They have never answered the phone or returbed my calls and the shop always looks closed. I wish I could go in a store front because the website; albeit two years outdated (see bottom of website 2012) shows some delicious items I don't see available to order. I want them! I went ahead and ordered a tin that arrived today via Fed Ex and late which is expected of Fed Ex. The shipping is very expensive and it would have cost less to drive there from my home. I gladly would have too and bought more, but shipping costs prohibited that. Their website shows they are available at 5 Rice stores in Houston.. There is only one store left in Houston and they were sold out and won't get any until next year. Less mileage to drive to Chappell Hill from where I live. With all my complaints, this Caramel is far better than any I have ever had and better than any chewy pralines I have ever consumed. From what I can see on all of your low rating responses you are a very angry man and need some classes in customer service. We bought a ring pop in the shape of a teddy bear walked right outside the store and opened it to realize that it was all melted and not even on the ring anymore. We asked to exchange it and the man in there would not allow it. Not fun dealing with a crying 5 year old trying to explain why someone won't let us exchange it.

We thought it would be some regular chocolate shop but were we presently surprised. Upon walking in we saw a lady making fresh chocolates within the mold. We were amazed with the beautiful display of chocolates. It felt more like an art gallery rather than a chocolate shop. Each chocolate could be there own art piece. That's how pretty the chocolates were. The owner was so nice and walked us through all of the chocolates. We were skeptical at first since the price seemed high for chocolate. After eating them the price was justified. This is some of the best quality chocolate I have had! This place is perfect for a special gift for someone, event, or valentine.
