I called Massage Heights at Pine Ridge Monday, Jan 10 about 2:15pm to book an appointment and ask for the Groupon rate, which is $59 for an hour massage. Reggie told me that their rates had gone up and that it would have to be $69. I told her that the rate on the groupon page was $59 and asked her to ask a manager. She then proceeded to hang up on me. I booked the groupon rate through groupon and called back to book an appointment. Again, Reggie answered the phone. I asked if I could book an appointment one night this week after 5pm, she told me that they had something open on Tuesday at 5:30pm with a male therapist. When I asked his name, she told me all it says is male and could not give me the person's name! This is BS as I have been here before and the person at the desk knows who is available for appointments. As I proceeded to book the appointment for Tuesday, she told me that since I had used a groupon back in Aug, I could not use it. I asked to speak with a manager, she told me that there were no managers there. I asked for the name of the manager, she said there are several managers. I asked again for a name, she said she was not able to give out that information! It is a shame they have someone answering their phones delighting in abysmal customer service. read more

My friend and I each booked a 90 minute massage -- with very different experiences. For mine, 90 minutes meant 70 minutes of massage. Her massage was "very good" and mine was good but disappointing. Neither of us would recommend it to others. read more

Massage Heights offers what Massage Envy lacks, customer service. The owner is on site often and is always interested to know about your experience. He stops short at nothing to make sure you are walking away satisfied. Twice, he has blown my mind on how much he cares about his business. The aromatherapy is always included, the spa is more upscale, the experience is definitely much better. They have great hours of operation, plenty of available skilled therapists and ample parking. read more

Massage Heights is awesome! The spa is brand new and fresh and clean. The front desk staff is so friendly and helpful and appointments are easy to make on the phone. The massage tables are very cushy and comfortable and my massage was amazing. My massage therapist really took time to find out what areas I was having pain in and he really concentrated on those areas. Try adding the hot stones - it was great. Can't wait for my next massage! Massage heights won me over! Coming from a place of stress I used to get acupressure done 2-3 times a week. Since I've moved to Florida my only stress really is from lifting weights. Rita was my massage therapist today and she not only did a GREAT job working on the tension areas.. she also showed me 3 follow up stretches to do daily to reduce the strains! After the session I wanted to see what types of packages they offer.. alot... I ended up buying a membership. One massage a month OR.. you can get a facial! If you want to do both each month there's a package for that but you have the option to pay an additional low rate to get both done in the same month. I found the staff to be the friendliest I've encountered. I could have stayed and chatted with them all day! My boyfriend and I came here during our vacation to Naples. I was searching for a place with good reviews that was set at a reasonable price. I was kind of hesitant at first because although it had great reviews, there was only 4 at the time. We took the he chance and boy, was it worth it! From the moment we walked in we were greeted with kindness. We did the couples massage with Nancy and Rita. They were both awesome, whether you are someone like me who does not like deep tissue massage, or someone like my boyfriend who basically likes getting his muscles ripped off, they met both our needs. They overcharged my bank account. And on top of that the massage wasn't even as long as it should have been. It was supposed to be for 1 hour and 30 minutes but she stopped after 1 hour and 10 minutes. I will never go back to this location. The location in Fort Myers is amazing. read more

I've had 4 massages here and the first 3 were great but today was different. Deanna had decent technique but she blew her nose at least 10 times and was heavy mouth breathing which was gross. She also did the whole massage on a stool. When she was at the head of the bed, she would smash my head when she reached for my lower back. Very unpleasant experience. read more

I am a believer in massage therapy now after working with The therapists at Massage Heights. I had an injury from not warming up or stretching before a benefit 5K. Everyone told me I probably injured my lower back, however the pain did not come from there. I opted not to spends $$$$ on X-rays , doctors and steroid injections and went to have a massage, mind you this is not typical for me as it was only my 2nd ever massage. Will was my therapist and I described my issue and he did some simple assessments with pressure points and such and said he felt it was coming from my piriformis. He worked with me for an hour and then showed me exercise / stretches I should do. He totally got me to the right place and within 2 weeks I was pain free. So needless to say I now understand the benefits of massage therapy. I have had three therapists there Eileen, Will and today Amy. What a great place with professionals that really know their profession. read more

I booked an appointment for myself and my daughter after seeing a sign on the window promoting an introductory one hour special for $49 but I got a much shorter massage!!! A shame because we were so looking forward to relaxing rather than being mistreated. Upon arrival, we were asked to fill out paperwork and were also given a diagram where you would circle any areas you want the massage therapist to focus on. I thought that was great!! We arrived a few minutes to 6pm and they took my daughter about 10 minutes after, and I was left to wait a little longer until my massage therapist came out to get me and showed me to my room. She told me to undress(which I did in 30 secs as I was in a sundress) and climb in. I looked at my iPhone for the exact time just as I climbed in and it was 6:19pm. During the massage, the technique not very good but still relaxing, and I began wondering if she was going to get to the areas of focus I had circled which were my left shoulder area, and feet but I didn't say anything because we still had plenty of time left and I figured she had a system. I was super surprised when she leaned over at 7:04 and said the massage was all done. Speechless. She was very nice, and I was instructed to get dressed and go out. At the check out counter, (Jill?) asked how it was and I told her I was surprised it was cut short. She sharply insisted it wasn't. I told her my iPhone time was 6:19 at the start and the end time 7:04. If you do the math..... I expressed disappointment because the sign said one hour massage and we came in because of that and the massage was short. She was quickly defensive, argumentative and insisted a "one hour massage means 50 minutes of hands on time". Still, I didn't even receive 50 minutes. I received 45 minutes of "hands on time". The biggest turn off was her dismissal of my experience and her jumping into a sales pitch for a membership!!!! I paid for our massages, tipped both therapists and thought never again. My daughter's massage therapist had a great technique and she might go back to see her again. read more
