3/17/25 Final Update: I have moved to Boulder Colorado. After hours of looking for a new dentist I have realized that Dr. Tong, Becky, Ashley and staff ARE THE BEST. The office is run very smooth and white glove clean, and Becky, at the front desk, is so very helpful to address whatever problem you might be facing, in a timely manner, when it comes to your teeth. And the hygentists, and assistants work great together too, which is such a plus in an office these days. My son, and daughter in law found him years ago, and kept telling me to change to him, so I wouldn't have to drive to the valley anymore. Finally my dentist retired and thats when I finally made the move to his office, and it was the best decision I ever made. You see I'm one of those adults who has fears of going to the dentist. Not sure if it was from a childhood experience or why, but I've had it all my life, but I've always gone for all my cleanings, fillings and fixes, whatever that might be, but with some anxiety with every appointment. Visited Dr. Tong on the advice of a friend. The office staff was super helpful and very flexible in terms of scheduling. I'd chipped a tooth and they got me in ASAP. I waited no more than 5 minutes in the waiting room (they offered me bottled water and/or coffee while I was waiting). Very modern facility and a nice view - as in, not staring at a wall. I knew I needed some work done but Dr. Tong talked me through what "needed" to be done, and what "wasn't pressing at the moment". Never felt pressured into treatment that I wasn't familiar with.
