However, there were notable areas that need improvement. There were times when the care staff felt stretched thin, leading to slow response times when calling for assistance. Furthermore, communication between the administrative team and family members could be improved. A major concern was the doctors, who visit the facility sporadically; my wife was never able to speak with them. The biggest issue was the performance of the physical therapy team. There was no set schedule whatsoever, and they often rushed through sessions in just five minutes, combining physical and occupational therapy together. I tracked each visit to the gym, and we never reached the expected five sessions per week for either physical or occupational therapy. While it is a nice facility with a caring nursing staff, closely monitoring the therapy department, staffing levels, and doctor communication would make the experience much better.

Dangerous Lack of Clinical Preparation: The primary reason for the neurology visit was to manage a safe medication titration schedule and handle lab work for my father's epilepsy. Despite emailing a medical summary in advance, speaking to Allie on the phone for the better part of an hour, and texting Chi two days before the appointment, the neurologist's office emailed me the following day without the faintest idea about the reason for the appointment. According to the neurologist, the person sent by Navi Nurses brought zero medical context and simply told the doctor that she had only met my father 30 minutes prior and knew nothing about him. Broken Continuity & Lack of Planning and Communication: Despite explaining my time difference and the critical need for consistency for a patient with severe vision loss and dementia, Navi Nurses swapped the assigned staff at the last minute. The replacement texted me minutes before the visit at 10:00 PM my time. After I had already prepared my father for one specific person, this sudden swap added unnecessary confusion and distress for him. Extortionate Cost for Zero Value: In total, this single appointment cost me $760--a $250 initial setup fee, $350 for the nurse to accompany my father to an appointment just 10 minutes away, and $160 for the transport vehicle. Paying nearly $800 for what amounted to an unprepared transit chaperone rather than professional care navigation is completely indefensible. Administrative & Billing Disarray: Basic onboarding failed due to date-of-birth errors on their platform. Worse, after paying the $250 fee, my saved credit card was recharged $350 without explicit consent. Despite paying the remaining balance in full on July 23rd, billing emailed me again two weeks later asking for another $350 payment. Navi Nurses charges premium prices while delivering disjointed communication, zero clinical preparation to physicians, and sloppy financial oversight. If you need dependable, prepared, and accountable care navigation for a vulnerable loved one--especially from a distance--do not trust this company. I will not be using them again.

I overlooked a fountain and had lots of sunlight and I had my own bathroom. My roommate was incredible Patricia. She's a 93-year-old blind woman who is the most interesting person. She was awesome, again the place was fantastically clean! It looks a little old older, but it makes up for everything of how great the nurses are and the care is, it was great. The food was great. They even have an area outside where they had a big barbecue and we had hamburgers and hotdog for everyone and they have tons and tons of activities. If that's what your people are into, they had games they had workouts. It was incredible. I can't say enough good things and I'm only in my 50s and I was so surprised but so grateful! The facility is constantly short staffed, which makes it extremely difficult to provide residents with the quality of care they deserve. With so few CNAs on the floor, call lights would often go unanswered, residents were left waiting for long periods, and basic care like hygiene and toileting was sometimes delayed. Many of us CNAs voiced our concerns, filed complaints, and even reported the building to the state in hopes of bringing positive change. Instead of addressing the issues, several staff members who spoke up were terminated. It felt like management, corporate, and even some of the nursing staff were more focused on protecting themselves than supporting the caregivers or prioritizing resident safety. There are good caregivers who truly care about the residents, but the system in place does not support them. The turnover rate is high, new hires often don't receive proper training, and the overall culture makes it hard to provide the compassionate care that families expect and residents need. Until major improvements are made in staffing, management, and overall accountability, I cannot recommend this facility as a safe workplace or as a place for loved ones to receive care.

She lives in the memory care unit; you have to have a password to use the elevator to get to her floor. I forgot to mention, they have a tablet that you use to check in- you enter your phone number and then it asks if you're seeing your person. It takes your picture, then it prints out a label. You have to use it to check out too, security is important. I went to their Thanksgiving buffet, everyone went to the first floor and got their food. The whole dinning room was open, so family could come visit their loved ones.
