One of the worst massages I have ever received. I was severely disappointed As I had two girls work on me, both completely did now know what they were doing. There was no real strategy, as one of the girls literally was massaging me in a repeated circle motion. In fact it was causing more friction heat that anything close to an enjoyable moment. Just heated circles, and circles on the same body part, followed by the occasional elbow/forearm move. The only thing she got right was the pressure which I asked for. Sadly it left me wanting another massage from another place. Severely disappointed as this was my 3rd visit. The first two were above par. This was the most amazing foot and leg massage at a price that was unbeatable. I had the 60 minute foot and leg massage with added herbal foot bath and foot scrub. My massage therapist was strong and used the perfect deep pressure I requested. The only negative thing I can say is I wish I had gotten a 2 hour session because I was sad when it was over. I have been all over at different foot massage places and this is by far the best experience I've ever had! The massage room was clean, quiet, and smelled amazing. Had the most relaxing 90 minute full body massage with Frank. The massage place is extremely clean, quiet, they take temperature, offer free masks and hand sanitizer. The therapist did a technique on me where he rubs me with a think blanket all over my body, especially the back snd he feels how tender or how much tension I have then after her soften me up, he used massage oil snd did a Phenomenal body massage with hot stones and ended it with a foot massage that was simply divine. I didnt have an appointment but they were able to accommodate me as a walk in just before noon. As i was escorted to the room, the ambiance and feel of the place was very pleasant and relaxing. I was assigned Mia for the hour combo massage. She had a caring and professional demeanor, very kind and courteous. I requested medium firm pressure and she maintained the same pressure from start to finish. Her technique was wonderful, very theraputic and relaxing. Got the deep tissue/acupressure massage. It hurt a little because the masseuse used her elbows at one point during the course, but it hurt so good! I've been having some aches and pains and this is exactly what I needed for some relief. Your masochist ass just has to speak up if you want more or less pressure, just like at any other spa. There also wasn't much communication from the masseuse yet I noticed she focused on my problem areas without me mentioning it. Trained hands I suppose. Walls are thin though with their prices, it's worth the trade off. Note for the business: please work on better communication with instructions for the customers when you place them in a room and during the massage. It goes a long way. read more

0/0 if I could. Got a 90 min body, foot, and hot stone massage. First time here, my gf's second. I'm currently bruised, hurting, tense, and what I needed done was not. I have had a kink in my neck for over a week now and asked for that to be tended to. NOPE. Wasn't touched once. Said I'm EXTREMELY sensitive in my shoulders, (to a point where it drops me). She took it as "ok apply the most pressure there". I told her FOUR times. STOP WITH THE SHOULDERS. And 5 times to go easy on the pressure. Mind you, this lady is a tad bit bigger than me. After the 3rd time she laughingly, says "you came for a massage but don't like pain." She kept digging her fkn elbows, knuckles, and fingers into areas I told her to avoid, as well as all along my shoulder blade. So excuse me for telling you to back off with the pain being inflicted on me. I had a headache from tensing myself up so much during this pain session. I kept asking myself if these "masseuses" had training or licenses. Hmm maybe I'll contact some people.... Either way, my entire back is bruised, my neck still hurts and I'm just even more tense and tight than when I walked in. I need a massage from this so called "massage". Oh, and my foot massage? You mean her pounding my heel 3x? That was amazing, NOT. Nothing else was done to my feet?? Oh and the hot stone? SHE FUCKING BURNED ME. I know for a fact that TYPICALLY you rub the stones together and let it cool a tad bit after you remove it from the canister-NOPE! My gf's review (she's currently in so much pain and hurting because what they did that she cannot walk, bend, turn properly. We had to give her meds and heat pack her): I have severe pain in my lower spine. It's difficult to bend, walk, and sleep. They were not pushing in any correct spots but rather directly on the spine and pushing with intense non therapeutic force. When told to use less force they did only for a moment then went back to digging in. Massages are supposed to be relaxing. I was tensing my body the entire time out of pain and fear of breaking something. At the end, they switched maaaeuses without warning and the pressure was even worse, rushed to finish, and caused more pain. I've had deep tissue massages many times before and even those don't hurt because they are trained and hit the right spots in the correct manner. These people are not trained whatsoever. Digging their thumbs into bones and not the muscles. This place is awful. read more

I have mixed feelings about this place. The workers were nice, were able to accommodate for me when I walked in, and the 30 minute neck/shoulder/lower back massage got out all of my knots and tension that had built up because of driving 3500miles this past week. They also had great prices. However, the headrest they had for me to put my face in was uncomfortable and ended up being painful. It looked like a neck pillow that people take on planes but was not soft or cushioning at all. By the end of the massage, my jaw was in agony and I had to spend time massaging out that pain. It seems like such a simple fix for this place to do. If they do update that piece, I'll definitely be back. Otherwise, I'm going to try to find another place. As some of the other reviews mentioned, you do hear quite a bit of background noise. But it didn't bother me much. read more

After reading the reviews, I asked for Louis because he was mentioned in some of the reviews and he did not disappoint! I found a $45 whole body massage on Groupon (50 min back and 30 min foot). However, after getting there I decided to get a deep tissue back massage with hot stones for $50. First of all, I found it strange that I had to pay for my service upfront. They also charged me an additional $2 fee for using my credit card. The guy (Owen) did not get the message that I wanted back massage ONLY and decided to give me a whole body massage. He also did not know I wanted hot stones so I said something and he went to get the receptionist in the middle of my massage! He only used oil on me the last 15ish minutes.. like really? Why would I pay for someone to massage me with a sheet over me? Anyways, he has such choppy and jerky movements that caused my entire body to move and the table was making so much noice. He seemed to massage my bones, my muscles which was quite painful; most of the massage was uncomfortable and I was holding my breath the whole time. He even went down my spine with his elbow! OUCH! Oh and tips are mandatory, had to tip for a terrible job. WTF I left a $4 tip and the receptionist had the damn nerves to say "only $4?" Like, how rude is that?! read more

The staff are friendly and the lady who did a neck and shoulder massage really helped to work on a kink that's been there for a few days. The massage was decently priced and the space is clean and calm/peaceful. It's not super fancy (which I like). I was (key word was) a regular costumer for a year a so. Used to came here 3 times per months. After 3 months of closing due to Covid, they finally open up again. Call this morning, the guy said that they are busy but there are openings at 8 pm. Arrived at 8, the same guy told me that there isn't enough masseurs and he claimed that he called me a few hrs ago to let me know my my appointment had been canceled. I read from previous reviews that some people felt awkward having to pay upfront, but I didn't mind since I was paying by card and would have to opportunity to write the final amount with the tip after the massage. Unfortunately, I didn't get the name of the female masseuse that gave me my massage, but she was amazing. When she first started, she felt how tense the muscles around my shoulder were and she had asked me to let her know when and if it started to hurt because she was going to apply more pressure to release the knots in my shoulders and back. Once she was done, I felt like a new relaxed man. I had got the 60 minute full body and foot massage. I also did the Yelp check in to get a free add on and went with the foot scrub. He had a woman named Apple and he said she was the best he's had too. He actually fell asleep on the table! I had Daiway and It was like a deep tissue!!!
