From start to finish, communication was excellent, pricing was competitive, and the entire team was friendly, professional, and incredibly careful with our belongings. We actually used them twice. The first time was to help move items into a POD when we listed our home for sale. Fernando was so great to work with that we hired them again for our full cross-country move from California to New York once our home sold. What really stood out was how different they were from other moving companies -- our belongings were never combined with another shipment, they carefully packed and protected our large fragile items, and everything was wrapped and handled with incredible care. They made the cross-country move feel effortless, and our belongings arrived the day after we flew in. The entire process was seamless. Joel's team are truly moving rockstars, and we can't thank them enough. Selling a home and relocating across the country is stressful, but they made their part of the process completely stress-free for us.
