I was told the situation would be "investigated," but I was not provided with any follow-up, clarification, or documentation addressing those concerns. While photos of the food and setup were shared, I did not receive any photos of the drinks related to the concerns I raised. I followed up via text on Monday evening requesting a fair resolution, but as of Wednesday I have not received a response. Overall, the communication after the event has left me with unanswered questions, and the experience did not align with what I believed I was paying for. I am still open to a resolution, and I recommend that anyone booking ensure all details--including quantities, beverages, and service expectations--are clearly outlined and confirmed in writing ahead of time.
