Please read their return policy carefully before ordering. The handbag was about 45% off retail. So it was a no brainer. I had never heard of this store in my life. The store was accommodating to my request to have the handbag expedited as it was supposed to be a gift. Unfortunately I was unable to use their 10% discount code for first time customers as the bag was on sale. Being the Holidays, I was hoping they would foot the bill for shipping as a courtesy since I could not use their promo code. This did not happen and I paid an additional 23.00 on top of the 14.00 they charged a new customer who was buying a bag over 500.00. The very next day after I received the bag it went on sale again. It was 176.00 dollars cheaper. I contacted cabana canary to request a price adjustment. I figured that this would not be an issue since most retail stores will honor price adjustments for items that go on sale within a 14 day period. I was told that since they are a small business, they can not do this. I requested a phone call back from the store owner ( Mary Vose). Instead I received an email from a store employee stating they would not do the adjustment. I am a big supporter of small businesses that treat their customers right. Sadly Cabana canary is another typical small store that does not care about customer satisfaction nor maintaining new customers. Their tactic is quite typical on many small businesses who will post on their websites " All sales final",. " No adjustments. " I cannot recommend Cabana Canary as for the reasons mentioned above. They simply don't care about customer satisfaction or maintaining new customers. They just lost what could have been a lifelong customer/client!
