I had four UTVs and a generator that needed to be worked on. I reached out to Milton Mobile Mechanics, and I was immediately impressed with Jeremy. His communication regarding the work that I needed to be done was bar none. I have been in the service industry for over 25 years, and I cannot remember one person that is like Jeremy. He was very clear about the service he was going to provide, asked a lot of questions so that he was 100% prepared for the work he was coming to do, and all pricing and charges were conveyed up front. He suggested many things to me to help save me money, never an up sale on a service, it was all about me as the consumer. I am sorry, but it is VERY rare to find that these days. For example, I was going to pay with credit card so that he could get paid faster, since he is a small operation, that is important for cash flow. He told me twice that it was okay to write a check; please know I work for a large commercial outfit, checks can take up to two weeks to cut, and he was willing to wait for his money so that I could save the 3% service charge. Second, before he ever arrived, he wanted to make sure that he knew everything about the equipment he was coming to fix so that when he arrived, he had EVERYTHING he needed to complete the job, this prevents him having to run to the store to pick something up and have to come back. If the job took him longer (searching for parts, shopping for part, etc) that would have cost me more because I am paying for his time. The 30 - 45 mins (over multiple conversations) we spent talking before he came simply made him more prepared and saved me money again. He asked more questions than a doctor does! :) Now to talk about the work itself, everything was exactly what he said he was going to do, he was of course PREPARED for what needed to be done, he was neat and clean, done correctly, communicated with me while he was working on the equipment to tell me everything he was doing and even did additional checks on the equipment without me asking, because he knew I was selling the equipment and he wanted to make sure everything was ready for me to sell. He simply went over and above what I expected and didn't cost me a dime more for it. Oh, and I am WELL outside his normal service area. Like 60 miles outside his range. Most of the time when I tell someone where I am and they don't normally work in that area; they will just immediately tell you that they don't go that far and decline the work. Jeremy never complained about, he just immediately said yes, he would come down there and was clear that there would be an additional charge for the distance. I knew going into it I would have to pay more because of this, so I had no issue with it. He even took a picture of his mileage; the time he left and shared his WAYS app showing when he left his service area to just show me that he was honest about what the trip charge was going to be. Seriously, who does this.....well I now know one person that does...Jeremy If you ever need work done on farm tractor, lawn mowers, UTVs, four-wheelers, ATVs, Side-by-Sides, and other small engines you have to call Milton Mobile Mechanics. This is the dealership issue that happened with the Cumming GA Branson dealership…read more 1st and foremost - Branson dealership are franchises, and Branson stood behind their product EXTREMELY well. Got a notice in the mail that where I had purchased my 2015 3520H was under new management. My 3520H had a failed fuel sending unit and a failed dashboard (the hour meter kept resetting to zero) I contacted the new management and asked - my email even stated that there was he had no skin in the game, and "No" would be a perfect answer as well - as I was out of warranty for electronics. Here is the best part of the story - the new management contacted Branson, and because I had reported the items broken prior to end of warranty - Branson agreed to fix the parts. So I drop off my tractor - and they replace the dash and the fuel sending unit. I pickup my tractor - hook up my mower and as soon as I turn on the PTO it stalls, upon restart it revs up and down and has no power. Dealer send s a truck to pick it up, diagnoses the issues and says "it is a coincidence that the injector pump died" (I really don't believe in coincidences). Dealer calls Branson - and Branson once again says YES they will repair it. Dealer installs new injector pump. I get it home, and run it at PTO for 3 hours, and exact same failure as before - revs up and down - no power - barely got it back to my shop. Took it back to the Dealer - and diagnosed as ANOTHER injector pump - once again Branson agree to replace the injection Pump. The dealer replaced the injector pump, and cleaned the entire fuel system. The dealer shows me what was in the tank, and it was RUST - yes I had a rusting PLASTIC tank. I took the tractor home and upon close inspection, found that the mounting bolt for the injector pump was laying on the frame rail, and my fuel gauge was no longer functioning - AGAIN! The tractor did run, however - it was sluggish, and under-powered, and simply did not run/feel like is had for the previous 4 years. During this process I reached out to Branson HQ and was directed to my regional manager. This is what happened - no names have been used or drug thru the mud, there were many things said during the incident that need not be repeated. It was an experience that no one should have to deal with... I will tell you Branson stood behind their product, and treated me as well or better than can be expected. In the end - Branson, kept my business by earning my respect, that 1st dealer - not so much Having no confidence in the work that was performed by the Cumming dealership - I traded the tractor.

Rented an auger from them to dig a few 36" deep holes. Specifically told them I needed to dig 36"…read moreholes and they suggested the specific piece of equipment. When I picked up the equipment I questioned the capability of it to dig 36" deep as the auger but seemed too short. They assured me it could go that deep. So I loaded it up on their rental trailer and off I went. Well it turns out that it cannot got 36" deep. About half that depth is all it will go due to a limitation of the geometry of the machine and the lengths the bit. On top of that I noticed the trailer lights weren't working when I got it home so I fixed a loose wire there. Thought they were working when I left. When I got to return the equipment the guy unloading it said "ohh year this won't go that deep you should have rendered this other thing tell them up front" Stood by rental made it right. I had an issue and the team absolutely called back and made it right. What else can you ask.
