His crew showed up on Sunday, did the whole roof and came back Monday and finished up with the gutters. Excellent work and cleanup of the job site.

So last year was a complete disaster. I had someone come and give me a quote and had no less than 4 broken promises of someone to come and do the install. A year later, my husband asked if we were going to try again. The owner did reach out last year after my negative review and an email I send to him apologizing after-all. Reluctantly, I reached out again this year. I contacted the owner directly. He responded right away and welcomed the opportunity to provide service this year (Christmas lights). 10/10 experience! Someone reached out scheduling my date, someone texted to confirm my date, someone called the day before to confirm the layout, we even FaceTimed! Someone called the day of to confirm again, and the confirmed person arrived on time! He did an amazing job. When I asked for one thing he confirmed I really wanted it like that and once he questioned it I realized I didn't, it wouldn't have looked good so I appreciated him asking as opposed to just doing it like the layout said. He tweaked things once he looked at it from a distance and I mean the entire experience was just amazing. So much so we are going to have them quote us some permanent outdoor lights for our backyard. Hands down I would recommend them.

Came in the next day and told me he finished it, but when I got home I noticed my front brick of the house was not even touched and had lots of debris still. And that's where things went downhill. Even though I paid their overpriced invoice of over $650 right away as I thought they'll stand behind their work, I got nothing but run around from all their people who not only ignored my calls and even rescheduled me for the wash but never even showed up nor apologized for again wasting my time and eventually stopped returning my text, calls and emails!! they got their money and they're gone!!

I had an appointment scheduled for the following week and was asked to send a text with a photo and maybe they could give me an estimate from the photo. I sent the photo and the day of my appointment it was getting late so I called and was told I wasn't on the schedule for an estimate. They don't know what happened but would have John call me. No call. The next day I called and again they would have John call. Now it's the next week and I called again. I was told John had just gotten back from being off with the flu and was very busy, but would have him call. No call, so I called again and left a message that if our job was too small, just tell us that rather than blowing us off. I spoke with someone from the office and she said she thought this had been taken care of and would have John call when he got back into "cell" range. Again, no call. They were very competitive on price, and did it the right way with the proper ice barriers, preparation of the surface, replacement of the decking needed, etc. Reno, the salesman, did an excellent job of explaining everything and kept me informed along the way. He made me aware of additional issues as they removed the roof and was extremely fair in the replacement cost. Reno was there throughout the day supervising and working with the crew. They showed up on time with a huge crew and replace a 3500 square-foot roof in a day. They went out and quickly got additional decking and a couple 2x6's to make repairs that were needed. They did an awesome job with the cleanup. I walked around after the crew was gone and found less than a handful of pieces from the roof removal. I would not hesitate to hire them again for a roof replacement.
