They do have daily specials, but we went our ole faithful, enchiladas. We did start with chips and salsa. These chips are solid and allow you to scoop up their slightly spicy and rich salsa. I ordered their Tex-Mex enchiladas. These are 3 large enchiladas. I ordered one of each chicken, beef, and cheese. They arrived stuffed to the gills and covered with awesome queso. The dish comes with a generous portion of beans and Mexican rice. Taqueria Guadalajara is the real deal, and we will definitely be returning on our next road trip.
