Wanted it installed in my kitchen. The flooring they installed in the kitchen (see picture) is NOTHING like the Brazillian Koa sample they had in their store. I have since learned there are multiple kinds of Brazillian Koa. The sample in the store was not the Brazillian Koa that was installed in my house. I knew the width of the wood had changed, but the color should have been the same. Not even close!! When I voiced my displeasure, I was told I had to open all 16 boxes and inspect each piece of wood or the wood was mine. Hate it! Do not use this establishment!!

I received an email from the store manager confirming I could pick up my order Friday, so both my husband and I took the day off work to make the 3-hour drive. At 4 PM the night before, I was told the forklift was "broken" and my material couldn't be unloaded. When I called, the employee was sarcastic and dismissive, and the manager minimized the issue by telling me to "think how we feel." He then claimed he had "just reordered" my product but when I checked through LL Flooring's customer service line, they couldn't even confirm that. Now I've been told I'll have to wait until October 7. This has caused: * Lost wages for me and my husband * Multiple contractor reschedules (at my cost) * Serious delays in opening my dance studio, which depends on this flooring What's worse: LL Flooring has refused to expedite my order, deliver it directly, or provide an in-stock alternative at no cost even though these delays were entirely their fault. This has been the most unprofessional experience I've ever had with a company. Miscommunication, broken promises, and no accountability. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, do not trust LL Flooring with your project.

This was a new location for us, and after parking and figuring out where to go, a male employee outside directed us to the sample rocks. We found what we needed in under five minutes. When we walked into the trailer to pay at approximately 1:58, we were met with an extremely unwelcoming attitude. There were four employees inside, and not one acknowledged us. A blonde woman behind the counter looked up and abruptly said, "We are closed," in a very dismissive manner. ( Sadly, I didn't catch her name but she was blonde and sounded like she's smoked one too many cigarettes ). I completely understand wanting to leave on time, but the delivery was unnecessarily rude. A simple, polite explanation would have gone a long way. We were purchasing five rip rap rocks, not placing a large or time-consuming order. What makes this more frustrating is that the employee outside who directed us never mentioned that they were closing in 10 minutes, which would have allowed us to respect their time. We are repeat customers, but unfortunately this is not the first time the front desk staff has been unhelpful or unfriendly. Customer service matters, and based on our experiences, I would not recommend this business. Honestly, you're better off walking around in the desert to find some free rocks rather than deal with this place. And that's what we did!

Somehow, I always manage to find something I didn't know I needed and it is a great place for little gifts or stocking stuffers for guys that aren't more sox. Staff is friendly and very helpful (even when I don't know what I'm really looking for) and their sales are great. There are often freebies which can be a great prize for grandchildren. They have so much took at from bathrooms to kitchens and even an indoor sauna but apparently this is the higher end of Kohler and the lines that have available here are different from what you might find at Home Depot, Lowes and Costco. There were so many great ideas and I love that they have the entire collections grouped together with the different bathroom fixtures and then little display areas throughout the store. Why is it that I am always gravitating towards the most expensive thing in the store? There were so many cool things like recessed body length medicine cabinets, a very cool customizable vanity, bidets (from standard to Cadillac!!) and then smart showers -- I mean if only!!! I do wish they had some color brochures to take home with you because it is so hard to see online, but I did appreciate that one I had the knowledge about the different collections and finishes I could go back home to the website and make more choices. Another area that was bit annoying is they had items that were discontinued still on display -- so you had to ask if the item was available still --- I guess twice a year they have a sale of these discontinued or floor models but he said it wasn't going to be happening for a while. The sales guy did mention that you get a better cost going directly through the showroom as opposed to ordering off the internet -- so I will be keeping that in mind.
