Had roof replaced and new toilet installed by them. When the roof was finished they presented a pre…read morefilled out form to us on the phone giving them perfect marks on everything. I refused, asking for a printed out form I could mark as appropriate but they refused. The toilet still leaks and Cassini said they would fix but they never did They also refused to put me in contact with the plumber directly. . So I will have to do at my expense apparently. Now we are very concerned about the quality of work on the roof and warranty issues in the future. In conclusion, I didn't feel their business practices were above board and would recommend caution when dealing with them.

We needed cabinet doors for a custom cabinet we had made. The guy who built and installed our…read morecabinet (not G&R) was suppose to build the doors for us as part of our deal. He kept coming up with excuses as o why he wasn't getting the job done. After 3 or 4 months of communicating with him, he continued with excuses and finally stopped communicating with us. He then stopped answering our calls & texts. I called several cabinet makers with no joy. It seems I kept hitting brick walls. I called G&R, sent them pictures of the opening and the measurements along with pictures of doors on original cabinets. The told me they could do the job, advised me of the price (custom doors to match 30 year old cabinets are not an easy thing to find / build) they got the job done within the time they promised and they look fantastic. Cudos to Gilberto, Edwardo and the crew at G&R Cabinet Design and G&R Kitchen Hardware for their professionalism, courtesy and work ethic. Highest regards from this very satisfied customer.
