They left streaks in my hair and spots where my hair was supposed to be bleached. You can tell there was skipping when they painted on the bleach in my hair. I'm so upset, I had to waste $200 afterwards and get it redone somewhere else to fix the mess this place created! It was so embarrassing! They curl/wave your hair at the end so you can't see the mistakes they know they probably had done, until you go home and wash your hair out.
