Avoid... Gate system is a horrible...You'll get locked in! They have had to change it multiple times and it's still bad. The office never seems to have anyone there. Better and less expensive storage units less the a mile away. read more

Rude staff ! I do not want to be a Karen but this place has no idea how to treat customers, I recently rented a space. when I was meeting my husband to put stuff inside a woman came running out of the house yelling how she help me and to not park there . I explained I was going inside to use the storage unit . She was extremely rude and told me to move . She did not ask nicely ! Or try to explain I was on the wrong side by the rental office she just yelled .I would not recommend using this unit unless you want to feel like you are bugging the people who live in the house . The reputation, location and convenience of this facility was the main reason I chose to store my property here. For a little under two years I had no contact with the facility other than to make my monthly payments. When I decided to retrieve all my property the staff members were friendly, courteous and professional every step of the way. What was most impressive was the condition of my property! With the exception of a slight amount of dust (to be completely expected for that amount of time) everything in my storage unit was in exactly the same condition as I left it there! BEWARE!!!! Completely dissatisfied with their service. I have had been renting a large unit for all my home furniture here for over 7 months. I recently became aware that I have rodents and feces everywhere and notified the front office lady the next day when they were opened. I was told I could come in and leave a key and sign paper for their maintenance guy to service my unit with traps and clean out the rat poop. I never received a phone call as I was supposed to in regards of when it was going to get serviced. After I returned from my vacation after being gone 2 weeks, not only did my key just sit there NOTHING was done to rectify the matter. Over 3 weeks past and nothing, Yarley the manager never called me, never offered to give me a half or full month of rent, absolutely nothing was done. They don't care about your stuff, they simply say you can file a claim and go into your rat infested unit and take pics. I would recommend staying away from this place, as I had better customer service at my other storage place!!! read more

There were rodents living in the units and feces from the rodents were found throughout my belongings. Not happy about that. Otherwise the facility was fine, easy to work with and reasonable. read more

June 9, 2021 I've had a 10×20 unit for a number of months. There are positives but I want to share a couple of negatives. 1) The gate will let you in but not let you out after a certain time. I believe the employees should emphasize that when you are a new customer, and the sign out front should make that clear. Yes, I couldn't get out. I called my girlfriend, then I had to jump the fence to get out. I'm 56 years old and not in bad shape but I imagined a 90 year old woman getting trapped in there and panicking. When I went back the next day to get my truck, I told the employee what happened. She was not empathetic at all, told me it was my fault for not understanding the contract. 2) Rat feces everywhere. I went there today to take my plastic shelving down and collect my irrigation parts. Almost every shelf ( 32 )had a number of rat feces on it. I didn't have any food in there but one of my plastic drink containers was chewed through, holes in it. 3) If you are a certain amount of days late on your payment, they have two fines, penalties, fees, whatever you want to call it and it's a lot. I think it's 60 or 70 dollars in penalties for 1 month. 4) They don't let you use the restroom. Photos of rat feces later. read more

When I went to my unit after the office had closed for the day I discovered a lock on the unit from the previous renters. On my way out, I noticed a gentleman in the office. Even though it was 45 minutes after the office was closed him and his team still helped me out so I could get into my storage unit that night Very clean and aesthetically pleasing! read more

I rented a storage unit from Mart Street Self Storage for more than a year. I was more than satisfied with the service I received in that time. The units were kept clean and secure. I was never once concerned about the safety of my belongings. read more

I set an appointment with them and not only was no one answering the phone, no one was even at the office. If this is how prospective customers are treated then there is a good chance your belongings aren't safe here either. Also there was a pack of homeless people right outside the gate. This storage facility is the best one I have ever rented from. I started with one unit for many years and then stored my whole house for 8 months while my home was being built in Utah. Rubin and Yarlet were the greatest. They were always there if I needed something and were always courteous. This facility was also the cleanest that I have rented from. You will not be sorry if you rent from them, whether it is for a few months or years. read more
