Below zero. The Roswell location had been my homesite for almost eight (8) years, but my husband and I moved to Perimeter area. I kept my membership here to avoid new paperwork as they're all franchised. Due to work and family obligations in addition to COVID concerns, I didn't use my monthly services for awhile resulting in accumulated credits close to $300. I was given a few months to use MY money when I requested a refund. Instead I was told I had a few months to my vouchers. That proved to be very problematic as I couldn't reconcile my calendar working full-time with various dates/times/metro-Atlanta locations. I tried using the website, calling specific locations etc. and wasn't able to get what I wanted when I wanted the services. Long story short, finally asked repeatedly for a refund of my money. I was told I didn't use MY money within their specified time and thus I forfeited or rather they stole my money. I would NEVER recommend this location nor this company and they will be reported to Better Business Bureau. Absolutely unacceptable that a vendor would tell a customer that they have to spend their money within a certain time frame or the vendor will just keep the customers money. read more

I have never even heard of a crazier place. I got a gift certificate. When I tried to schedule an appointment, I was told I had to give a credit card which would not be charged unless I didn't show. I offered to give the gift certificate number and they said they could not schedule an appointment without a credit card?????? When you have a gift certificate. Don't ever, ever use this awful company. Who has ever heard of giving a credit card for a gift certificate. I would not go there if they paid me!!!! read more

My wife purchased a years worth of massages for me. You get extra gift cards when you do this. I went up to use a card along with a gift card that had an existing balance on it. Upon completion, I explained to the girl at the desk that I wanted to used the card with the balance first. The total cost of the services was $60.00 with tip. I gave her the card with a balance of $34.95 to be used first with the balance taken off a $75.00 card that I gave her. She screwed it up and could not understand how to do the math. She said that she would leave it for her boss to correct. I went back up the following week. They now were stating that they used it also for my wife's treatment at a later time which was not correct, and then they told me that I had been given the other card back at that time. She matched my personal preferences very well. She wasn't chatty and I LOVED that she didn't describe my facial shortcomings (slight broken capilaries on the apples and very fine lines). I've had facials in the past where I left feeling like my face looked horrible because of what was said (it doesn't). She has a very gentle touch. Great neck massage... like, really great. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I just moved down the street and was really hoping to move to this location out of convenience rather than driving to the windy hill location (which is PHENOMENAL btw). 1) staff: booking my appointment was super easy and they gave me a recommendation on therapist based on what I like. Pretty happy with this part of the process. 2) massage: I filled out the paperwork saying I like a deep tissue massage and have knots in my shoulders and upper back that require trigger point work and extra pressure to get them out. This is 100% the only reason I come. I was assured when booking my massage that this was Sadie's specialty and she gives an amazing deep tissue so I was excited to try it. We start the massage by her asking me what my breast implants do, whether they're there to make them bigger and if I get to keep my actual boobs. Excuse me, what? Ok. I roll with it, they're tits, I'm not offended. I ask her how long she's been massaging - 1 year but she probably should've done computers but she's very indecisive (her words not mine). 5 minutes into the massage I agree with her. It was the lightest weirdest massage I've ever had. She moved the sheets to massage my legs and basically fisted the covers into my crotch from the back and front which was super weird. It was also a super light massage. I wasn't mad at her, I felt like she was probably just inexperienced and needs more training. She was a nice lady, but now I need to book another massage back at windy hill to actually get my knots out because home girl up here just wanted to pet me. What really made me angry is that 3 people at the front desk recommended her to me for a deep tissue which makes me think they don't know what they're talking about or even worse, they do but knew she didn't have enough clients and she was available so they just put me with her. 3) checking out: no one at any point even asked me if I enjoyed my massage or wanted to come back or book my next appointment. I would've MUCH preferred to give my feedback in person, potentially save myself $78 for my 90 min massage, and NOT have to publicly say anything bad about the massage (again, she was a nice girl just inexperienced and deep tissue isn't her forte). Of all the Massage Envy's I've used, this location has the most talent by far. Shanti is amazing!!! Very intuitive and thorough. Always relieves those difficult spots. She can spend half the massage on my head, which if you've ever had a great head massage, you know can provide relief for your ENTIRE body! She's my go to! You read to the end. Called to find 2 appointments for a massage. After I calling 5 or 6 others this location had 2. I went to book them and was told I needed to put a card on file. I was in a resturant and did not want to read my card allowed. The person asked her manager if it was ok and she told her that as long as I called later that day I could book the appointments. I told her nevermind I would go into a corner and give it to her discretely. I did however wonder why I would need to leave a credit card when I am a member and have double digit massages saved up since I never stopped paying during the pandemic. I asked her to look it up for me. She said that my account was suspended. That did not register with me. She told me to call my home location. I asked if I could just pay and worry about the membership later because I did not want to lose the appointment. I was told no. I asked again because I had some many saved up that I could not image why this was happening. Fast forward, turns out there was fraud on my checking account that causded my June payment not to go through. The bank had closed my account and issued me a new card. I had to get in touch with the fraud dept to get my card reopened so that I could make the payment. You can imagine this took some time. Now when I call back to this location (about 30 mins later) they tell me the appointments are gone and they dont have anything until August. I asked for the owner and I get Julie. I am not happy and our conversation does not go well. I am walking so at first it may have sounded like yelling. I can tell you once she she began to tell me what I was saying was not true and ultimately calling me dishonest my voice did raise. Both of us kept respectly language both it was clear that she not happy either. Every time I said something it was about her hanging up or just having me talk to BH Crossing. So I began to speak in a whisper because anything else was yelling to her. She then told me when I wanted to speak to her like an adult I could call back. That was one of many insulting comments like that. At the end I asked to speak and was giving permission. Explained to her where my frustration was coming from and then she went completely silent. We got off the phone. I have never typed a review this long but customer seems to be the thing of the past. As I look at some other reveiws for this location I see I am not alone. I signed up for a monthly massage about 4 years ago. I was able to schedule perhaps 4-5 times over next several years... they always had a "therapist shortage" or other excuse. They asked me to reserve two weeks in advance.... I don't really know what I will be doing two weeks from now. I was told I had 30 credits saved up... I found out later it was 45... but I finally quit because I just couldn't get an appointment to work with my schedule. I don't approve of their business practices. As far as the therapists when I did get an appointment... just fine. Clean and neat. Receptionists were just fine. My only problem was with the manager... Julie... and the schedule. Very disappointing. I lost over $2500 in unused appointments. read more

