[[HIGHLIGHT]]We stopped at Forest City Brewery to see some live music for Father's Day. Oh My was it busy.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Fortunately we brought our own chairs to sit outside. We set up toward the back of the garden and we were able to hear the music very well.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The line for the bar was very long, so we ordered food as well. There were three servers behind the bar and they were moving fast. When you order you get a number to take to your table and your food is delivered. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The garden area is perfect to relax and have a drink.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I will probably go back next time during non peak hours.

I was here for a book club event in the clubhouse. It was my first time at this space. I found parking on the street. The menu, while limited, was enough for me to find a few options I wanted to pick from. I chose the pulled pork sandwich. It came with kettle chips. My sandwich was tasty and the staff was kind and knowledgeable. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The club house space is great for small groups between 5-25 people.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Stopped by Forest City to take advantage of the Yelp Cleveland promotion. This is probably my 5/6th visit to the brewery. Always great service and beer. On this visit I want to highlight how good the pierogis were. I'll definitely visit again.

Awesome beers, great service and excellent food. You must get the pretzels! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Cool warehouse vibes with multiple rooms and a patio now open.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] A must check out spot.

The Classic Honk entertaining the crowd!

This is one of the best breweries and venues in the CLE. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Sundays in the beer garden is my favorite.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

    My Shortcake Drink!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Friendly bartenders, roomie areas to convene.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] On Tuesday evenings they allow nonprofits to reserve rooms with no rental fee! I did order the shortcake drink with vanilla vodka and cream soda because I couldn't get myself to drink the box wine that they had.

Love coming to Forest City brewery for beers and drinks on the weekends and to enjoy their patio. Went in a Saturday morning to try their food and overall it was delicious! I ordered the kielbasa and eggs and pierogis. I wish they gave you more than 2 pieces of kielbasa...that was the only disappointing part but pierogis were good!

I have been here a few time now and every time I feel right at home. The space is full of old world charm and very open. They have a nice backyard patio that is great to sit in when the weather permits. They have live music almost weekly. The beer is really good with a nice selections that leaves you wanting to try one more before you go. They have food available but I have not yet tried it. The service is what is expected. A must stop before heading into downtown for a game or show.

Everywhere in the outside they have these signs now

we used to go in the patio area with the baby in the stroller but they banned it, so rating it a zero because they changed it from a family friendly patio to an adult only area. In addition to that, the times we have gone the beers have been mediocre and the food okay and overpriced. If it wasn't for the patio I wouldn't recommend. There are better breweries close by in the area

There is also an outside courtyard with chairs and tables. The bathroom is clean and immaculate and reminds me of a fancy hotel bathroom. There is also a kitchen for catering food. The space was well air conditioned inside and I felt comfortable during my whole visit. According to an article on Cleveland.com website, "The 10,000 square-foot building has a long history; it was originally a furniture showroom in the early 1900s, and it later became a banquet space and cultural center for Gordon Square's Vietnamese community. Holland and fellow business partners Kyle Lawrence, John Lawrence and K.C. Stitak led the vision for Gordon Green, and worked to maintain historic aspects of the property like its original hardwood floors and tin ceilings, according to a press release." I recommend Gordon Green for parties, conferences, mini-retreats, and just any general event. **** - 46/100 total reviews in 2021 - 466 total overall Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 24 August 2021
