I got the 60 min full body massage. At $55, I wasn't expecting greatness but was happy to settle for 'ok' for the price. That's what I got. I was really there for the reflexology because of plantar fasciitis. The foot massage was good, but he didn't go near my heels at all, just toes to mid-foot. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I asked if he would work on my heels, he said no... but in his defense I don't know that he understood me.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] So I didn't get what I came for. The back massage felt great and my only complaint is I wish there had been time for more. [[HIGHLIGHT]]If you want a basic massage and good foot massage, this is your place. If you need something specific... they aren't going to ask you what you need, and if you ask for what you need, you might not get it[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. Good foot massage, but they soak your feet for 10 minutes, which cuts down massage time. The water is also cold by then. I have been a regular customer for about 4 years at the Alpharetta location. Today I decided to drive 15 minutes longer and try the Dunwoody location. My husband and I decided to try a couples' reflexology appointment. We were seen on time. The bucket they brought to wash our feet only had hot water in it. No soap was used. The massage therapist used Vaseline, no lotion, on my legs and feet. With his rubber gloves, the entire hour felt like he was using a "Magic Eraser" on my legs. I have some very tender spots on shins. I had to repeatedly tell him he was hurting me. The other massage therapist said that she could never work on me because she is too strong, and I couldn't handle it. I've left with my legs greasy and in pain. My husband didn't enjoy his massage much either. About five hours after the massage, we noticed his feet were covered in bruises. We have had many, many massages and reflexology services over the years, and we have never ended up bruised and sore. I do not recommend Top Foot at all. read more

This location was extremely clean and the staff was very kind. Woody was exceptional. You could tell that he really enjoyed what he was doing. My daughter and I each had the one hour foot massage and they were excellent but hers was definitely more enjoyable than mine because I could see that he wanted to make sure she enjoyed the experience. My girl was OK but nothing out of the ordinary. She wound up cutting my massage short because I didn't get the shoulder massage instead of giving me extra time with my feet. read more

Came in to get a Foot massage. First time customer. went in optimistic, however was met with disappointment. Let me elaborate. To begin with , I sat down. A gentleman came in with a bucket full of hot water. Thought I was going to be able to soak my feet in it for at least five minutes, but not the case. I put my feet in a literal two seconds, then he proceeds to take my feet out, and walks away with the bucket. Then... He puts oil/ lotion on my legs not once, not twice (which is the average), but 6 times. throughout massage.. that made the massage a little slipper. Furthermore, the gentleman concentrated on my leg's about 90 percent of the time I was there. Plus, his technique when he massaged my feet was underwhelming. I could have received a better massage if I did my own feet myself. read more

I went for Mother's Day with my mom and cousin for a 1:30 appointment. It was clear at check in they weren't going to be on time but did the classic wait just 10 minutes. They don't have front desk staff so it was hard to get a clear answer of what was happening. After 15 minutes we checked again and was told just 2 more minutes to clean chairs, but no one had even left. They then blamed it on people being late before us. At 2 pm, which oddly seemed like the time a normal appointment would end, we got in. The guy who seemed to be managing the front desk and my massage, kept doing other things like getting towels for the other massage people while they were getting started. Our room was right off the lobby and we had to ask him to close the door. Several times during our massage he would start talking and laughing with the other staff. The massage didn't have much flow and at times was almost jarring. My cousin felt hers was just ok also. She said the woman needed more massage lotion as a lot of time it felt like her skin was pulling. My mom did enjoy hers. The place was clean and has the potential to be pleasant but I would not recommend it or go back. read more
