I said okay, he was ringing me up without saying my total price took my card and while he was putting in my card I read the machine and he was gonna charge me $175 for 4!!! There was no clarification and I didn't think those cut outs were $40 each because UPS sells it for $11 each better quality too! I told him to cancel and thankfully we worked out a deal. But then the next day I saw that it charged my credit card! I had to go pick up the photos the next day and when I got there it wasn't even made yet. I couldn't wait around for 20 minutes because I had work so I had to come back the next day. Luckily he was able refund my $175. The photo stick that they use as a handle is cardboard and it broke immediately.

The file was too large to email, and when we tried using a thumb drive, we realized my newer laptop didn't have the right port. Kelly could have easily told me there was nothing she could do, but instead, she would not take no for an answer. She found a USB-C thumb drive that worked with my laptop, helped me get the file transferred, printed my entire deck, and had it professionally coiled. She then made sure someone helped me create the FedEx shipping label so I could get everything out in time for Saturday delivery. What could have been an incredibly stressful situation turned into such a positive experience because of Kelly. She was patient, resourceful, kind, and genuinely determined to help me find a solution. I walked in stressed and walked out feeling incredibly relieved and grateful. This shop is more than just a postal annex and copy shop. There are all sorts of interesting and unique gift items. It's truly a hidden treasure. I came in here with my 92 year-old father-in-law to get a big copy job taken care of. My father-in-law had a couple hundred pages of his written memoirs from over the decades, and he wanted to get them collated, copied, and stapled. These were very delicate pages, some stapled, some not, some front and back, some one-sided. Doug was so incredibly patient and so sweet to my father-in-law. He got the job done quickly and well. He handled the pages very delicately and he was very reassuring. He also talked with my father-in-law about where he could get the memoirs bound, the types of binding that he could do, types of bindings that he couldn't do, and gave him a business name and number. Located on the corner of Devonshire and Reseda in the big mall with the Chick-fil-A, LA Fitness, Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, Paris Baguette, and Smart and Final, this is the place to go if you need copies, postal services, or a gift.
