Not that impressed... I came here for a prenatal massage. It was ok at best. They needed to have way more pillows to help keep me comfortable and balanced. I felt like I was trying to keep myself from smashing my stomach the entire time, which is not a good way to feel when you are pregnant and trying to relax! I have not even made it in for a massage yet and I'm already fed up. I received a gift card, but no idea how much was on it. They couldn't tell me how much was on it, but if I came in to get a massage...they'd know... Forward a day...I make an appointment online. Stay away from this place! My husband signed up in 2013 for a massage plan. He has been a loyal customer since then and went about 4 times a year. Some time in the last year, our credit card expired. We were never called, never emailed, never texted, and he was not told when he went in a year ago for a massage. However, they waited until they racked the bill up to $505, took the time to hunt down one of our open credit cards that they were not authorized to charge to and posted to it 2 days ago. When I asked why there had been no contact when the credit card expired, Anna, the manager told me that this is not her responsibility. However, it was her responsibility to run up the charges and then charge $505 to my credit card. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!! read more

Go to Foot Euphoria! It's just About a mile down the street and half the price! The massages are soooo much better and they get right down to business without making you listen to their sales pitch. I went to foot euphoria today and it was 35.00 for an hour plus I gave a 10.00 tip. It was an amazingly relaxing massage. I fell asleep because I was so relaxed! I left there, had dinner and then went to massage envy and paid 65.00 plus 15.00 for a tip and the massage was so weak! If far like I was being tickled. Not to mention the first 10 minutes of my massage time was spent talking about how I wanted my massage to be! Don't waste your money here! Go to Foot Euphoria! read more

I signed up for a membership which including a monthly massage. I've had three so far and always ask them to focus on my neck and lower back. So far they have yet to spend the majority of the massages on those areas. During my most recent visit I was surprised by a male masseuse after having booking the appointment with a girl they had recommended. In addition to making me uncomfortable right off the bat, it was the worst massage I've ever had. Half of his entire massage was just putting his weight on certain areas, holding for 10 seconds, and then releasing. On top of that I made it very clear that I only wanted him to massage my neck and lower back, but he spent the majority of his time on my upper back. On my way out I asked for a refund and they said they would have the manager call me on Monday. After Monday came and went I called again and got the same empty claim- the manager will call you. Unfortunately I'm stuck in this year-long membership so I'll be going to a different location. read more

I am giving this place 1 star because of their need to waste my time and money by giving me less than what I expect. Every time I go, I get there early to fill out what they need to be filled out, then they have me wait until my appointment time which means I have to waste another 5-10 minutes getting ready for the massage (by getting undressed and waiting for the massage therapist to cover what needs to be focused on) and not getting my full hour that I paid for. On top of that, after scheduling an appointment, I needed to reschedule, so I called before they opened and left a voicemail saying just that. Come time for my appointment, they called me 10 minutes afterwards asking why I didn't show. I told them that I left a voicemail and then, after checking if I was telling the truth, they said they checked their voicemails and wrote down the changes, but then proceeded to say that they FORGET to remove my appointment and then they had the audacity to CHARGE ME for HALF of the massage for their mistake, claiming it is a part of their policy. This kind of mistake is ridiculous and to charge me for it is absurd. The employee who made the mistake needs to pay for it, not the customer. After being charged for an employee's mistake, I am no longer going to give Massage Envy my money by canceling my membership, and will find a new business to get my massages taken care of. read more

This is a pretty classy place. I get monthly massages here. I'd say the 'club membership' isn't worth the money though. I pay full prices for massages and it gets auto debited out of my account regardless if I can go....can't see any benefits at all and it's been almost a year. read more

Hands down, the WORST massage I have ever received. The masseuse (If you can call him that) only used one hand at a time and did the same 4 motions in the same 4 spots for the entire hour. All the while he NEVER stood up off his stool. When I informed the manager I was told that he wasn't the right fit for me because he does relaxation massage and not therapeutic. What?? First, shouldn't he know both techniques as a masseuse? Second, he did not do either. It was not relaxing or therapeutic. Such a waste of money!! read more

It was my 1st time getting a facial, and my 1st time at Massage Envy. The facility is clean and nice, but I wasn't too impressed with the finished facial. The lady who did my facial didn't clean me up correctly and I had product in my nose and neck. The funny thing is no one even told me. They asked me how my skin felt etc, but never did they say I have left over residue on my face. Also the lady at the front desk kept trying to sell me products and pay for a membership. I went there twice. The first time I went for a massage by Deana was satisfactory. Second time, I had to question her technique. Starting for the face up just doesnt seem right to me. Then, she started breathing on me and could feel her breaths on my body. Needless to say, within 6-8 hours after the massage I was tense and sick. I have a cold now. Secondly, I didnt and don't like massage envy's sales techniques. They want you to buy a membership and or a massage once per month etc. If I don't have the money, I don't have the money. I am very disappointed at that location. I was just there on Saturday, 12/6/2014. A day before my birthday; I thought it was going to be great; but it was HORRIBLE. Why do I need to tell you 5 times where the pain is, and you are doing something totally different on my body. I'm still in pain from that traumatic experience. It really bothers me; when the receptionist ask " ARE YOU GOING TO LEAVE GRATUITY" WOULD YOU PLEASE ASK DID YOU ENJOY YOUR MASSAGE. This is the second time I had bad service, and it was back to back. Completely ruined my first night to myself in months. I made an appointment, showered, got there on time, filled out the paperwork and was told I could not get a massage because no one working there had a prenatal certificate or whatever. The massage therapists are out of this world! They have a wonderful variety of deep tissue to relaxation choices. The Esthetician's are different, 1st recommended 1 set of products, 2nd recommend a different set of products and mis diagnosed me with rosacea - went to my doctor and learned of this misdiagnosis. 3rd esthetician said one of the three products the 2nd esthetician recommended I use daily was way too harsh to be used daily. So just roll the dice here is my best advice. The misdiagnosed products were 100% satisfaction guaranteed so I returned them and management is still giving me the run around. When I was in the store, the manager was too busy to even come to the counter to see me, she was working on a "project". I was told by worker she would call me that evening and she did not. I could not even get an official receipt out of this company, they hand wrote me a note for my credit which still has NOT been applied. The mgr. apologized for all the mishaps including when her clerk told me I had to have the massage before the facial because I would not want my clean face on their dirty tables...HUH? I've gotten nothing but the run-around being told first the manager has to do the refund, then the manager says the owner has to do the refund (yes on the 100% satisfaction guaranteed products that were misdiagnosed products by their esthetician) I have spent over $500 in the last 8 months at this shop. I say please use the utmost caution when visiting this salon. Through all of this, the owner has not been available. I may end up filing with the BBB, Attorney General or a small claims suit.
