He explained his plan for spraying the inside based on the discussion with the problem areas. He first started at the front door inside, sprayed the threshold as I opened the door in between the front door and security door, saturated it very well. Then began all along the interior walls, bedrooms, master bath where it was a main problem area, continued throughout the hallways and rooms that were accessible. I had purposely backed out all 3 cars in the garage and Michael sprayed all the accessible walls plus the door areas into the house and especially at the step up where the cars are parked in the garage. He replaced the 6 glue traps, 2 at the door leading into the house, 2 at the single car garage door and 2 at the double car garage door and completed the inside. Michael then put down the ant granulates in front on the trouble area room window on the rock landscaping, then prepared the outside insect solution and sprayed the front of the house, he explained that spraying over the ant granulates would activate the grandulates with the moisture. Spraying along the side of the house to the back, he sprayed around the back side walls, then around the pool, back walls and then all along the outside accessible areas and completed around the back patio threshold and back along to the front of the house. We had been experiencing issues with small ants and that issue has gotten better, currently experiencing many crickets, pinch bugs or earwigs. Michael sprayed everywhere to hopefully build a nice barrier to get rid of the insects. Great job Michael Gallagher!

Tried breakers, etc. Called and they had a guy out to my place within 45 minutes on a Sunday. Now that is fast! Travis did an excellent job. Turns out a wire had fried. Got me back up and running. It was already up to 82 degrees (see photo), so it was not comfortable. It's now blowing cold air again. Thankfully, I won't have to go to the hotel tonight. Keep up the great work guys!

I had new capacitor, new breakers, new switch, new pool timer, and had the pump tested to make sure it worked, by a pool store. Still wouldnt come on. People said it may be underground wiring, but I wasnt digging up my yard for nothing. Steve showed up and wasnt even scared if my big pitbull/mastiff mix or my big husky. He went straight to the pit like he knew him already with a "HEYYYYY!" Made my little so happy he was wagging his whole body. Haha! The husky sat and ate grass next to him while he worked on the electrical setup out back. He figured it out and even showed me the issue. No BS. Efficient. Dog-friendly, and a really cool dude. Worth the service fee just to verify what it was to ease my mind. We had an idea, but he solidified it 100% with no guesswork involved - after I threw a ton if new parts on the issue already. Hahaha! I should've called Simple Electric FIRST and saved myself a ton of time, money, pulling my pump apart, researching videos and driving all over town to buy crap to fix it. Threw a lotta money at it - and it was a WIRE the whole time. Hahahahaha! DUH!!!!

I'm not an expert regarding home construction, but you can tell when you watch someone performing a task if they're knowledgeable. So, I was getting a new dryer and decided it would be a good time to clean out my dryer lint vent…read more I ordered a kit with a round brush and some flexible rods that you attach to a drill and feed through the vent to clean out the lint. Sounds simple enough, right? So the flexible rods that screw together unfortunately separate while I'm using the drill and the brush and several of the rods are stuck inside the duct. I watch a YouTube video explaining how to remove it (it apparently happens frequently) by buying additional rods and attaching a "corkscrew" made from a wire hanger which you feed into the duct by hand to hopefully "grab" onto the brush and pull it out. You guessed it, that got stuck too. I called King Air Duct Cleaning and Lance (the owner) assured me that he understood the issue and he would be able to squeeze me in so I could start using my new dryer. Lance was here this morning and he was amazing. Within 20 minutes he had both of the pieces removed from the duct and all of the built-up lint cleared. Then he hooked up my new dryer, tested the airflow and assured me everything was good to go! And the cost was about 1/3 of what I thought it would be! Highly recommended!!!

I asked him to let me know when he was on his way so I could notify her. Not only did he do that, but he notified me again before he knocked on the door to make sure he wasn't waking her up! The cleaning was textbook; he cleared the lint the size of a ball from the vent, did NO upselling, charged exactly what I was quoted and was done quickly. And my clothes now dry on the first load! I just bought this house so I'm sure they haven't been cleaned in ages (if ever), but King Air Duct Cleaning got us rolling again quickly! Thank you-would highly recommend!

This company was middle in pricing compared to the others that I got quotes from, but the value of having someone not judge me for my mess while taking some of the labor off my plate was worth every penny. I just said things were looking good. Then Madison ran out of time and had to leave. She did finish mopping the floor, but my downstairs did not get the same attention at the upstairs. When mentioned to Brian, he said that they could have added time. This was never mentioned to me before my review. If that was told then the review would have 5 stars instead of 4 and I wouldn't have the manager Brian texting me asking for a review update. We really shouldn't have to give a list of all the things that we want cleaned but it seems that is the case. So if you do hire them make sure you have list of exactly what you want cleaned ESPECIALLY if you hire them for a deep clean. The ladies that cleaned are nice and Madison really did an amazing job.
