I called multiple times, but the Owner's voicemail box was full. I sent a text message and an email and never received a response. When we arrived, the building was locked. At that point, we weren't even sure if our activity was happening. Then a separate group arrived and we were all standing around just waiting and perplexed. A woman from that group said she also never received a confirmation email and had been unable to reach anyone. So this wasn't an isolated issue. A little after 1:00 PM (when our activity was supposed to start) two employees arrived. At first they had a hard time accessing the building and had to go through an alternative route to let us in, so that killed more time. The employees explained that the owners were on vacation and all they knew is that they had had instructiins to be there at 1:00 PM. We eventually got started, but several things bothered me. The overall operation seemed disorganized. During check in, the topic of waivers came up and none of our groups had completed waiver forms before playing. I was also surprised by the lack of a beginner safety orientation. The website states that players receive a 10 minute orientation session. We were first time players. When we arrived, safety goggles and small black arm guards were sitting on a table, but they were not handed out or explained to us. As beginners, we had no idea what "those little straps" (arm bands) were for or that they protected against bowstring injuries or that goggles were [required] throughout play. Instead, we only received rules on how the game is played. Another concern was the protective equipment itself. The website shows players wearing full face protective masks and states that protective face masks are provided. However, there are were only goggles provided. During the event, my husband was struck in the eye area by an arrow after removing his goggles because they repeatedly fogged up and made it difficult to see. His eye was sore afterward and bright light is still bothering him. We hope there are no lasting effects. My daughter also suffered a significant abrasion on her arm from the bow. When we asked for ice, the employee told us there wasn't any available and ended up providing frozen popsicles instead. I have no clue why ice wasn't available for situations like these. There were not enough arrows available at times, so players had to wait for arrows to be returned before they could continue playing. The equipment did not appear to be well maintained either. Many of the arrows were missing fins, and some had only one fin left. The playing area was small, and there didn't seem to be enough barriers for the number of players. The space was also very warm, with only one industrial fan running. There was no water cooler or bottled water available for purchase. Finally, disinfectant wipes were sitting on the equipment table, and I guess people are responsible for cleaning their own goggles before use. When I wiped ours down, the wipes came away dirty, which made me question whether the equipment had been sanitized between groups. To be fair, the employees working that day were polite and did their best with what they had. They apologized profusely and even offered to let us play longer due to the delays. The young man was swift with addressing my daughter's abrasion. My frustration is with the ownership and overall management of the business. Between the lack of communication, unanswered calls and emails, poor safety procedures, lack of ice and general operational issues, this was not an experience I would pay for again.

Both kids and adults alike had a fun time playing. Some suggestions would be to make the masks better. They easily fogged up and were a bit uncomfortable at times to wear. Also if there could be a little bit more space for food and drink would be great!

Course is in horrific condition. The greens are the worst. They are not cut down and completely beat up. You cannot even putt on them. The tee boxes aren't much better. Very bad shape. I could have spent another 20 bucks and played 9 holes on a regular course. After the first hole , I was going to go back for a refund. Rumor has it they are trying to rezone to build homes on this property. Now I understand why the Par 3 is going to pot and the batting cages are shut down.

And I think the more intimate and quiet nature of the scenery makes it the better choice. We recently visited for mini-golf with our 9yo, and we all had a blast! The course is nicely challenging for very amateur players like ourselves, but not too difficult to be frustrating. Everyone had a wonderful time. The course itself isn't the shiniest and might be due for some TLC. But, it's clearly been renovated over the years. It does not have decades of wear and tear showing. The tee-off pads looks fairly new, and the greens aren't tattered or anything. It's a nice escape for a family outing. Whether you need golf supplies, want to practice your drive, or fancy a round of putt-putt, this is a wonderful destination!

