A friend recommend Lily for a massage and I'm glad she did! I was a walk in, so I was fortunate that she was available. Lily was skilled - she had a nice firm hand that worked out knots, but she also provided soothing strokes so that the tension could truly be relieved. The only mild issue I had was that I asked for a stone massage and only 15 minutes or so was with stones. BUT, the massage was that good that I didn't mind. I really wanted to give this place a 4 star. Lucy, the masseuse, was exceptional. She is what you want in a masseuse. She was kind, attentive, communicative and just overall excellent at ensuring you are comfortable. The location is quaint and the rooms are decent. But here is the reason for the 3 star: I purchased my massage through ClassPass. I opted for the First lady treatment which consisted of a deep tissue massage, salt scrub and free hot stones. When I first got there, I informed the receptionist that I had an appointment through ClassPass. Without asking, she grabbed my phone, took a picture of my screen then proceeded to call someone on her phone. I believe this may have been because of a language barrier. The gentleman on the phone confirmed I was there for the First Lady package and told me I'm all set. I then followed her to the room where she simply pointed to and walked away. That was fine. Lucy, then came in and created magic with her hands. The deep tissue massage was magnificent. The salt scrub was so glorious, I even got chills. Once she was done cleaning up the salt scrub, she said we were done. I politely reminded her that my appt came with the hot stones. She stepped outside, came back in and showed me her phone. It read: "colleague forgot to turn on the hot stones. Sorry" . Then, she said proceeded with offering me a hot towel instead. I declined the towel. As I was walking out, I was disappointed but I was still leaning toward the four star review because Lucy really did a good job despite missing the hot stones. However, when I approached the front desk, it was a different receptionist . A young lady with perfect English. She asked if I wanted to leave a tip. As I was getting my card ready to leave a well-deserved tip, I casually mentioned that my package came with the hot stones but that portion of the service was not provided. Her response was "I see..." She then charged my card for the tip and completely disregarded what I said. While my body feels relaxed, I left highly disappointed by how situation was handled. Mistakes happen, but acknowledging them and making an effort to address them, goes a long way. read more

Super pleasant and many options available. Super cute and so many different options. I had the 30 mins head and 30 mins body! I didn't know the head they wash your hair!! My hair felt sooo soft after! And smelled great. The head massage was very nice. The body massage was also good. Everyone was super friendly. I will say I wish they had some relaxing music. On 9JAN25 at or around 1400, my girlfriend and I had come due to soreness in our backs and my shoulders as well. We didn't expect bunch but were blown away during our time there. The SERVICE. We had walked in and we were escorted to the back within the moment we stepped in. We had gotten the $75 monthly special. My masseuse was spot on with pressure and spots to massage. The tenderness and soreness was bareable pain that was catered to well. The AMBIANCE. The place was small over all but the rooms were cute and each room was named after a flower! There was plenty of parking. The only "Downfall" or "difficulty" is the language barrier. When we would discuss what we wanted and paying at the end and asking for more or less pressure. This place is a hit and miss. Today unfortunately was a miss. So much so that I'm writing my 2nd negative review ever. Went in for a 1 hr $75 head and neck massage, feel like I paid more for a fast paced back and forth on bone pressure rub. Which maybe a total of 20 mins were dedicated to the neck and shoulders. I had two appointments booked through ClassPass, one at 5:00pm and another at 5:15pm, both confirmed days in advance. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I arrived, the receptionist told me they had a lot of walk-ins and that we would need to wait about an hour until a masseuse was available.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I asked why my confirmed appointments were given away, there was no clear explanation.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I understand that walk-ins happen, but that should not come at the expense of customers who have scheduled and confirmed appointments in advance. Decided to book a spur of the moment last minute massage and it was by far thee best massage I have ever had! I called to book an 830 PM appt. I showed up at 815 and they took me in right away. Angela was soooooo good! She worked out my years of kinks and knots! I did the 60 min deep tissue massage and let me tell you! It was definitely a full body massage and definitely worth it! My husband and I went here for my birthday. I got the hair scalp and he got the back and shoulder massage. I was looking for the hair scalp since it looks great with the big massage chair. I'm pregnant so they move me to other room and bring it that big hair wash tube. They said the massage comes with it and I cannot lay face down so they do hair steam instead. I would prefer the hair steam more. The lady who do my hair is very nice, they wash my hair, put on conditioner and oil for hair steam. On top of that, they also come with foot and arm massage. Foot and arm massage is okay. Not the greatest. They tried their best to communicate by using the translation in their phone but I was confuse couple time on what I should do. My husband didn't enjoy his back and shoulder massage. They put too much oil for the massage and he left greasy. His shoulder was hurt from carrying stuff and he wanted to have a good massage. She didn't seem to know why I was there, despite the appointment. Her tone felt moody and unwelcoming.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Massage: The masseuse was kind but it wasn't deep tissue. I asked for firm pressure twice, but most of it was forearms/elbows gliding over tension rather than releasing it. The rest was just light oil rubbing. No real technique to address knots or tightness. She also left the door ajar after the session, which felt inappropriate/exposing as I got up naked from the table to get dressed. Establishment: Not the nicest, but passable for the lower price point. Overall: Maybe just an off day, since I've heard better reviews. I'd consider giving it one more chance. But better customer service and clear service delivery would go a long way. I left disappointed...and still in pain. This is the 3rd time I've gone online to make an appointment - once here and twice for the Telegraph canyon location, and 3rd time I've been asked to push back my appointment an hour or wait because other customers showed up late so the massage therapists are behind! I don't understand why late customers are just not required to end their session on time? Why are the successive customers inconvenienced by having to: move their appointments back, wait and made late to anything else they had planned for the day, or worse, have to cut out of their own massage appointments meaning they don't get the full time they're scheduled for but have to pay full price for it? Management is unorganized and doesn't have a backbone to penalize the late customers, just no shame to punish the one time ones! read more

They open the door without knocking, they converse while the door is open like everyone who walks in hallway would see my exposed body. = while I was putting my clothes back on, one staff just opened the door without knocking. She closed it but left it a little bit open and looking at me every single 2 seconds to see if I'm done. I paid for a total of $250 for 1.5 hr cupping massage and 1 hr for hair & scalp treatment massage but I don't think it's worth it. I would not go back to this place again. read more

I went last Thursday with my friends, it was are first time trying scalpmessage unfortunately it was not as we expected not even how they advertised.. Horrible experience for the scalp message not worth it. Terrible service. I booked the 90 minute Hair scalp treatment + massage + blow out for my moms anniversary and she had a really stressful experience. The machine to wash hair broke and she said they spent most of the time trying to fix it and there were a lot of people in the room. In the end they had to move the machine out the room and she noted her back was all wet. She also brought her own hair products and they used almost all her shampoo and conditioner. Her blow dry experience was painful as they kept pulling her hair and the massage was very quick and not a full body 60 min massage as stated online. When I asked for a discount at the front desk the receptionist was very unreceptive and said no matter what she would charge us full price. She only offered an Starbucks gift card and kept repeating the same thing. Instead of giving my mom a relaxing time they stressed her out and left her hair a mess so that now she's having to go get a blow out. I was really disappointed she wasn't able to enjoy her experience as I had planned and the fact i still had to pay full price is unreal. read more

Went today at 230pm, my massage was really great but please be aware that there is construction going on next door and you will not be able to relax or fall asleep with the hammering, machines and banging on the walls.
