Pool is nice and they do have a big clubhouse for activities. We stayed near pool and bathrooms but you almost need an appointment to go to bathroom. The men's bath only has one toilet and one shower. The full timers seem to always be using it first thing in morning until about 9 am. There is a small store, with ice and firewood, a boat ramp was hoping for a good sit to fish but I couldn't find any.

We stayed at lot 806 and the views were amazing. I will say, we stayed out of season in Mid October so we had a lot of spots to choose from. Booking was super easy and the check in process very simple. Property was beautiful, bathrooms and shower very clean. The bathhouse was alittle cold in the morning but the windows were open, the door was as well and adding that it was 35 degrees through the night so can't judge them on that. Thank you again for an easy and wonderful stay. We will be back next fall.

It's a very quiet and safe campground, with campers coming back season after season, many for multiple generations establishing what is known as our tight knit "camp family." All 30 RV sites are at least 40' x 40' and have a fireplace, picnic table, water, sewer, and electric. Our three tent sites have water and 30amp electric; there is a portapotty at the tent site, and a bathhouse with hot showers and flush toilets in very close proximity. Dump station found here as well. We also rent RVs/campers which include almost everything you need for your relaxing vacation! Activities are planned most summer weekends, and are suitable for kids and adults! Kids also have a playground area with jungle gym and horseshoes for all ages (care to join in on the tournament?). There's also a garage/rec hall with games, a fridge, oven and tables for potlucks or rainy days, and it's also where we have fun parties with dancing to our camp band's live music!

This campground is probably great for a self-contained camper that only needs hookups. People are…read morefriendly. Restooms are clean. Most sites are large, flat, and surrounded by trees. Restroom facilities are sparce. There are two restroom facilities and one of them has two shower stalls per gender for the entire campground. Tent sites are far from all facilities. I wonder why so many campgrounds, including this one, puts Class A, long-term campsites near the restrooms and leaves the rest of us, who need restrooms, to struggle with the long walk.

We found White Birches, it was still open to our surprise. The spot we were at was pretty close to the other RV's but we weren't complaining. The best thing about this place was the "Shelburne Basin Trail" that is part of the camp ground. We got up early and went and hiked it. So beautiful!!!! All the fall leaves and the river were breathtaking! I definitely recommend this campground. The hook up were great and we were able to fill our propane tank as well.

We had a very good experience renting Tom's largest camper for four nights in July 2018. He…read moredelivered/set it up at a campground in OOB on a Monday about 6:30 pm and then came back to get it at 10 am on Friday. The camper was very clean and modern, adequate for four adults and two teen girls. It makes me laugh, though, that the "official" sleeping capacity of this trailer is 8-10 people. That would NOT be comfortable. In my opinion, the only bed that can comfortably accommodate two adults is the queen size bed. All the other sleeping spots (including the sofa, dinette and two bunks) are best for either one adult or two small children. The bunk mattresses are thin-- really best for kids even though the weight capacity of the each bunks is 300 pounds. I know that all campers use these same overly generous descriptions of sleeping capacity and don't fault Vacationland Rentals at all for their representation. Rather I just thought I would share my two cents in case it could help inform someone else's travel plans. As I said, my experience dealing with Tom was very pleasant and we will definitely call on him again if we decide more camping is in our future. (Oh, the one small suggestion I would offer is that we would have loved to have a toaster in the camper. We used the stovetop to toast bagels but it wasn't quite the same. Otherwise, the camper was well equipped. Thanks so much!)
