Really hidden shop in a corner. I needed 4 tire sensors for my car. Contacted them and was given a price quote. Shopped around and they had the best value. I scheduled an appointment, and was in and out fairly quickly. Great service!

They touched up my damaged rim. Before and after, i could hardly find the original damaged spot after the touch-up. Impressive!!!

I hit a curve really hard, and my rim and wheel got damaged. After the incident, my car is making a weird noise when driving. i thought i have to replace the rim and the wheel before i went to the shop. And the shop manager told me they could just touch-up the rim and the wheel. It only took them half day to get the job done, the rim and wheel were beautifully polished and i could hardly find the original damaged spot. They also fixed the noise problem after doing an alignment. Most importantly, it cost less than i expected. Very satisfied and happy with their service. Staff were very friendly too! Highly recommended!!!

As a first-time customer, I brought my '79 El Camino to this shop because the car was idling high…read more After the service, I paid $500. They replaced my intake manifold gasket, BUT a P0200 engine code appeared afterward. I went back the next day and explained the issue. They told me they had left an injector unplugged and instructed me to clear the code, saying it would reset. The code was P0200, so I followed their instructions and cleared it. The code went away. The next day, I drove the car and it suddenly started shaking while sitting at red lights -- something it had never done in the five years I've owned this car. I checked the engine codes again, and P0200 had returned. I went back again and explained what I had experienced. They then told me that, in order to address the P0200 issue, they would first have to start by checking for vacuum leaks. This is where I became frustrated. P0200 is an injector circuit malfunction code, so I didn't understand why I was being told that I needed to start with vacuum leaks in order to address that specific code. I had already paid $500 for the initial service, and now I was dealing with a new engine code and a new shaking issue that the car had never had in the five years I've owned it. After declining any further service, I picked up my car from the shop. I then noticed a scratch along with a missing piece of rubber trim on my front bumper. I had not noticed either issue before bringing my car to the shop. The shop claimed they did not hit anything with the car, but they are also ordering me a replacement rubber piece. Overall, this was an extremely frustrating experience. As a first-time customer, I came in expecting to have my original issue addressed, paid $500 for the service, and left with a new engine code, a new shaking issue, and damage/missing trim that I had not noticed before bringing the car in. Based on my experience, I won't be returning. I would recommend that anyone considering this shop be aware of what happened to me and carefully inspect their vehicle before leaving the shop. Matthew took the time to do things right. He test-drove my car, thoroughly inspected the pads, rotors, calipers, and master cylinder, and gave me straight answers. Instead of upselling me, he confirmed the major components were solid and recommended a cost-effective brake bleed to clear out trapped air first. He didn't manufacture false urgency, charged an fair price, and put my safety and best interest first. Finding a mechanic with this level of transparency is rare. Matthew has earned my respect and future business--highly recommended!

Their pricing was also very reasonable, but what I appreciated most was their honesty and willingness to work with me. That really says a lot about their integrity and commitment to doing right by their customers. I truly appreciate the great service and honesty. Thank you Matthew & B! I would definitely recommend Top Alignment to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reasonably priced shop!

I chose this…read morecompany based on location and called ahead to confirm they could do more than just read basic codes. I had already done my own diagnostics and knew the car was running rich. I had ruled out the upstream O2 sensor, catalytic converter (both new), MAP sensor, and fuel injectors. I explained all of this to Matt before bringing the car in. He assured me they could perform deeper diagnostics with their equipment. After dropping off the car, Matt called and told me they had "confirmed" exactly what I had already told them, and that the next step would be pulling spark plugs--for an additional fee. At that point, I decided to go elsewhere. What I don't understand is why I was still charged the full $85 diagnostic fee, plus a $4 hazardous materials fee and $3 shop supply fee. Plugging a car into a diagnostic scanner does not generate any hazardous waste--no fluids are drained, no chemicals are used, and no parts are replaced. There's nothing about a basic scan that would justify a hazardous materials charge. That kind of fee typically applies when disposing of things like oil, coolant, or other regulated waste, none of which occurred here. In the end, I paid $92, wasted time and gas, and learned nothing new. The most concerning part was Matt admitting he didn't even know spark plugs would need to be checked as part of further diagnosis.
