Back in June, I had an accident in my 2021 Toyota Corolla. My car was inoperable for the entire summer. Once the insurance company from the other owner complied and begin working with the body shop, the overall experience with working with Arnie and Eddie was one of the best experiences of customer service I've ever had. They kept me well- informed about the repairs. They ensured they'd return my car to me nearly new. They eased my discomfort for having any future issues with my car. I asked Eddie why the insurance company did not total the car out. He stated, "Toyotas keep their value and no worries we'll make your car new again." He is ABSOLUTELY correct! This auto body shop is a fraud. They had mu car for months and promised they would have it fixed so many different occasions. I tool it to another collision place and they used mostly all parts from China not part for my vehicle. They have really bad attitude, no customer service skills at all. I'm very disappointed in the amount of time it is taking for my car to be repaired. I dropped my car off Nov. 18th 2023 for repairs after an accident causing damage to the rear end of my vehicle. I was told it would be ready within 2 weeks. Here we are 2 months later and I've been lied to repeatedly. Every week there's a different excuse as to why my vehicle is not ready. I'm so frustrated. We went to pick the car up today because they told us it would be ready again, and it doesn't look near ready. Shops get backed up and that's understandable, but to continuously lie and inconvenience my family is unacceptable. If I could take my car out of there today I would. But instead they're estimating another 2 weeks for repairs. Will keep you updated. read more

I requested service with this auto body shop and at first I thought it was okay until it started taking forever for $3,000 job I really believe it does not take almost a year to fix the communication is not good he says it'll be ready on this day and then it's never ready on that day or he needs more parts and he don't have the parts this place is not a good place to take your car even if your insurance company suggest that I've been waiting almost a year for my car to be fixed and I still don't have it and it's already going to be December I think he's very unappreciative to my feelings and what I need to have done to my car he took advantage of my time and my patients and he does not deserve my money so if you're thinking to take your car here I would think again do your homework and if you speak the language make sure you speak the language . read more

DO NOT take you're car here. My car has been at this shop for over a month and they haven't even worked on it. They kept telling me the car would be ready and when I called to go pick it up they said they needed more time because the parts haven't came in. When I asked for proof of the order they couldn't show me any receipts because they didn't have any. Very unprofessional and I tried my best to give them the benefit of doubt. I called them out and said if they didn't have intentions of fixing it why would they take it in. The guy running this place isn't fit for the job. Constant lies. Don't bother wasting your time with this place. They should be shut down. read more

Arnie from Martinez Auto body did an absolutely awesome job! From the beginning of my experience with getting my car hit, he has been so professional and friendly. He explained the process with insurance companies and I knew he was speaking truth. He made me fell like family. The way he communicates is great. The car..... the car..... the car looks awesome!!!!!!!!! Omg!!! It runs like new!!!!!!!..... omg I'm begging my husband to trade cars with me... but of course he to is loving the job Arnie did as well and it is his car after all. Martinez auto body is definitely the place to go for collision crashes. The insurance... smh.. (shaking my head).. the insurance "American access" was horrible. Absolutely HORRIBLE service and full of false promises. Our insurance forced this body shop on us for a wrecked car door. What was estimated to be a week's long repair eventually turned into several weeks with 3 different promised dates. Every time we showed up the car wasn't ready even though we were consistenly assured it would be. To "make up" for the inconvenience we were told they would cover the price of the car rental that was mounting. Fast forward a year and a half later and we come to find out they NEVER paid for the car rental when we went to rent an emergency car! Horrible service, awful time management, and LIARS. Even without a car in their shop, they still found a way to infringe on our lives. Do NOT use this shop. read more

DO NOT RECOMMEND this place at all if your trying to get your car fixed. Had my car fixed due to a hit n run and took them 2-3 months to get my car back. My insurance had paid for all costs when i took my vehicle in and to top it off they give me back my car with different lug nuts and a cracked windshield. Took my car back and they said that my " CAR " was already like that. Umm HELLO, my vehicle was obviously paid by my insurance to have everything fixed due to the accident!! Point is, its been about 1 yr 1/2 and i never heard from them again after calling and calling. I'm not sure why the reviews are bad on Yelp. I was hit by a driver with substandard insurance. Martinez Auto Body was the only Indiana company that will work with the insurance company. I met with Arnie. He showed me the parts that needed to be replaced and why. He showed me how the insurance company came up with their numbers. He pointed out what parts the insurance company was trying to get that were after market. My car is a lease so they would have to push for original parts, and gave me tips for how to present a car when the lease it up and I turn it back in. They showed me why they would need to subsidize the quote and they went to the insurance company for me to get the additional needed money. There was some waiting on the check from the insurance company, but they stayed on them. The turn around time from the date of drop off was literally as fast as they could with the stalls from the insurance company. The work is flawless. I can not tell the entire side was smashed. It drives really nice. I assume they did a realignment because it handles great. I was very impressed with the work quality and their dealing with the insurance company. My insurance would have had a $1000 deductible to subrogate, so it saved me that huge hassle. I am very impressed. Only complaint, and it is minor, they could have let me know the specifics of the delays from the insurance company, but again that is a very minor complaint, and I get they are busy fixing cars. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AUTO BODY SHOP!! I had to use this shop because this shop was through my insurance. The front end of my car was totaled from a car accident. I was promised in two weeks my car would be fixed, and the body shop would call if there was any problems. I had to call to check in on my car, not once the body shop called to tell me and kept me updated. I was promised 3 different dates my car would be finished. When I showed up to pick up my car, I test drove it and the alignment was off. So I had to wait ANOTHER day without my car. Terrible customer service, anytime I called to check on my car the guy who answered the phone would never called back as promised. DO NOT go with this shop! What was promised two weeks without my car, turned into over a month! Save your time and your money! read more

If you need your car fixed asap, this is NOT the place to go. The amount of time I had to wait to get my car back was ridiculous! I waited nearly 2 months to get my car back! when I finally did, I had to take it back twice for other things they "forgot" to check. Do yourself a favor, and avoid all the headaches. They are nice people, but have really bad customer satisfaction. The need to hire professionals that can work in a timely manner.
