Not worth the price point. Its not very clean, nail polish is old. I paid extra for callous remover and the tech just swiped the grater around without applying any pressure, not a fleck of skin was removed. When asked about it she suddenly couldn't understand anything I was saying. They also dont use the callous remover gel/plastic wrap, just fyi. Didn't wash the bottom of my feet or push back/remove any cuticles. She made the motions but didn't actually do it, it was wild lol read more

I went in with an idea from Pinterest and they perfectly executed it. Yoko was my technician and will be from now on. For the design she asked for an opinion from a fellow employee just to make sure it was perfect, and it was! I even asked for a last minute gold accent and it was no big deal. She explained the pricing before starting everything so it was very clear. A wonderful experience overall. Also last Christmas I brought 3 of my nieces in for their very first manicures and we were treated wonderfully and they had a great time. To be honest, I was a bit skeptical that my nails will turn out well because there are so many customers and I'm worried that they might rush to get works done. I've made appointment but I still have to wait another 10mins to get to do my nails. However, they're quite professional. I requested for gel ombré and Rose did such a great job! Great if you want a super fast pedicure, but not super thorough under 10 minutes total chair time for 35 bucks. I got a Classic Pedicure while my Mom got the Classic Manicure. Friendly staff, but the cashier was inattentive; I asked for change for my 3rd twenty and she simply gave me 5 dollars and my 20 back. I asked again for change and she looked at me like I was speaking Greek which is strange since I'm Italian, Scottish, Irish and Dutch. read more

Recently I visited Martini nails to receive my monthly self care pedicure. The pedicare was so rushed and she was very rough with my feet. I notified staff and they acted like they care and said they would have a manager call me back which never happened. I had to call back and the manager said everything was fine and " just make sure not to request that person next time". I then gave them another chance and i am not sure if its because I requested the classic or the express manicure that they rush through them. When I asked the lady to please be gentle with my feet, she start talking to the person on the side of her in another language, which i knew she was talking about me which is very disrespectful. I would go here unless you have a specific nail tech that provides customer service. read more

I have been going here for years but I would not recommend having your shellac removed here. The man who did my nails used a very wide and coarse emery board. The skin around the nails were scraped by the board and he had some difficulty getting one finger to stop bleeding. The pictures I have included were taken several days after the appointment and the skin is still very sensitive around the nails. I will not be asking for that service again. read more

We were in from out of town and found Martini Nail Salon on yelp. We were happy they took walk ins since it was so last minute. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful and the vibe in the salon was so fun! My boyfriend and I had the special of the month, the winter berry pedicure. We were so relaxed and it was probably one of the top three pedicures I've ever had, my bf said it was his best! We'd recommend this place to anyone! This was quite frankly the worst nail salon I have ever been to. Dirty, unorganized, and garbage results. My pedicure was truly awful. I have never had someone mix water with lotion and put it on my already wet legs. It felt like the technician was trying to race to the finish line with no attention to detail except for wanting to cut my toenails down to where they almost bled. When I told her that they were being cut too short and that it was painful she became insufferable. I do not know if this is just the standard in Omaha, as I did just move here, but I hope not. read more

One of my favorite places to go for a pedicure is here. We always put in RSVP to be sure we won't have to wait. This salon is centrally located so it's a great meeting spot for a friend or family member to join you. An added PLUS is great food choices nearby! That'll be another review! Extremely bad customer service! I came in for an appt & checked in, gal at the front (short blonde hair, glasses) told me to pick a pedicure chair so I did. As I sat down, in my head I'm thinking "should they offer me water?" No big deal, I would just ask the next person I saw. However, two ladies walked in & chose the 2 pedi chairs next to me. IMMEDIATELY, the same gal walked over to them & offered water, which at this point, I was confused. So a different lady walk by & I politely say "excuse me, can i get a water please?" She asks the same gal up front to give her a water for me. The water she gave me was warm, but the other ladies had cold water. I don't know if it had something to do with me being bi-racial and them being Caucasian, but that is how it felt. Still currently being serviced, but I figure I'd review while it's fresh in my memory. I got a pedicure, the mango splash supposedly. The pedicure was fine, a bit aggressive on the cuticle care and scrubbing my feet with the brush. Pretty sure she scratched me with it, it's pretty stingy in areas on my ankles. She put the USED cuticle nippers and USED toe nail clippers back into a bag where she got them from originally, where she has clear gloves in also. She also got her buffer from this bag. Who knows how many people the tools were used on before me, since they've been last cleaned and sanitized in barbicide. So gross. I need a refund. Who knows if I'm gonna get an infection from these tools. You should be very careful, you're gonna get sued from someone getting an infection. I use to do nails, and this is not where you wanna go for cleanliness. My toes look 'ok' but nothing else about it was even close to being 'ok'. read more

