for free! She also didn't charge me for the consultation. I couldn't believe how gracious she was! Thanks to Dr. Jen, my retainer is as good as new and I didn't even have to pay for anything. Dr. Jen is truly a doctor in every sense of the word. She saw me as a patient who came to her for help. It wasn't about making money to her, but about taking care of me as a patient. She had never seen me before, but treated me as one of her own orthodontic patients. Dr. Jen is a really sweet and caring person. I wish more doctors had at least an ounce of her kindness. read more

We first met Dr. Martin when she came to our elementary school science fair. Our oldest child has just about finished treatment and we couldn't be more pleased. We have two more who need braces and they can't wait to start. We were very pleased with Dr. Martin and her staff, who really are like family.
