We didn't make a scene or ask for anything--we simply left. It wasn't until we got back to the van that he noticed the uneven work. His wavy hair hid some of it initially, but once he looked closer, it became obvious that the haircut wasn't finished properly. He was genuinely upset and thought he'd be wearing a hat for the next month. We decided to stop by Blend House as walk-ins, hoping someone could help. Stunna greeted us, listened to my son's concerns, and was completely honest from the start. He didn't criticize another barber just for the sake of it. Instead, he took the time to educate both my son and me. He showed us exactly what had gone wrong with the previous haircut, explained why certain areas looked uneven, and pointed out what could realistically be corrected and what would simply need time to grow back. That level of professionalism meant a lot. Rather than just cutting hair, he taught my son what to look for in a quality haircut and made sure we understood the difference. He went above and beyond by walking us through the before-and-after, explaining his process, and making my son feel comfortable and confident again. You put a lot of trust in someone when you sit in their chair. Sometimes you assume every haircut is held to the same standard, but today reminded us that experience, attention to detail, and pride in your craft really do matter.
