I wonder how many negative reviews it will take for this place to make some much-needed changes. The coffee and speed of service at this location SUCK! Once in a while I stop at this Marylou's if I happen to be driving in the area, but convenient location is the only benefit of this place. Coffee is always extremely bitter and burnt. Drive-thru line is always wrapped around the parking lot. They don't even have the new cup lids that other locations do. I'm sick of paying for coffees that I take one sip of and then throw away because they're so disgusting. I truly dread every time I come to this location because they clearly just don't care about anything. Save yourself some time, money, and frustration by avoiding this Manomet location and going to the other Plymouth location on Hedges Pond Road - they are amazing over in Cedarville!! read more

This place was trash. Annoying, rude, little assholes behind the counter acted as if we were the problem coming to pay money at their establishment. How could we do such a thing?! The ice coffee I got was as warm as the hot coffee my partner and her family got. No sugar in it whatsoever. They had the nerve to try and talk shit about us after we left, but didn't know my partner was still in there. The bagel was very much stale and the stuff on top tasted as bland as their personalities. I hope they lose their jobs for treating people as bad as they do. Was there today and it was def an experience. 6 cars in the drive thru someone walks out the back door to throw trash out another runs out the back door dropping the f bomb claiming the reason there's a line is bc another employee was yelling out the window how she's not racist. Get up to the window the young gentleman in the drive thru (very professional and polite btw) but there was a girl in there with blonde hair throwing around the f bomb. The coffee flavors are great but coffee is never hot, just warm and today I tried a TOASTED bagel as my power is out at the house and I am unable to heat anything, the bagel was barely toasted and stale. Coming from out of town, Marylou's was the perfect place to grab a quick, inexpensive cup of coffee. The coffee was delicious, the range of different flavors was impressive, and they didn't charge extra for non-dairy milk! Staff was friendly and service was quick. I wish they had Marylous on the North Shore. I really enjoy their great selection of coffees. I make an effort to go whenever I visit family in Plymouth. I have always lived near a Marylou's location and loved it. This particular location? HATE it. Went in this morning, ordered and paid for 2 large iced coffees. The girl gives me 2 mediums. I politely tell her I had asked for large. She dumps each in a large cup with more ice. Ummm.... that's still a 'medium' amount of coffee, just watered down now. I've been going to marylous my whole life and have never had a even a bad experience till now. This has made me want to stop going to my old favorite coffee place. Everyone at this location was nothing but disrespectful and gave all the wrong drinks and was extremely rude when we politely asked for our correct orders. As we were leaving we heard all the workers were saying bad things about us and how horrible we were just because we wanted the drinks we asked for. As well when we got in the car we tasted our drinks and they tasted like water with a dash of coffee. I love Marylou's coffee and was so excited to be near one on vacation because I'm not locally near one at home. First off, the service was absolutely unacceptable, I order the same coffee every time I go there and when I received my incorrect order and went back to get the correct one, the girl who took my ordered tried to tell me it was my fault and I had actually ordered the "blah blah blah", my boyfriend also got a coffee that tasted like straight water, and one of the workers said as we were leaving "I hate tourists", neitherless to say we'll be taking the extra 20 minutes to another Marylou's location the rest of vacation because that was ridiculous and completely unprofessional.
