My husband and I came here on Friday night (4/25/26) around 11 PM looking for a late-night dinner after driving in from California. When we walked in, there was a couple ahead of us, and the two female employees were patiently going over the menu with them. When it was our turn, the employee at the register whispered something to her coworker while staring at my husband and me. She then continued to stare at us without saying anything, which immediately made us uncomfortable. When she finally asked how many were in our party, my husband replied "3," and she responded by saying, "You guys don't belong here." We were shocked and uncomfortable, so we turned around and walked away. As we were leaving, the coworker next to her--who I assume was a manager, dressed in black--and an older woman in a red uniform yelled after us saying, "She was just playing." Regardless of whether it was meant as a joke, it was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. We never even got the chance to sit down or order. I can't say for certain what motivated the behavior, but as a Hispanic family being treated differently than the customers before us, it definitely felt upsetting and concerning. This was a very disappointing experience, and I hope no one else has to go through something like this. read more

This place must have gone through a remodel or under new management because I can't understand the low rating. The restaurant was clean with plenty of tables. Our waitress was amazing! Took our drink order right away and when she returned took our food order. She was very friendly and provided great input on options. We started with the nachos add steak, which were delicious. I had the chicken club sandwich and it was exactly what I wanted. Chicken was cooked perfectly, delicious avocado and pesto sauce on it. The bacon, crispy. My mom had the Hawaiian burger and ate every bite. The fries were also fresh and nice and crispy. My dad had the prime rib and it was cooked exactly how we wanted and the meat was very tender and flavorful. He got it with a baked potato and veggies. My daughter had the beef teriyaki and her steak was cooked as she wanted. The mac salad was diff than I'm used to as they add pineapple to it but we enjoyed it. My son in law did the ribs special and the meat fell off the bones. It was a large portion and he didn't finish it but really liked it. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The food was pretty good- we ordered a kids hotdog, steak and eggs, and carne asada fries. Folks were saying that things have been remodeled and the place appears clean. I appreciate that there is such variety in the menu and breakfast served all day. The kids meal portions are also quite generous. The main downside is that it is open to the casino so there is a LOT of smoke coming into the restaurant. I definitely prefer my meals without all the smoke. read more

Stopped in mesquite for the evening and decided to get food here. Presentation value was lacking, but prices were shockingly low (I got steak and shrimp for $16) and the food quality was surprisingly decent. It was by no means the best steak I've ever had, but I've most certainly had worse steak that costed a lot more . I also really loved the roll that came with it. Our server was honestly kinda grumpy, but we fortunately didn't have to interact with him much. I'd definetly consider stopping here for food again in the future read more

As a first time visitor I definitely recommend Mason Street Courtyard. Although we were not greeted properly in a nice way (I noticed even other customers got the same way of treatment by this person), but overall our first time experience went well. All other servers were friendly and kind . Also the service was quick and the food was delicious. I ordered my steak as a well done and it actually was ! Which made me very happy. Our server, Arianna was absolutely amazing! She had a drunk male customer that was upset over the kitchen being out of a menu item on a Saturday night and she handled him with such grace. We stop here on our way to St. George and Tuacahn. I think of it as a pleasant surprise. Today I had the daily special which was carne Asada tacos for $8.99. Two large tacos plus rice and beans. The meat was not the usual "flap" cut but was instead a very tender meat that I think was probably New York or Sirloin. My wife decided she wanted to eat light so she ordered Nacho's off the appetizer section. When it came we were both overwhelmed, it was huge (see picture). I asked the very friendly and efficient server if she has ever seen anyone eat the whole thing. She said, " no." In the past I have enjoyed the fried chicken on the senior menu and walked away stuffed. I have enjoyed every soup I've had there. We enjoy stopping here. The Casino is always clean and the staff is friendly. It is a great stop between Vegas and St. George or other points North. Don't hesitate to try it. read more

