Husband and I came in for massages as we haven't gotten one in awhile. Both had 90 min. massage (deep tissue & swedish) with an upgrade. The receptionist is very friendly & informative about what to expect from the service. My husband added on the CBD spot treatment and I chose the foot scrub as it's half off your first time. Both our massage therapists were very friendly & kind! My massage was overall alright, I felt the massage didn't have much of a flow and lackluster. More frequent hands off time getting lotion than I'm used to and the consistency of the massage was different from left to right. The feet scrub was ok, there was a lot of it left on my feet after the massage lol. Otherwise the pressure was good. My husband said his massage was also just alright and felt a bit "choppy". The massage therapist told him to relax multiple times but given my husband has a labor intensive job, his body is tense & knotted naturally which he wanted worked on. Price is I think is average for the area but felt "high" based on the quality of service. I am not usually a fan of corporate massage centers, I find them impersonal and inflexible. However, I have been a membership client here for several months now and I've had nothing but awesome experiences. My therapist is Brenda, and she is very skilled. I had one of the best massages experiences with her and now I see her regularly. She worked on some tight muscles in my neck which provided significant relief and improved my range of motion. No one else has achieved that. I had emergency nasal reconstruction surgery that left me unable to receive massage for a block of time. The staff worked with my recovery timeline, and helped me shift all my appointments so nothing was lost and I was going to receive the best care once I was able to come back. The staff here is always very friendly and helpful. I'm grateful for their kindness. Lastly, I have never once been pressured to purchase additional services, products, or packages. I receive recommendations based on my personal needs, and I have never felt uncomfortable declining them if I'm not interested or it's not in budget. I like that they offer, because I find the add-ons beneficial, but I don't want to be sold for the sake of sales. read more

I made an appointment for today and, even though I did not feel comfortable getting out in the -8° weather and icy roads, I didn't want to cancel last minute because I felt that would be disrespectful. So I made my way to Massage Heights Thornton and checked in with the front desk. I am immunocompromised, so to protect myself from catching anything from someone else, I wear an N95 with a good seal. The massage therapist, Desiree, called my name, and took me into the massage room. We talked about the areas I wanted to focus on and she left the room to let me get undressed and onto the table. After lying there for quite some time, I looked at the clock and saw I'd been laying there for over 10 minutes waiting for her to return. A few minutes later, another woman (I believe her name was Paulina) came in to tell me that since I was "sick" the massage therapist did not feel comfortable working on me because she is immunocompromised. I told the woman I was not sick; that I wear a mask because I am also immunocompromised. She then told me that the massage therapist said I had the flu and she did not feel comfortable working on me! I asked the woman what my massage therapist's name was, and she refused to tell me, claiming that she "didn't remember". She left the room and came back a few minutes later confirming that my massage therapist insisted that I have the flu and she did not want to work on me. That my massage had been canceled and I would not be charged. I got dressed, and as I was walking out into the lobby, the young woman at the front desk had the audacity to ask if I wanted to reschedule!!! I said no thank you and left. Sitting in the car in front of the shop, I decided to call to confirm the names of the women I had been talking with. I was literally looking at the girl sitting at the counter, not on the phone, no other clients in the entire place, but she would not answer my phone call. Over an hour later, I called again, and was able to confirm their names. I could not believe that Desiree flat out LIED. What blatant discrimination against me simply for trying to protect myself from COVID, flu, RSV and all sorts of other illnesses prevalent after the holidays! read more

