They never followed up or made good by attempting to fix the issue, even when after I reached out and told them about the TWO MONTHS of straight up GHOSTING and our continued desire to have them come out and perform the services they have been CHARGING US FOR the last 6 months. Goff was the first to respond and showed up 2 hours after we contacted them. I spoke with a very nice woman that said she would send a service person out as soon as possible. He showed up, immediately identified the issue (a wire was knocked loose) and was realistic with us about not investing too much money in our current unit. We've always planned to get a new system (we just want to get what we can out of this 30 year old one) and hopefully we can go through Goff when we do so.