The morning buffet is always a great start of the day with a nice selection of items including applewood smoked bacon, scrambled eggs, hash browns, pancakes, waffles, corned beef hash, crepes, fruits, cinnamon coffee cake, delicious muffins and much more. The coffee is good and the service is always quick and friendly ! There's a big selection for lunch and dinner and monthly specials. The prime rib was very well seasoned and medium rare just tge way that I like it. The accompanying horseradish was a great compliment to the prime rib not overpowering, but really enhanced the meat. Only minor complaint was the potato and veggies were a little cold. Service was very prompt and friendly without being obtrusive. Worst place ever to eat! we ate at the Mason Street, Courtyard couple years ago and the food was just disgusting!! They actually put generic lunch meat and cheese on a chef salad it tasting like crap! So this time we went March 16, 2025 and the food is still horrible The fries were covered in some kind of a seasoning salt that smelt so bad it also tasted bad! It's so gross that you could hardly have it near you! Food was really bad husband's hamburger tasted like the worst and cheapest hamburger meat they could have bought! I know the Eureka casino resort is owned by its employees, but they really need to consider getting a new Cook ! at Mason street courtyard !!!It's been this way for the last few years that we've been going. We took my girlfriend's parents here last night to eat. There was five of us and we all had prime rib. I've had cheap prime rib down in Las Vegas before at Ellis Island. This prime rib did not even compare it was so good. Mmmmmmm Me my girlfriend and my daughter we all had the 12 oz prime rib and it was huge.. And it was flavorful and it was good. My girlfriend's parents had 8 oz prime ribs which were really big also. Listen you cannot go wrong for $16 for the 8 oz and $20 for the 12 oz. They could have better vegetables with it but what do you want for really cheap. The first time I ate here, the person I was with found a hair in their food. After that, I avoided this location for a while, but decided to try it again when a friend came into town and was staying at the hotel. Unfortunately, my second experience was not any better. I ordered the cheese quesadillas and when they arrived, they had chicken in them. Before I even noticed, the waiter was gone and did not return until much later when he brought the bill. When he arrived later with the bill, I mentioned that there was chicken on my quesadilla. He said, "well that's not my fault - I told the kitchen to make it cheese" and then he walked off. No apology or empathy of any kind. I will also say that I ordered the quesadillas both times I went. They are quite large for the price. However, both times they came with a side of rice that was hard and dry, it had obviously been sitting out for quite some time. I expect this kind of service from the Budget hotel/cafe across the street but always had the impression that Eureka was better quality. I will absolutely not be back. read more

I dined at Mason Street Courtyard on my recent trip to Mesquite. This place is located on the casino floor of the Eureka, and offers a casual dining experience with friendly service. The restaurant is spacious , well kept and is a popular spot with the locals. On this visit, I opted for the grilled chicken sandwich with fries. Both were satisfying and hit the spot. My only complaint is the trimmed down menu. This place has drastically reduced their menu, so don't expect pages of options. They reopened their breakfast buffet, which is only $7.99. read more

This place is just bad. Burnt crust undercooked pizza. Cold stale fries. Fish and chips? Not even close. Don't waste your money!

I've been here a couple times, it's never been memorable. We all looked at the buffet and decided it looked good. I think we were just hungry. It was Thursday, Asian night. The Orange Chicken was good, especially when it was just put out so it was crispy and fresh. The sesame chicken was okay. The rice was both over cooked and undercooked with a mixture of crunchy and mush. Yuck. The chow mien was just sad. Like chicken noodles without the soup. The wontons had great potential but we're severely over cooked. My family said the shrimp was super dry and seemed like it had been sitting there for ages. I tried the pumpkin pie for dessert. It was really weird and gelatinous. I didn't end up eating it. We only saw our server once. The restaurant was practically empty. We never got drink refills or had our empty plates taken away. Upon paying we mentioned this to the lady at the check out and it seemed many people had this issue with the server and he had been reprimanded for it more than once . . . I really like the way the seating is done-the booths are large and spread apart from each other. There are also some tables, but if feels very...spacious. And classy. Service is pretty good. We were greeted by a friendly hostess who took our names and number down for Covid tracing, I believe, and then showed up to a table. Our server brought us drinks and our food timely. The Chicken Wrap and the Street Tacos (w/ carnitas) were both large portions, but more importantly we're prepared to perfection. Food menu falls on a casual dining which what we were looking for. So no pictures coz we were super hungry. The Prime Rib was really delicious and the potato with all the fixings was good except it looks like they boil then bake the potato so any nutrients are gone by they time it reaches your table. Before moving to Mesquite we used to stay at Eureka and loved the hotel. We were playing in the casino and decided to get dinner. My hubby decided to get steak because it was his birthday. He couldn't eat it because it was all fat and gristle. I told the waiter and he snapped back "what do you want me to do about it" I told him it was my husband's birthday and he just stared at me. We took out his ID and showed him that it was, in fact, his birthday. The waiter shrugged his shoulders and once again asked what he "should do about it" I was really taken back by his attitude and the way he acted like he wanted to physically fight. He wouldn't take the steak back so I asked if he could at least give my husband a birthday slice of cake, which he did. That piece of cake was his birthday dinner. After this we never went back and would just go to the restaurant in the casino across the street if we wanted something. The waiter was so rude my food was awful (canned vegetables and tiny pieces of fried chicken). That waiter was the last straw. Five of us went to the Eureka Casino and decided to go have dinner, we stood in line for a half hour at the Mason Street Courtyard Restaurant and when we finally got up to the desk, the girl informed us that there's a waiting list, she told us the wait would be 40 minutes, that's on top of the 30 we already waited, I asked why we weren't told about the wait list while we were waiting, she said she was to busy, I asked to speak to the manager, he said sorry but they're busy and shorthanded, he clearly didn't care. I as well as our group were very upset so we went across the street to the Virgin River to eat and gamble, I know we're not High Rollers but the Eureka not only lost our business in the restaurant but also lost out on thousands of dollars in gambling. What upset me the most was the attitude of the restaurant manager and the girl at the front counter, they acted as if they could care less, a good manager would have said, let me see what I can do. But he clearly lacks management skills. We live here in Mesquite and this didn't sit well with us so we will be taking an extended break from this casino. read more

