Based on my brother-in-law's recommendation, we decided to try this place instead, and I'm glad we did. From the start, the experience stood out. The food quality was excellent, and the portions were surprisingly generous--something you don't often find at Italian restaurants. They also offer complimentary bread with a choice of soup or salad, which is becoming increasingly rare. Even more impressive, these weren't afterthoughts. The bread was perfectly crusty and served with a flavorful olive oil infused with tomato and garlic. Both the salad and chicken soup were fresh and well-prepared. Everyone at the table enjoyed their meals. I had the chicken Sorrento with prosciutto and mushrooms over pasta, and it was outstanding--well-balanced, flavorful, and cooked just right. The restaurant itself is clean and nicely designed, creating a comfortable atmosphere without feeling overly formal. Service was quick, and our waitress was friendly and attentive throughout. Seems their noodles are pre-cooked and Al Dente then is just not possible. This is another reason why the rating was just below average. Really disappointing. Would not be a place we would revisit.
