Parking is ample, it's next to fitness studios in Mueller area. I checked in 15 minutes early anticipating paperwork. The seating area is spacious. Not spa-like but still nice. The products are thoughtfully picked out and the front desk woman was knowledgeable, friendly and while she presented products/packages/deals, she wasn't pushy about it. I made this appointment based on a mailer i got to check them out for 1 hour for $29.99. They have early and late appointments (7PM!) My masseuse, Susie, was kind and wanted me to feel comfortable. It was a nice swedish style massage, she addressed the information i provided on the form and i added hot stones. She checked in periodically to make sure the pressure was to my liking and she focused on areas i requested and the hot stones were very nice, Susie utilized them more than other masseuses i've experienced. I think she could work on smoothness in that the best massages i've had, i felt like the masseuse never let up the massaging and i felt like their hands never left a part of my body but I think that lies in the technique of how to start and end the massaging of right leg to go to left leg, etc. Felt very relaxed leaving. Brittany answered and was the sweetest and most helpful. She scheduled my appointment and provide lots of information regarding the business. My sister booked me a 60 min deep massage plus the hot stone "elevation" with Jessica and it was hands down the best massage I've ever had! She was so fluid in working out knots and knowing the right spots to target in my joints and spine. After the massage she walked me to the front and discussed my problem areas. I can definitely see her being my long-term masseuse! The only downside was an awkward and lengthy sales pitch by the front desk at checkout for the monthly membership. I was so relaxed after my massage the last thing I wanted was to stand for 10-15 min at the checkout counter discussing different (and pricy $110/month) memberships. read more

Since I live close to Massage Heights, I would like to say they are the best massage I've ever had. They aren't, but in all fairness, I've had a LOT of massages. The massages were good enough that I bought a year's subscription, which makes the massages very affordable. Ashley was my Esthetician for my FIRST ever facial and it was the best experience! I was a little hesitant about a facial since I had never had one before, but she was amazing at making everything feel very comfortable. I bought massages for my in-laws here and added tip to the amount I prepaid. When my in-laws came in the lady at the desk prompted them to leave a tip for the massages even though there were notes in the system showing tip was already taken care of. So they got tipped twice. Called multiple times and received no help in refunding my in-laws their tip since I didn't want them to be out any money at all for this. At this point I don't care about the money, but it's the principle of it all. I keep getting told they can't refund me because the system won't allow it, but how is that my problem? read more

This is the second time I have visited Massage Heights and the second time my massage did not live up to expectations. I booked a full body massage and told my therapist areas to focus on and he didn't work on half of my body. I also added one of the upgrades for a foot scrub which was 15 minutes of lightly coating on my feet with virtually no feet massage. Probably won't try again. read more

Best massage I've received in Austin - by FAR. Yesterday was my first time visiting Massage Heights, and it was the only time I have ever booked a follow up appointment at a salon. I was able to book a same-day appointment at 6 pm, which is very convenient since I work during the day. Raphael made sure to ask what I was looking for as well as my preferences, and he made sure I knew I was in control of my session. He did such an amazing job - I've never had anyone listen to my needs EXACTLY and he provided the perfect amount of pressure for my deep tissue massage.