The restaurant was super busy but the service was still good, our server was prompt in delivering our beverages and our food. The portion size was quite ample for a dinner special, small steak, 4 shrimp, a baked potato, lots of steamed veggies and a roll. The Eureka has suffered like a lot of covid hit restaurants. They have drastically trimmed down their restaurant menus and recently reopened the lunch buffet with time restrictions. The food I'm afraid has also taken a hit. One omelet might be fluffy and good but next time dry and burnt. The fish and chips is a hit and miss. With free comp we eat there often and my fish and chips have been different almost all the time now. I have received it: with mashed potatoes (I was toil it was chef's choice. WHAT? Chips is in the name. Also been served swai, walleye ,scroll but never cod. I really hope it gets back to a steady consistency in all their food. read more

I was hoping the odds were in my favor when I entered the casino looking for this restaurant and I was hoping the prime rib would be a safe wager. As I sat at the table my server Lisa greeted me, she seemed well versed in the steaks and the rest of the options offered here and made some recommendations. I was feeling lucky and went for the 12 oz cut of prime rib they ante'd up a salad, baked potato and some nuggets of corn. In the time it takes for the wheels to stop spinning on a slot machine my food was in front of me. A large slice of meat that would make any carnivore smile cooked rare to medium rare served up au jus and creamy horseradish sauce or if you prefer just plain ole horseradish. I found the baked potatoes a bit under done but not to the point it wasn't edible. The side of corm was not what I was expecting I didn't ask for a substitute and didn't realize that this was the standard pairing. The salad was fresh and crisp but I'd skip the croutons next time they seemed boring and out of a box. The atmosphere here is very diner like a bit over lit and noisy but comfortable something you'd expect for restaurant inside a casino. read more

Visited January 10th, 2011 This place is Awesome!! The food is great & the quality definitely exceeds the price. I mean seriously, the prices are already reasonable, but get a rewards card & they get even better!! I was only in Mesquite a few days & was staying at the Casablanca, but this is the place I went to for breakfast, 2 days in a row. They offer some of my favorite cuisines, which was a huge plus for me ;) I ordered one of my favorite Hawaiian breakfast staples, Loco Moco & it was better than some I have had when I lived in Hawaii. However, they were a little skimpy on the Portuguese sausage :( My date had the Salmon Salad, which she didn't really care for. I tasted it & it tasted like the Salmon was maybe canned or packaged, whatever the case, no bueno. It looked nice though. The following day I ordered the 1/2 ham steak (which is still pretty big!) & eggs with a side of pancakes. Very good!! My date had an egg white omelet with spinach & mushrooms. Quite tasty, I might add ;) I am definitely going to stay at the Eureka Casino next time I am in Mesquite & get down on the Ono kine grindz they have at the Mason Street Courtyard. Jaime gave us five star service today, and we really enjoyed our breakfast here. No wonder he is the Lead Server. Friendly and very efficient service. My waffle was light and fluffy, with plenty of syrup storage pockets shaped like....ice cream cones? Wow! Dessert for breakfast! My eggs and side sausage were well cooked, especially the eggs. And don't forget the fresh brewed coffee. Exceptionally good for a pot brewed situation. Refills were enjoyed by all at the table and Jaime was spot on. This was our third meal in this establishment, and definitely the best because of Jaime and his service. We will be back! read more

Stop by here on my way home from Salt Lake. Honestly didn't expect much more than your average eh casino food. However, to my very pleasant surprise, the food is very good! The staff was excellent and friendly. I had steak and shrimp with both a salad and soup. Everything was good, the soup however was amazing!! The staff was observing the Covid-19 concern with face coverings, spaced seating, and salt, pepper, and pepper packets instead of shakers on the table.
