I rarely leave reviews, but my experience today was so disappointing and disgusting that I felt compelled to share it. I called ahead yesterday specifically to ask whether this store accepted custom-made suits because another consignment company I use does not. The person I spoke with told me they did and simply said to bring them in. Today, I brought in four custom-made suits worth approximately $12,000. They were folded neatly and brought in bags. When I arrived, one employee greeted me politely and asked how he could help. I explained that I had called the day before about consigning custom suits. Another employee turned around and said, "It was me." He immediately and rudely asked what size the suits were. I explained that they belonged to my husband and I wasn't sure. He then said, "Well, first of all, you need to bring custom suits in on a hanger." I apologized and explained that I hadn't been told that when I called. His response was, "You didn't ask." That was the entire interaction. At that point, I thanked them for their time and left. Businesses are free to have whatever intake requirements they want, but basic customer service and professionalism cost nothing. Had I been told over the phone that the suits needed to be on hangers, I would have happily brought them that way. Instead, I was made to feel like I had done something wrong for not knowing information that was never communicated to me. I also own a business in the same neighborhood, so I understand firsthand how important customer service is. Every person who walks through the door deserves to be treated with respect, whether they're bringing in one item or several. The way I was spoken to was dismissive, rude, and unnecessarily condescending. It was such a poor first impression that I immediately decided to take my business elsewhere. I will also be sharing my experience when customers, colleagues, and neighbors ask for recommendations regarding local consignment businesses. If this is how potential consignors are treated before they've even become customers, I cannot recommend this business. read more

I drove all the way here because I had such a great experience the last time I was here selling items with a younger gentleman. It truly left a lasting impression on how kind and helpful he was! Today, I waited around for the manager/owner who was extremely rude. I am appalled someone in customer service would treat someone like that. I came in with the low expectation he may buy one or two things. He would not even look at anything I brought in. Extremely entitled human being. Do not waste your time or energy coming into his store. I hope he at least treats his employees with more respect than his customers. read more

Fair warning once you start with this place there is no going back!I don't know how they do it but they have a jaw dropping inventory of beautiful pieces with no wear. Louis Vuitton, Zegna, canali berlutti, balmain, Gucci, Lubuiam, Tom Ford, McQueen and others you don't know but will love. They are in an unassuming store front but don't let that fool you. They have a well curated huge inventory and a sales staff that knows their stuff. Prices are far better than online and they ship. read more

I have extreme confidence in consigning my sons and late husbands clothes here. The boys who run the shop along with the owner keep respectful contact with me when items sell or don't sell and I promptly receive a check on the fifteenth each month! My husband and I visited this store today. We had several items, including designer suits and shoes that we were interested in consigning. We spoke to one of the employees who said the owner was in the back. We waited several minutes and then we were rudely approached from a man who asked what we needed. We explained that we had several items in our vehicle that we wanted to consign. He said with a snotty attitude that he was busy and Saturday's were by appointment only. There was only 1 customer in the store.. not busy at all. We got into our vehicle and I called the store and asked to speak to the owner. When I explained what had just happened, the owner said that he was the person we spoke with in the store. We were appalled at the way were treated, his condescending attitude and his disregard for potential customers. We drove down the street and donated the clothing to a charity. I would never step foot into his store ever again and will tell everyone we know how poorly we were treated. read more

Great little gem of a shop that receives a wide variety of gently worn men's clothing. Designer labels such as Balmain, Givenchy, Commes des Garcons, Y3, Burberry, can also be found at CRAZY inexpensive prices. I was shocked and surprised. read more

Too Expensive for used merchandise. People want a deal on gently used items. Not over used items. Most of the shoes are dusty and run over. Looks like someone's been wearing those shoes on a construction site. Those shoes need to be polished weekly. They have a great jewelry selection. The owners are very nice and friendly, but Gurrrrhhhh. Come on. I know u r tying to eat but daaaayum. And that goes for the Clearance rack as well. Boop boop. But non the less I will still support this business so I will raise them an additional . They do have a great selection. I just returned from a business trip and one of my dress slacks got ruined. Anyway, I was driving by and saw a sign about suits being on sale. I went in and this place might look small on the outside, but theres a huge selection of everything. I bought 3 pairs of dress slacks, 2 shirts, and bought an Armani suit for Great price. The owner, forgot his name was so helpful. Anyway, this place is great highly recommend guys visit this place if you need a liitle wardrobe revitalizing or need newish threads for weddings, job interviews, etc.....they even have tuxedos! read more

As a vivid thrifter this place is truly incredible. Amazing shoes and statement pieces- staff is friendly and polite and there were a bunch of sales going on, a giant portion of the store was 75% off. I wish I had bought this Delta Airlines denim jacket that was padded anatomically but I couldn't fit it in my suitcase. read more
