I was so blessed to have found Katherine who has amazing healing energy. Even just sitting and chatting with her, prior to my session, I could feel my energy lift and a tingling around my head and shoulders which was interesting in itself. To date I've had three weekly sessions with Katherine, and each time I have left feeling far more relaxed, balanced, and better able to cope. I will continue to see her weekly, for awhile, as it feels like each session builds on the next.