Booking for the party took place online, and because I have a monthly membership, I saved 10%. When booking your party, you have the option to send out online invites, which I thought was pretty nice. Changes can be made to your party in person or via phone. The process was pretty seamless, I received text with reminders about the party (for parents to sign waivers, or to add food, etc.). Additionally, I received phone calls, in my opinion, there may have been a bit too many reminders. I say this because there is supposed to be a "dedicated party host" and I was under the impression that I would be speaking to that person. The day of the party, I was given a slip with the details of the party to include setting up of the room (five minutes) and the name of my host. They give you a cart to put your items on, and your host will decorate everything for you. The host also serves the food, and dessert if needed. My host, Mari, did an amazing job and was super helpful throughout. The pizza is from Marcos, which the children enjoyed. My only issue is that they should not state that the each child gets two slices of pizza when they cut one slice in half. I see how this may fly at a younger child's party; however, with older children (which my party had) they definitely know. The party package that I selected came with two pizzas, and that was not enough for the party. Keep that in mind when scheduling. This is a peanut free facility, and outside food comes with a $100 price tag, and that includes water folks. You can bring a cake and candles (no matches) you cannot bring ice cream. Also, despite it being not too crowded for a Sunday, the space was exceptionally warm. Apparently, there was some issue with the heating; however, the staff made it up with providing me with a voucher for a future visit. All in all, the kids really enjoyed themselves, as did the parents, and I would recommend Hyper Kidz to parents for parties in the future.

I did not knowingly enroll either child in an ongoing membership, nor do I recall knowingly authorizing Sky Zone to charge my bank account approximately $75 every month thereafter. Following that visit, however, recurring monthly charges began appearing on my account. I subsequently learned that memberships apparently had been established for both my son and his friend. This is particularly concerning because I would never knowingly enroll another person's child in a recurring membership or accept an ongoing financial obligation for that child. My bank records reflect the following charges: February 3, 2026 - $74.76 March 3, 2026 - $74.76 April 3, 2026 - $74.76 May 3, 2026 - $74.76 June 3, 2026 - $74.74 July 3, 2026 - $74.76 August 3, 2026 - $74.76 It appears that the monthly amount represents charges associated with two children, at approximately $36-$37 per child per month. I only take my son to Sky Zone periodically. I had no reason to intentionally purchase recurring memberships for two children, particularly when one of those children is not mine. Nor was I presented with any conversation regarding obtaining a membership to get a 17-dollar discount! I was charged $72.58 for visit for two kids with a military discount. If I had been given a 17 dollar discount this would have made it a lesser amount. Conversation With General Manager After discovering the recurring charges, I spoke with the General Manager, Monti, and requested an explanation and documentation of my authorization. Monti explained that I may have enrolled in the memberships in order to receive a discount and stated that customers sometimes elect to do this. I explained that this explanation does not make sense in my circumstances because I ALWAYS use my military benefits when discounts are available. I would have had no reason to intentionally establish two recurring memberships merely to obtain a discount for a 17-dollar single visit. I would love to have seen the transaction for this date to see where 17 dollars was deducted from the bill. More importantly, I do not recall knowingly agreeing to or authorizing recurring memberships. I asked him for the text message that I would have had to receive and sign and he stated, you would have to do a membership to receive the text message. Monti further explained that, during the enrollment process, I would have received an electronic communication on my phone and would have been required to electronically acknowledge or sign an agreement. I specifically requested that Sky Zone provide the documentation demonstrating my affirmative authorization, including my electronic signature or other record showing that I knowingly agreed to recurring monthly charges. The documentation shown or provided to me did not contain my signature. I also searched my phone records and messages from January 2026 and have been unable to locate the communication that I was told I would have received as part of the enrollment process. When I asked the manager to provide the original electronic communication allegedly sent to me, I was told that I would have to go through the enrollment process again in order to receive such a message. Recreating the enrollment process now, however, would not establish what was actually sent to me or what I affirmatively authorized on January 3, 2026. The General Manager offered to refund only two months of charges and maintained that I had signed up for the memberships and subsequently forgotten doing so. I respectfully dispute that explanation. Request for Proof of Authorization If Sky Zone maintains that I knowingly authorized these recurring memberships, I am requesting that Sky Zone provide the actual records associated with the January 3, 2026, transaction, including receipt showing where I received a 17-dollar discount on this date January 3, 2026, the amount that he stated was discounted as a result of me signing up for this membership Concerns Regarding the Enrollment Process After discovering these charges, I researched consumer complaints concerning Sky Zone membership billing and found numerous publicly available complaints from consumers describing experiences involving disputed recurring memberships, including allegations that consumers did not understand they were enrolling in ongoing memberships or subsequently disputed recurring charges.
