During the service, the technician broke the factory drain-valve stem and the repair turned into exposed piping routed through a hole cut into the front cover of the unit. I began sending photos and requesting a proper resolution by November 2024. In December, I provided the model and serial information they requested. Gary, who I understand is the owner, also told me he would resolve the issue. However, I was repeatedly told the replacement parts, including the cover, were difficult to obtain. I specifically asked that the manufacturer be contacted, but the problem was never corrected. More than a year later, the water heater still has a hole in the front cover and an exposed drain assembly sticking out of it. I spent months following up by text and giving the company opportunities to make this right. The original mistake was frustrating, but the bigger issue was the lack of follow-through after the owner promised a resolution. Based on the unfinished repair and the amount of time this remained unresolved, I cannot recommend Henley's Plumbing & Air.

I decided to have a new dishwasher installed. I needed to find someone who could cut out the cabinet and install an electrical outlet. I searched Yelp and got several quotes. I decided to hire Jacob because his quote was very reasonable. After cutting out the cabinet, Jacob discovered the pipe for the clean out had rusted through, my house was built in 1960, and the subfloor was damaged. The area around the clean out on the side of the house was not sealed allowing water from the rain to come in. He also discovered the pipes for the kitchen sink that I recently installed had been done incorrectly. Jacob assessed what needed to be done. Went home to get his dry wall tools plus parts at Home Depot. Jacob replaced the subfloor, drywalled the area inside the cupboard after replacing the drain pipe, installed an outlet for the dishwasher, reconfigured the pipes to the sink before hooking up the dishwasher, and sealed the area around the clean out cover on the side of the house. He did a great job framing the area around the dishwasher. Overall, I am very pleased with the quality of his workmanship. He is very knowledgeable and friendly.
