I received one of their introductory 1 hour Swedish massage for a steal of $49.99 + gratuity. The place was very clean and modern. Initially they ask you to fill out some paperwork and also opt out of areas of your body you find off limits. The therapist was calming and pleasant. The space was clean with dim lights, warm clean sheets, and soothing music. I also had the option of lavender or eucalyptus aromatherapy which was complimentary. I opted for eucalyptus which consisted of just three sprays into my nose. I didn't smell it in the pillow or anywhere else. The music was soothing, but I wish they offered a choice...sure the new age hippy crap music is all the rage, but personally I'd have preferred the sound of the ocean or something to the effect. Not Yanni. The therapist was not that great at all. She identified some areas (my neck and shoulders) that needed major work, but she didn't apply nearly enough pressure to do anything. I felt like she just kind of rushed through everything. She did attempt to get a knot from under my right shoulder blade which felt like this just got real and I am really in Hostel 4. It felt like torture. There are better techniques for getting knots out, just sayin'. You get what you pay for, for sure! At the front they try to upsell on you pretty aggressively on their monthly membership, but considering my underwhelming experience I shot that down real quick. I did not feel any benefit from that massage at all. I might have just gotten unlucky with the masseuse I was assigned. read more

Decent Massage Place. I've had 7+ massage from here. I'm a member because my work will compensate me for massages. I really like the private rooms and heated massage table. I wish the music was loader and something other than Native American wind instruments. Some Spanish Guitar would be awesomely relaxing. Most of the time you'll get a good to great massage. The best "elevation" is the hot stone treatment. The foot scrub is just them rubbing salt scrub on your foot for about three minutes. The face massage only last about two minutes. The staff is super nice and friendly. They do make you feel like they want your business. The waiting room is a bit small but comfortable. read more

My friend and I came here last month after a long drive from Los Angeles and two very hard nights of partying. I called them at 1 pm and was able to get two appointments an hour later. Awesome. I get massages often and am very, very picky. I only love deep, deep pressure (elbows, forearms, and knees preferred), and I prefer a female. Luckily, they had that available for me. We arrived 10 minutes early (which is always suggested) and they had us fill out intake forms, which is similar to something you would fill out in a doctor's office. It asks for your health history and also has a body diagram that you can place circles or X's on areas that you want your therapist to avoid or focus on. Some might find this bothersome but I actually appreciated it because I don't like a general full body massage. I like more focus on my back and legs and concentration on my upper back. After filling out your intake form, they show you to the restroom. The facilities are very nice. Earth tones, high ceilings, tall doors, dim lighting, and soft music. Everything was clean, too. Your therapist meets you out in the lobby and brings you back to your own room (there are 8 or 9 rooms), where you disrobe. My therapist was Milli (I believe that's her name). She was EXCELLENT. I cannot express how awesome she is! She gave excellent pressure on all the right places. I spent the last two days walking around in heels and spent all night dancing, so my legs, feet, and the right side of my hip was very sore. She was able to fix all of that and relieve some big, troublesome knots in my back, with the perfect pressure, sometimes it was even too much pressure (I can handle a lot. I have my boyfriend, who weighs 172 pounds, step up and down my back). She's also a very spiritual person who read my energy, and she was pretty spot on. I loved her so much that I drove back the next week from LA just to bring my brother (a rugby player) and my uncle (workout fanatic) to see her. Rave reviews there too. I enjoy going to get a massage. I have been with the same therapist for over a year so really always have a great experience. The price is great even when you upgrade to a 90 minute. I do skip the elevations as they really don't appeal to me. I.e hot stones, scents. My 4 stars is really about the front desk people. Sometimes you get a reminder call sometimes you don't. There are several times where they like their conversation better than helping me set up my next appointment or even paying. My tip to everyone, find a a therapist you like and stick with them. As my luck would have it I was paired with a very young girl, who probably graduated from massage school yesterday. She was very nice but so NOT qualified to get paid to give massage! I cant even believe the horrible business practices here. I was a member for about 4 years, paid my dues and had many many months of unused massages built up. I recently move and they refuse to cancel my acct. i contacted them about cancelling, first I was promised it would be canceled. The second time they said they would email me a form which they never did. The third time I was very mad and they finally emailed me a form which I sent back immediately. And now they continue to charge my card. Now I've had to spend a couple hours canceling my car and filing fraud charges just to get it to stop. I had a massage here from Mario yesterday afternoon. I called for an appointment about 1.5 hours before to schedule a 90 minute massage. I had just stepped off of a long haul flight and was in complete pain. Once I got there, I filled out the intake form. Unfortunately, I'm transient due to my profession. I filled out all my intake form with my international address and phone number. My therapist seemed like he just did not want to be there. He never checked about the pressure and the massage seemed "rushed" and not "relaxing" at all. I felt because maybe I was not local and not buying into a package series, that they just wanted my money. I There was nothing warm or friendly about this place. At moments it was just plain painful. Once I got home, I was in more pain than I was before I went to this place. I should have not gone here. It was a complete waste of $99.00. I regret this place and the massage I got, including the service. I would not even rate it one star---that's a bit generous. read more

