I have had tickets in the balcony which is nice if you're going to a more relaxing show but I typically get standing room floor tickets. They also offer VIP seats behind the stand room floor area. Standing room can get pretty packed but there is usually space in the back to get some extra breathing room. The drinks at the bar tend to be a bit pricey but what you'd typically expect from a concert venue. The drink selection is fine - I would prefer more craft beer options but they do carry PBR which I enjoy from time to time. They also have some food options more than just popcorn and pretzels. I typically get the chicken tenders which average but it's nice to have actual options for food.

Generally terrible service, unclear rules, and they treat their performers badly.

The real reason for the excitement is bc this place has a crazy DIY, mix and match, build your own dog and tot/fries menu. We had basically just come from another restaurant (I say basically to soften the blow but we did, in fact, leave a restaurant before embarking on the walk to come to this place. If we weren't kinda full from that, we could have provided a more legitimate showing. GF was grossed out by the thought of other food but I was not going to succumb to the satiety Gods. I perused the menu thoroughly. I wanted something that kind of resembled a Polish boy so I went with classic slaw and bbq sauce. I added pickle relish and pimento mac and cheese for good measure. Love the vegan options (two dogs, vegan chili, there was a vegan cheese if memory serves. Some of the other options and I kid you not were spaghetti o's and peanut butter. There was literally an entire page worth. I was really planning on only having a taste but you know I ate basically the entire thing. It was spectacular. I have no other words. Worth a stop, without a doubt.

It has hot dogs. It has burgers. It has sides. All the sides! You can get something crazy and live a little. You can lay it back and build your own. This is the definition of a choose your own adventure - Hot Dog Edition. It is definitely bar, and the low light, red vibe they have going on is great. There won't be normal servers running up to you to serve your every need, but the people behind the bar are super chill, so if you need anything please ask them. AND GET AS MANY SAUCES AS YOU CAN HANDLE. Try them all. Get a plate of fries or tots and have a dipping party. They are all so good and elevate the whole experience.

The decor looks like a New Orleans restaurant and there is even a second level for seating. The food is delicious. They have great Happy Hour Specials with portions and prices small enough to sample food items. They also have a pick 3 on the menu that lets you pick different menu items. Our favorites are of course the Chicken Gumbo and Jambalaya but tried to duck wings that were crispy and perfectly cooked. We also tried to fried okra that was awesome. The craft beer and cocktail menu is extensive and we upgraded to the large hurricane, which was fruity and refreshing. Service was Excellent. Highly recommend!

Our server was great - very attentive but not overbearing, drinks replenished quickly and food didn't take too long. We got the seafood gumbo, crawfish etoufee, jambalaya and chicken basket. The food was good, not great. It was just kind of bland and I was expecting some flavorful broths for the gumbo and etoufee but we had to add a lot of salt, pepper and hot sauce. I don't even like overly spicy food but this had no kick at all. Thought the gumbo would have some depth of flavor from the roux but it just didn't. We skipped appetizers for dessert and told the waitress that is what we were doing when we ordered entrees. Would have been nice if she told us they were out of 2 of their 6 desserts. We were looking forward to the King Cake -only available on the weekend, and the creme brulee and they were out of both. They opened at 12 and we were sat at 12:30 so imagine they were out when we arrived. The beignets were very good, the key lime pie was just ok, not super strong lime flavor. I think the pricing is fair for the food, but don't like the addition of an administrative fee. I think it was around $5. I am guessing this is for credit cards? Although we were never advised of the fee or asked if we wanted to pay cash. I run a business and credit card fees are part of doing business, I find this tacky on top of a $210 bill. Also be warned a 20% gratuity is added for a party of 5 - which I have never seen before as it is usually for 6 or more.
