Here it is 3700.00 gone and 2 months later and my duct work is still not completed. I am left with a big open hole in my sons bedroom and Zeb is avoiding all messages and calls. It has been below freezing at nite and so cold in here. I cant afford to hire someone else to come in to fix it because like an idiot, i paid him in full. All my underpinning is down and laying on ground so I am sure my water pipes will be freezing up. The insulation needs put back up as well. He calls himself so called family but I tell you, no one in my family would ever screw me over the way he is. I will be taking him to court for every penny he got from me. He cant even drag his ass out of bed before noon to even work on anything when he did show up. He always showed up around 4 or 5 pm with only a couple of hours of daylight left. The last day I saw him was over 2 weeks ago and he was here til 3 am outside in the dark so called working. lord knows what the ductwork he did put in looks like. BE WARNED.....DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ZEB BROWN!!!

Was originally quoted $2500 for 40 gallon gas water heater install. Sounds good. Guys got there and said I needed power vent installed, ok fine. Price went up to $6800. I agreed not knowing anything but after researching, the power vent and PVC costs significantly under $1K, and a preexisting vent hole was there so no house drilling was required. No electrical required either since fan plugs into outlet. So I paid, at best, $4K for half an hour of PVC cutting/gluing and a few hundred in materials. Asked if there was a discount due to no drilling/electrical and they took $200 off. Can't say I'll be return for business despite good past experiences.

Called again after 6 months and trying to be upsold another system. Water filter only needed changing after 1 month now it needs changed every week because of no torque arrestor. Company is refusing to make it correct even though we are far within their work warranty. Being threatened a $2000 charge to fix a mistake they made. Company does not stand behind their work. Customer service was very rude. 1 year warranty on labor and they refuse to look at it.
