NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS MORON!!!!!!! I bought a black Ford F-150 FX4. Motor blew a week after I had it. He gets me in to a king ranch. Noticed bucking the first time driving it. Seven times I've been back to this pos an the bucking is still there. Now one of the times I brought it back I told him my moonroof was of track as that's how it was when I took it off the lot. The MF SUPER GLUED MY MOONROOF SHUT. Ok I got over that so brought it back again for the same issue bucking. He tells me he doesn't feel anything of the sort but he said I did a complete brake job on ur truck. Not what I brought it there for moron. So still said there's no bucking. Dave Sr. is the most unprofessional person I have dealt with. I bought the car because I did want it, but after it failed inspection, the guy was so reluctant to fix the repairs, and had no idea that ball joints and tires needed to be in good working order to pass inspection. THEN, to have the customer pick the vehicle up at the tire place! I have never heard of this. I'll never go back as a customer. And, if I am at the red light at the corner of Rt. 20 and Massasoit Road, and see someone looking at cars in the lot, I'll do my best to persuade the person to go elsewhere. read more

Don't bother This dealer sells junk. This is my 2nd car from them.. First was totaled. The Bank paid off my loan after I showed them how much I had to get fixed and how much it cost. With my credit history my options are limited. So my 2nd car had the power steering leaking less than a week after I brought it home. He fixed that, but since then I've invested $1800. in repairs and now my GMC Envoy is waiting for a tow because my truck won't start or go into neutral. If you can wait to shop around.l. DO IT!!!!!! Purchased a truck from mass auto in 2014. We had a few issues with it directly after purchase but didn't think much of it. Overall not a bad experience. Fast forward to January 2017 I was looking for a second vehicle. I found a 2005 Mercedes SUV on their website and was immediately interested. After going to see it I was pleased. The car was mostly clean but I had noticed a few things wrong with it. After some questioning I got them to fix the issues but it required many trips. After getting the car home I immediately had issues with the power steering pump, a noise I had pointed out when purchasing the car and they blew it off and made me feel stupid for even suggesting it. That was easily $500 worth of repairs directly after purchase that they blew off. When I went to take it for a routine oil change I was then informed that the car was about 20,000 miles past needing an oil change, and only having the car for a short time this didn't happen under my care. Such a simple thing such as an oil change was completely avoided my this shady car dealership. The state of their shop and Office should have tipped me off. Do not buy a car here!! read more

Stay away. Went in with my 19 year old son to look at a Jeep. The car was filthy and clearly had not even been given a once over by the "dealer". After the test drive my son mentioned that the car didn't drive well. The owner argued with him about how cars should drive. When we asked about similar cars with relatively low mileage the owner lectured us on how many miles are typically put on cars. He was extremely patronizing. Thank goodness we got out of there without committing to anything financial. read more

Run fast and run far from this car dealership!!!! They are dishonest and lack scruples. They sold me a Jeep with a full sized spare, it was not until I placed the spare on the vehicle and started to drive it that it broke down, abruptly, in a snow storm in rush hour traffic on rt 495.....the cause? A blown transfer case due to driving on a rim that did not match the other three in size. Glad I paid for the full sized spare. Don't trust these guys!!!!!!!! I have bought two vehicles here. One in aug of 2014 and the other less than 30 days ago. The first one was reasonably priced and didn't have major problems. I brought it in to have one fixed but then had to have a mechanic friend fix the problem because despite it being "fixed" there it still had the same problem until my mechanic fixed it. Stupidly we found another vehicle there through a third party website. It was priced very well in comparison to others like it. They buy most of their inventory from auctions and don't know much about the vehicles. I brought the second vehicle in with a list of issues, one was fixed. The salesman/owner I was dealing with didn't give me the best customer service just because I could tell he didn't plan on fixing any of the issues. A week later (yesterday) the vehicle started overheating and likely will need extensive repair. I'm not even going to bother trying to have it repaired here because I know it won't be done correctly or at all. My recommendation would be not to buy a vehicle here unless you plan on fixing whatever's wrong with it since their 30 day warranty is a joke. read more

I spoke with a guy working on the cars in the lot. He takes us into the owners office, he was eating and never stopped eating while I was there. He was rude, short with me and extremely condescending. I walked in there with $10,000 cash in my pocket, but I told him I was only looking for something for $4,000.00 to see if I could find a decent vehicle cheap. He asked what I was looking for and I said a small SUV or crossover, probably a 4 cylinder. He laughed at me and said he didn't understand what a crossover was. I didn't respond to him because before I could further explain what I was looking for he got all aggressive and said he didn't have any SUV's for that price on his lot but he had the, "cheap" stuff at another lot. At this point I know I'm not going to buy anything from this xxx. I still wanted to see what is available and see how bad he would get. I mentioned again we are looking for a 4 cylinder Jeep type vehicle (meaning small SUV) and he got annoyed and said Jeeps don't have 4 cylinders and held up his hand making a zero with his fingers with a ton attitude and repeated,"zero" 3 times while holding up his hands. This guy is terrible and I wouldn't trust him to wash my windows, never mind sell me a vehicle. My girlfriend was with me and when she left she said, "You handled that very well, I cant believe you didn't give the guy attitude back, I would have told him off in the first 2 minutes!" I bought a very reasonably priced 2000 Ford Explorer, barely miles on it, for 2300 dollars a month and a half ago, they did my sticker, fixed all the little problems (the suspension squeaked from sitting for so long) and things like that. They didn't charge me for those repairs, even though the front brakes had to be replaced. They didn't charge me for my sticker. Recently the bearing on my front drivers side wheel went. I got my car towed there, on Sunday, left a message, they called me back Monday at 7:00 am. I was still asleep so when I called back at 9 he said it was already fixed and they were just going to charge me for the parts which was part of the deal of anything broke when I bought my car. Honest, hard working guys work here. I'm a young girl who took my brother in law with me when I bought the car and they treated us both with respect, I will continue to bring my car here and I hope others do too.