Ahhhh, I love massages! Massage heights did not disappoint. They have a $39.99 introductory rate that includes free aroma therapy, they also have what looks like a good membership package. They did try to sell me on this but it was an easy no for me since I have a membership else where. Take note, if you sign up the day of your introductory massage they waive the $40 enrollment fee. To this I say, while the membership is appealing overall - an enrollment fee? You've got to be kidding me. It has a quiet relaxing waiting room and very comfortable massage tables. Rich was my masseuse and he gave me a wonderful deep tissue massage. He was very professional and promoted a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Whatever you do, do not sign up for one of the memberships! There was a period of time a couple years ago where I was using their service frequently enough and despite the negative reviews about the membership, I decided to sign up and see for myself. Well boy was I wrong, should have listened. Due to an injury, I was using my membership less often and had to skip for several months. When I inquired with Management on my options, they are hesitant to cancel, and stated that if I did, I'd lose the banked massages in my account (makes no sense). They suggested I temporarily suspend my membership until I caught up. So when trying to do that, I have had no success. I'm constantly told a manager that can authorize it is unavailable. Ive tried emails, phone calls, and showing up in person with no luck. This has been going on since 2019! I've recently also tried to make an appointment to start using some of my banked massages I have and am still being charged for, but no one answers the phone when calling to make an appointment! Very disappointing and very poor management at this location. I am now having to look for other solutions to solve this issue. I've also had someone walk into my room during a massage once, as well as been assigned to a room where my masseuse opened the door into someone else's massage. Safety concerns are just unacceptable in a massage parlor. Beware. Look elsewhere for your massage services as there is no customer service at this location. read more

I have been a member for 2years. It's a nice clean place with good massage therapists & bad therapists, like anywhere else. I have found my therapists, i need a heavy hand & deep tissue doesn't cut it for me. the only downfall is the paper thin walls & the badly trained support staff. At least they got rid of the perfume aka aromatherapy that they used to have outside in the waiting area. I am so glad I did... The massage had me so relaxed that I was drooling and snoring on the table. The place does work on memberships so they will try to sell you on that after your massage, but the basic package is $50 a month and includes a massage so its not all that expensive ($39 is the rate for every massage after the included- $80 for non members) I am going to bring my Fiancee back when she gets home as we may be signing up... Why would anyone want to go here?? Most of their therapists don't know the meaning of massage. Massage means listening to the client and holding continuous contact with their body as you massage them. Is that too much to ask? Must be. I had a couple of halfway decent massages there from a woman named Christina. Then I went and had another one that was so so with an unnamed therapist and then I had Alisa on Tuesday July 27th. At that time I expressed my extreme displeasure with her and asked to book for today, August 17th with Christina. It was an 8pm appt and I was there around 750 and even when I checked in I said my name and that I had an appt with Christina. No worries. I sit and wait and presently a woman comes out, don't know her name and we walked to the room and I say I asked for Christina. She said no problem and we walk back to the front. Then this young lady tells me I made an appt today at 2pm - that is what Roxana put in the computer. I did not call to change and certainly did not book with this other person. I still have the text message where I had an appt since I was there on July 27 for this appt on August 17th. Of course she can do nothing, no manager on duty. She would relay the info to them and have them call me. I asked for an addl 30 minutes for free for the screwup. Again she can do nothing. Not authorized to make such a decision. I booked with Christina for this coming Saturday at 2pm. Hopefully there will be no screwups like tonight. The crazy thing is I am a massage therapist myself and I know what a good massage is. I don't beat people up with deep tissue. My massage will have your body feeling like jello and most likely put you to sleep. I don't like deep tissue and I never do deep tissue massages. Stay away from this place and for God's sake don't get roped into their year long thing. I wish I hadn't. Maybe I can find a better massage in another place. I know it can't be any worse. Too bad the school on Windmill and Eastern closed 2 years ago. At least I had students who were eager to please instead of someone who won't listen. So this is a new establishment for me, I'm constantly looking for new spas or places to get a massage. When I walked in here the atmosphere was calming and a feeling of being welcomed. They serve a lot of military which personally I absolutely love. They also work on a membership basis, which I was a little hesitant about, but learned it's only $50 a month one massage per month, and it can roll over. VS the $100-$150 you end up spending elsewhere, or even as a day by day basis at this clinic. So personally that's an awesome deal, and I had April as my first therapist. OMG that woman is a miracle worker, she feels out your muscles and sees what needs work. Her alone is a reason to go here. But the staff is friendly and amazing at what they do. This was my first visit to a Massage Heights location and I purchased a Groupon for a 90 minute massage. I called and made an appointment for the following day (a Sunday), there were no issues with availability and the staff was friendly. Check in was easy. My massage was with Tod and must say that he is one of the most skilled massage therapists I've ever had! I told him about my issues and he was able to focus on the areas that have been giving me a lot of pain in recent weeks. I went to a Chiropractor a few days prior and that just made things worse. I was ready to go get an Xray and see a Rheumatologist, because something was seriously wrong. Not only did the massage get me to relax and unwind, but all my agonizing pain is finally gone! Had my second appointment with Carmelita today, what a gifted masseuse! There is no "going through the motions" with her. You can certainly tell she's aware of areas that need to be worked more than others and makes sure to get those muscles released that need it the most (vs. just moving from area to area like some others' tend to do). Do yourselves a huge favor and get on her schedule....you'll not regret it. I have been a member for a number of years. Called to make an appointment today. I was told that because I had been out of state for the past 30 days, that I would not be able to get a massage for 30 days. This was the "owners decision". Of course, during lock down, they were still charging monthly fees, and now because a trip outside Nevada, I will still pay for services that I can't use. This is especially stupid as Nevada is in the top 50% of new cases. I don't need to leave the state, I can just go outside and suffer a greater risk in getting infected than most states. What's next?
