I'm not sure if I caught them on a busy or off day but if you're searching for great customer service skills, this isn't your spot. They're very dry and direct. Which can come off as rude. Especially to someone who's never used the service and just wanted to learn what's expected during drop off and pick up. It was as if I was supposed to know what info they needed and how they needed me to say it. And when I didn't say how or what they wanted, they cocked an attitude. Overall, they cleaned the blanket perfectly and got the smell out which is why I gave them 5/5 stars. I would definitely use them again and even recommend them to others, but just caution people to not have high expectations regarding the customer service part of it.

The unpleasant experience began when I walked in the door to have four (4) dress shirts cleaned and pressed. I did not have my credit card, so I offered to pay in cash. Even though they have a cash register, they claimed that they couldn't make change, so I paid $20.00 to have the shirts cleaned. I was told that all four (4) would be ready for pick-up a week later (i.e.: the following Saturday). When I returned the following Saturday, only two (2) shirts were cleaned. I was told that other two (2) would be ready the following Saturday, so I left with the two (2) cleaned shirts. When I got home, one collar one of the shirts had burn marks on it from an iron, so I had to discard it. I returned two (2) weeks later, and was told that only one (1) shirt was ready for pick-up, but that they would call me when the forth shirt was ready for pick-up. That was seven (7) months ago, and I'm still waiting for a call. I've never experienced such a lack of service, and such a exhibition of incompetence, by an establishment charged with such a simple task as cleaning and pressing a shirt. There are a half a dozen dry cleaners within a 2 mile radius of this place. Do yourself a favor and go to one of them.

I dropped off my wedding dress (to be…read morealtered, hemmed and to sew a sash onto it) and two other bridesmaids dresses in early March and scheduled to pick them back up at the end of May for my June wedding. Everything went well until I went to pickup the dress. I walk in the door and she asked why I was there. I told her I was there to pickup my dress and she says she forgot to do it. Apparently after having my dress for over 2 months other orders took precedence and my dress and the bridesmaids dresses got lost somewhere in her shop. She apologized and we rescheduled for the next week to pickup. A week later my bridesmaids go in to pickup their dresses and surprise, she forgot again! I immediately called her and told her this was not ok and that she needed to offer some sort of refund for the inconvenience not once but twice. After hanging up the phone, she calls my bridesmaids and tells them that she will get the dresses done on one condition. And I quote "if that mean bride doesn't come to pick them up". I cannot tell you how stressful this process was and how unprofessional this business is operated. Not only did Ms. Kim not offer any sort of discount but she then went behind my back to call my bridesmaids and tell them how I'm not welcome in her store. If I had time to get the dresses done elsewhere I would and I regret giving her the money I did for my dress. I have never written a bad review for anyone but felt the treatment I received during this process was horrible and I wouldn't want anyone else who is already busy with wedding planning to go through this.

I mean, I guess some customers come in with their clothes already pinned and ready to be altered, but no, I'm not that organized. Well, she insisted that I did not need them to be altered, and I insisted that I did, especially with the wide leg cut, I felt like there was a level of back-and-forth that was unnecessary. This was very unusual for me in a place of business and I didn't know exactly where it was originating from and it's not something I can say I've experienced before to this degree.
