Unfortunately, the company's prior relationship with the current tenants, I have been forced to ask on multiple occasions if the tenants paid rent. They were habitually late and only paid after I contacted Mr. Falls and he followed up. This month, they have not paid rent at all and per Nevada law the eviction notice should have been posted after seven days; it was not posted until the 12th. After I contacted Mr. Falls after receiving my owner's statement indicating no payment this month, he responded via email on March 13th that he "hoped" to have an update. In March 15th, I inquired as to the status. No response. This morning, I sent another email. No response. Since the company did not set in motion its contractual duties until March 12th, in the current climate the eviction may be suspended. I would steer clear of this company. Update today 3/18: Mr. Fells contacted me today via email. In essence, although Nevada law permits the commencement after 7 days, per Mr. Fells Mynd is a larger company and policies have changed. "... [W]e are not able to start eviction on the 6th of the month we send evictions to the process server on the 10th and the notices are posted shortly after." Again, my understanding of Nevada law is that the eviction process can begin 7 days after the tenant receives notice. In response, Mynd's policy extends this time period. Again, per Mr. Fells "I have no way of knowing if the car accident was true or not as proof of the accident would not interfere with the eviction (the most recent excuse for the nonpayment). With the notice . . . . .the lockout order cannot be requested until the 24th of March." This apparent unilateral extension to the time permitted by state law, seriously disadvantages the property owner especially in the current uncertain enviornment.

Anyway, after all said and done they assisted us as a 'buyers agent' in purchasing a townhome. Great we thought! So, they made 36k off sale of our house and received a nice buyers fee from purchase of 2nd home. Since the closing ( ~3 months) we've received mailings to please 'refer these realtors' but we have not received any thank you card or gift or any kind. We actually purchased from seller a plantar box as Debbie (realtor) bought it out from under us and I was able to purchase it from her when she realized I had first right of refusal. Long story short, she ended up buying it from me, but shorted me some money! I would also state to STAY away from her handymen they recommend as Elmer the painter left us with quite a mess we had to clean up b4 we could close! Nothing like additional last minute work when you're stressed! Unfortunately we liked these 2 'angels' but after all said and done, we would've used other agents. Things could've have been better if: They listened when we said things in new house were not working b4 closing and questioned inspector, Not insisting we spend $ on things to repair ( again their handymen they recommend) only to find out these were a waste of $ and time Playing both sides; not working for us 100% Overall, not bad realtors, just not wiling to give 100% to the seller who they're representing and earning monies from. A nice gift or card following close of both homes would've been appreciated

Since we were relocating from the bay area, we also had our dogs with us a couple of times we were in the area - and Ardea didn't even blink an eye at us brining them along to look at houses, letting the ride in the back seat of her car. She never pressured us to make an offer, and really wanted to make sure we found something that worked for us.