i came here and got some of the best nails I've ever had. while they were on i had taken care of them properly by cleaning them and making sure they were on correctly. i took them off to find that I had four nails infected with some kind of nail fungus. i attempted to treat them right away but months later i am still unsuccessful at clearing the fungus. the fungus spread to each and every one of my nails within a week or two. now, (there months later and many attempted treatments) i have lost two of my entire nail beds and every one of my nails is still discolored and popping with puss. i contacted the salon and their management THREE DIFFERENT TIMES AND WEEKS APART. i was told on two occasions tat it "wasn't the salons problem and they couldn't care less. but we can sell you an expensive cream??" yeah cause i want to give you more money.... anyway the management didnt care that the person who did my nails had an extremely unsanitary work station and was definitely the root cause. i was also told that it could have been that water got underneath my nails early on having them and that it means its my fault. well dont you think that if water got underneath my nails because they were lifting within days that there's a problem and they weren't put on correctly to begin with?? long story short, this place is extremely unsanitary and they do not give one crap what their service and product result is. its been three months and my fingers pop with puss every day and I've lost two of my real nail beds despite attempted treatments. I had hoped to find a new nail salon when I visited for the first time this week. I was disappointed from my first entry to the space. I wasn't greeted and had to ask for someone first. When I did connect with someone at the desk, I asked if the appointment would run on time. The gal said, "I don't know, I just got here". When I did meet my technician, she didn't say hello to me but started talking with her friend. All of this would have been okay with me, I don't need expert customer service. What made it worse was the uncleanliness and disorder of the entire establishment. All of the towels draped across work spaces were dirty, the area I was in was dusty with old finger nails scattered about! I will never return and would encourage you to find a different place if you are scouting about. It's too bad as this place is large and fairly well appointed, clearly just not run well. read more

Visited this past Friday around 1:00 expecting a wait and got right in for a shellac manicure. Facilities could use some updating. There are the visible paint chips and wobbly chairs that come standard with strip mall salons such as this, but overall the environment was pleasant. Plenty of room at each station, which is good since they pack people in. My technician, Annie, was great. As she sat down, she immediately asked me if I'd like anything to drink. She clipped and shaped my nails, asking me several times if the length and shape were to my liking. When she retrieved the color I had chosen, she double checked with me that it was what I asked for- a deep, dark burgundy. When she began painting a second coat on my thumb it became clear the color was going on streaky (I probably didn't have it under the light completely.), she removed the color entirely and started over on that finger. Clearly, she takes pride in customer satisfaction. The salon has a large selection of colors and their prices are competitive. For $28 I received a shellac manicure that included a hand massage. A few negatives: The receptionist seemed a bit rushed, could have been more personable. I also saw another technician grab a bowl used to soak customer's hand from one station, rinse it, and place it at an empty station. Seemed likely that bowl would be used on the next customer without being sanitized. read more

Went here to get nails done for my wedding. I brought three friends and my 3-year-old, and we all had a great time! I love the ombré pink-white acrylics that Nina did for me. The girl who worked with my daughter (I wish I had gotten her name) was AMAZING! She gave her bows on her toenails and bunnies on her thumbs. She was so patient and even braided my daughter's hair back so it would stop falling in her eyes! They just chatted the whole time - it was very sweet. The mango pedi (with paraffin wax) was excellent as well! My big toenails weren't clipped straight, so I did have to file them when I got home. Me and my sister when there for mani-pedis she got acrylics and I did dip, first off they have hardly any selection of colors at all. So there was the first downside. When we got our pedicures the nail tech I had didn't wear gloves AT ALL the whole way through it, which is a little gross. And my sisters kept beating the bottom of her feet as a apart of the "massage". Going on to the manicures they wanted to charge my sister extra money for the length of acrylics she wanted and an extra $7 to get a coffin shape. The shape of her nails came out different and he spent no time cleaning up the extra acrylic on the bottom side of them. I'd only go there if you wanted shellac and to be overcharged for every little thing. They sadly didn't have any of the colors I wanted in dip so I just stuck to plain black. read more

Wish I can give negative 5 stars. The first time I came here was great. Came a second time to get my acrylics off, and the lady was insanely rude and instead of soaking them off as most places do. She took a random fake nail that was on the desk and tried running it under a very stuck on nail. It hurt so bad. When I went to pull my hand away she grabbed it back and told me to calm down. So there is problem number one. Due to them being one of the only places open on Sundays. I went back with my sister, cause I told myself maybe it was just that girl that was super unprofessional. So I went in to get a mani/pedi. Get the pedicure, the manager (I think, a man?) kept telling me someone was coming to service me. Finally, after 10 minutes of waiting with my feet in the water, the nail tech came out and started. They weren't even busy, so in my head: 10 minutes was a little un-necessary. But OK. Whatever. I tell her I am also getting my acrylics off. and specifically told her they need to be soaked off and that the last time I came in, the other lady hurt me and that it wasn't okay. She then looks at my nails and said they were to thick? even though i had them for 3 weeks. I just wanted them off and she told me she was not going to take them off yet and that she was going to do a fill. GRR. So that was more money I did not intend to spend. So, back to the pedicure, never in my life I have ever gotten a pedicure where my nail girl literally took her wrists and started beating my feet, Like picture both palms on front and back of foot hitting it really hard. I told her it hurt and her and the girl next to her laughed. She stopped and put on polish. When done with that, she told me to go over to the manicure station, where she told me she was able to soak them off (As if I didn't tell her that in the beginning). So she trimmed them down and started the soaking posses. Obviously ,I know the possess takes 10-15 minutes. So as I got lost in a conversation with the lady next to me, I noticed 25 minutes had passed and I look over and my nail girl is LITERALLY WORKING ON SOMEONE ELSE. So the guy who seemed to be in charge noticed that my girl worked on someone else and finished my nails for me. She straight up had the audacity to come back after he finished to put the smallest amount of lotion on me. And told me my total was 70 dollars. At this point, I'm pissed off and I told her iI'mnot paying 30 dollars for just taking my acrylics off. The manager dude then stepped in and told me I had to pay. What should have taken on 30-45 minutes took 1 hour and 45 minutes. The Nail Techs name is Pop. So avoid her if you can. read more

I keep going back to the nail place, but I'm not sure why. It seems like every time they are in an extreme hurry it either bubbles up or I have waves on my nails because they're rushing through. Also, every time once I get out to my vehicle I have to re-file the ends because they're so Snaggy. I wish management would, give most of the people working there.
