I've never thought that it is going to work out. But I'm glad that I decided to do it On my first visit, I met Dr. Greg and he suggested that we go to Invisalign instead of traditional braces. These were good for adults since they offered convenience of usage and the ability to remove them in case of a meeting or something that needs no braces. I wasn't aware of my insurance plan was covering a portion of my costs when Tiffany and team immediately notified me that they received a payment from my insurance provider and they promptly adjusted the amount of my co-payment. In the last phase of my treatment I had a tooth that wasn't cooperating with the alighers, so Dr Kan made a conventional brace just for that tooth then it started to comply. Also I'd like to highlight their exemplary care during COVID pandemic, they really managed the clinic's operation very well and maintained a healthy workplace for their staff and the clients. No follow up. When I attempted to see an orthodontist, I found that one of their providers was covered in our dental network, the other not. Arrangements had to be made to see the in network provider. We called four times as follow up on our end to schedule a consultation. We received a phone call letting us know they will call us back. Sometimes it is hard to trust a stranger with your health, especially during these crazy times, but Dr. Kan and Dr. Miller go above and beyond to take care of their patients. They genuinely care about their patients and the quality of their work. I've been mostly seeing Dr. Kan and she is incredibly patient and kind. She will answer all your questions and she never rushes you. She is 100% focused and committed to you during your time there and even through your time away (I had many emails). She has a super gentle touch that made me feel at ease. The whole staff is awesome. Lizette will help you figure out finances with orthodontics and make you feel really comfortable. The office is very clean and definitely practices Covid-Safety. My treatment has been kind of a pain because of coordinating with other dentists and oral surgeons but Dr. Kan and Dr. Miller even reached out to my other dentists/oral surgeons on my behalf to try and get me seen earlier. They are more like good friends and thats really the best you can get when it comes to someone taking care of you. read more

I've had a baby canine that wouldn't come out and an adult canine chillin' up top for as long as I've had half my adult teeth. So far I've had oral surgery to remove my baby tooth and attach a special chain to the adult tooth, a bar across the roof of my mouth to hold my pallet in place, and a spring attached from my molar to the chain to pull the adult tooth down. Once it's down, I'll have full on braces. I picked Dr. Miller because 1) he takes my insurance (A Delta Dental HMO plan) and 2) he has great reviews on Yelp. After years of needing to have work done, I finally have orthodontic coverage! Doctor Miller made me feel at home from the moment I walked in the door. Obviously he's a phenomenal orthodontist, but on top of that, he and his entire staff treat you like family. They know who you are. They know your situation. They know where you're coming from. It's great. At one point the bar/spring was touching my other teeth and interfering with my bite a bit. I brought up my concern, Dr. Miller worked his magic, and by the time I left the bar was completely clear of everything. I couldn't even feel it under my lip! (See picture) Any time I have a concern, he works miracles to make it disappear! And he doesn't try to make you talk while he's working on your teeth! Talk to you? You betcha! But ask you question you'd need to move your mouth to respond to? Nope! I've been seeing him every 3 weeks or so for a while now (my work is expected to take over 2 years total) and every time has been great. Even when my mouth is sore from tightenings I leave happy. Dr. Miller is a very nice guy, and a very professional orthodontist. His staff is also very nice, but their phone etiquette leaves some to be desired. I call them to pay my bill using my debit/credit card, and was asked if I would like my card on file, to which I replied "sure, that would make it easy for next time" I said. Well two weeks later I get charged automatically out of my account without permission. Pretty upset I called later and asked them why I was charged automatically? They said my card was on file. I said "so what?" They told me that means when they do that, it is automatic. I said well I didn't understand, nor have I ever heard of such a thing before.......... dead silence. No apology for misleading me, no "Is there anything else I can help you with?" I then said I can let it go this time, but don't do it again please. Then all I got was a "goodbye" and hang up. Very unprofessional. I think they might have "too many chef's in the kitchen" from what I've observed there. Except for that mishap, I would give them 5 stars. read more

Found Dr Miller on YELP and came to correct my smile which I've been self conscience about forever and wanted to fix for many yrs. Upper jaw narrowed and when I smiled in pics, I could only see front 6 teeth visible. (Bottom teeth are ok with decent alignment.) Started adult top (ceramic) braces treatment in October 2016. Process with take approx 2 yrs. and will require S.A.R.P.E. surgery to be done to correct narrowing of upper jaw. Dr Miller and oral surgeon are working together for surgery in March 2017. Really happy about my progress thus far. Dr Miller is always keeping me informed about my progress and what to expect next. Office staff is professional and personable.