The staff was pleasant and their online scheduling system was easy to use. However, I cannot recommend this location. The online scheduling system asks you to list your areas you'd like the massage to focus on. They also ask you again in person. I don't know why they would ask you more than once if they don't plan to use that information. read more

They were horrible and then kicked me out because I could not give the exact date of my last doctors appointment. Then they lied to their district manager saying I wouldn't answer questions about a medical condition. When they called me back they told me I was lieing and their therapist would never lie. i answered all their questions about my medical condition (which they are not legally allowed to ask according to HIPPA rules) and they said "you can just get yourself out of here". All i wanted was a relaxing massage but instead got grilled about the biggest stress in my like (my medical condition). Cried all day and got terribly ill by the way i was treated. I suffer from migraines and continual neck and back stress. My first time with Frankie this weekend and OMG, I am hooked. I've used other technicians and been to other locations so its truly a matter of who's available and timing. I have found my guy though and will come back to this location just for Frankie. I really need deep tissue and reflexology to manage the migraines so I try to come at least once a month, preferably twice. My 90 minute session on Sunday was so long over due, but therapeutic and relaxing. Really appreciate the professionalism of the staff for bookings and reminders. read more

I have been coming to this location for 2-plus years, and I can't speak highly enough about everything. I have never had a poor experience with any of my therapists and the front desk/management is always so warm and welcoming. It's a rare team that remembers your name and details about your life. It shows professionalism and a (seemingly) genuine interest in the well-being and comfort of their clients. Shannon is my go-to therapist, but she is nearly impossible to get in with due entirely to the great demand placed on her and several other heavily requested therapists. I feel that it's a testament to the hard-working staff that I'm almost always able to get in, and I know that if Julie (the clinic manager) or any of the front desk suggests someone, they will be as fabulous as advertised.
