One side is like a candy/ice cream store and the other is a restaurant. The candy store is one that has old timey candy that I remember eating as a kid. I came across an advertisement on Facebook about this tour where they were visiting multiple cities around Texas to have customers sample some of their wonderful flavors. So I stopped by and I wasn't expecting much, but they surely exceeded in every capacity. Not only could you have one sample you could have multiples. Of course I didn't want to come off as greedy, but I sure did try a few flavors. Why not? It's free! The workers were very kind and they moved efficiently, even with people, all unorganized and calling out a variety of flavors that they wanted to try. They served each customer with a smile in their face. Now that's some top-notch service! I was able to sample: Krazy Kookie Dough Gooey cake batter Salted Carmel brownie Strawberry cheesecake I won't lie I still dream about the salted caramel brownie! I wish I could've had some more of it. I guess that's the upside of these tours... It makes you want to go in store and buy more! I see what she did there bluebell lol. Customer Service always unmatched. And now will surely have to go in stores and get that salted caramel to get my sugar fixed very soon.

We then walked over to the main building where there is a store and the observation deck. On the observation deck is where we met Eli. We asked 1 question (of course I don't remember which one that was!) and he was a wealth of information. He explained what each of the lines were producing which vats contained the flavors and pointed out where they load the pints and sherbet cups. No cameras are allowed on the deck. It was truly amazing to see the operation in production. Just a note - it closes at 2, so make sure you plan your time around that. Once we left the observation area, we went to the gift shop and ice cream parlor. I nice scoop of your favorite flavor for a dollar?? Wish I had room for more! It was totally delicious. When in Brenham, you must stop at the creamery. I
