Here's what my first facial was like: The place is tucked in between streets on Madison Avenue. It's got nice treatment rooms. Irina (she did my facial) definitely knows what goes into keeping skin relaxed and happy. I went in with slightly blotchy skin and acne scars. She analysed my skin before making suggestions as to what kind of a facial was best suited for me. She was honest about my skin and how I could treat it better. Also not once during the two hour facial, did she push any product endorsement on me (big plus). Irina then proceeded to treat my skin for two hours (including treatment time for face packs). My facial included a mini micro derm, an oxygen facial and extractions. She was very thorough without pinching my skin. The best part about this facial was that the next day my skin was actually not red or more blotchy than usual. I received my fair share of compliments over the next few days as my skin looked rested and happy. I would love to go back there and see how this feels after 3-4 facials. Definitely recommend.

And finally, I provided a $10 tip(25%) on a $40 massage. She spoke to the owner who stated "it is customary to provide at least $15 tip for foot massages and $20 for a body massage." The foot massage is $25/hour and the body massage is $40/hour. So you want me to tip 50%?!?! My only tip- DON'T GO. They advertise as $40 but they expect you to tip $20 more. So $60 for a subpar massage?!? I've been there two previous times and I have a $10 and $15 tip and no one said anything.