I was then brought back to my room by my masseuse. The room was very calming. My masseuse was ok. I could've used more pressure on my massage but it was good. This place is professional and friendly. Anna is wonderful and I'd give Anna a 5 star review. The massage was great... I was asked how the pressure was and informed to let them know if I wanted it changed. I feel relaxed afterwards. The front desk is where it went wrong. They wouldn't honor a $25 Promo Card I have. They stated twice "That can't be used for gratuity." I said okay, no problem, please take it off the massage total (I paid $184 and of that $60 was the tip). Again, they stated it couldn't be used for gratuity and then when I pushed them again, they finally said it could only be used for add-on's. I said that would've been good to know - I would've added something on then. I looked at the back of the card and it says absolutely nothing like that. I stated that and they both just sat there in silence. I used my other $25 Promo Card last time on my massage just fine. Also, my husband said when he got my gift card with the 2 Promo Cards he was told they were just like gift cards. I'll be going elsewhere in the future. DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABILISHMENT. My fiancé went to this establishment and was groped during her massage by a man named Kevin (Asian with a pony tail). She called me right her massage after and was very upset. She wanted to complain to the front desk, but he stood with her at the check out to make sure she didn't say anything. I personally called Massage Heights (very upset) and asked to talk to a manager. After an HOUR I never heard back so I called back. At which time I was told we would be refunded but again, no call back. So great, she doesn't have to pay to be SA by a massage but at least she got refunded. Finally, I did get a call from a manager after my SECOND call and threatened to do this post and she was angry with me for being upset. SHE ACTUALLY GO MAD A ME FOR BEING UPSET! She even told me that the only way she could fire the guy is if my fiancé would meet with a third party company to make it official. So let me get this straight, you allow your employees to SA someone and the only way to get them removed is to make them go through more inappropriate questioning. Everybody is wearing mask and everything is clean. Everybody was very professional. My therapist was name Rutger. Very professional and friendly again. Massage Heights is a no frills massage studio, but it's everything you need to relax and enjoy a little pampering. I received a gift card for my birthday, so I booked a 90 minute massage and thoroughly enjoyed every single minute. My therapist was extremely knowledgeable about all the muscles and really worked through all the tension I carry in my back and neck. Of course, they ask you to join the monthly massage membership when you check-out. It's not a bad deal, and I would consider it if I knew I would get there every month. As much as I love massages, time isn't always on my side when it comes to "me time". I'd recommend this for a massage for sure! read more

So sad to write this review. I really loved the service and the massage therapists are absolutely wonderful. I called on 11/17 to cancel my membership as I needed to reallocate those funds to send my son on a trip to Europe as I am on a limited income. The receptionist stated a final payment would have to be made, which I agreed to and that payment was made on 11/17. I then had 90 days to use my credits. I made an appt for 11/24. At this appt I cancelled my membership and we discussed that no more payments would be made oand clarified that I had 90 days to use my credits. Well shame on me for not reading the fine print and shame on the receptionist for not stating that really an additional payment would have to be made. Imagine my surprise when on 12/15 an autodraft payment came out of my account and over drawing my acct as I had already allocated these funds to my sons trip, not to mention it is Christmas time and on a limited budget I account for every penny I make. I called to talk to someone and whomever picked up the phone stated that indeed the contract stated another payment had to be made. I explained that I didn't understand but she wouldn't budge as I had signed the co Tracy but shame on me for not reading the fine print but shame on the company too. I asked to speak to the owner and she stated that she would forward my info, but stated the owner would not budge either. I'm very unhappy and just days before Christmas will have to come up with more money. I intended to renew my membership after my sons trip was paid for but I think not now. I went in there for a massage. I was going to get an hour massage and received a 30 minute massage. The massage was only mediocre. The staff was rude. The massage therapist only massage my arms for about 15 minutes and my upper back for 15 minutes. Sat there and talk to me for 30 minutes before my appointment charged me for a full hour. When I contacted the manager. Shawna. She did nothing about it. She did not give me a refund or anything. Staff is unprofessional and I would never recommend this place to anyone. Booked an appointment here today 6/24/23 at 1:30pm for a 60 minute massage with dynamic cupping add on. Received my confirmation email and was on my way to my appointment when I get a call at 1:07pm. I answered thinking they would be calling to confirm my appointment since it started in 20 minutes. At this point I was about 5-7 minutes away from arriving. The individual who called me then advised me that there was a "glitch" with their booking site and they did not have availability for my appointment time as the massage therapist who was supposed to be performing my services had left and they couldn't get in touch with her. They offered to change my appointment to a later time or the following day, but I have prior commitments and am unavailable which was why I booked my appointment for the time and date that worked for me. The brief experience was incredibly unprofessional! I think the part that irks me the most is that they called me 5 minutes before I was supposed to check in for my appointment. My massage experience was a bit disappointing. I had one specific spot I wanted to be worked on, but it was worked around the entire time. I kept waiting for the spot to be worked on (on my back), but I was then told to turn over before the spot was even touched. I reminded the therapist that I wanted this spot focused on, and they worked on it for about 3 minutes before telling me my time was up. I paid for a 60 minute massage, but started about 5 minutes late and ended about 5 minutes early. All in all a fairly disappointing experience. Massage heights actually called me today 12-6-22. To tell me about buying gift cards. Before I could tell the woman that my fiancée had a horrible massage there the woman said ok and didn't wish to talk anymore. Ok that's fucking rude. Not only did this location have a rude person working you also have a rude massage therapist who was way to rough. When someone goes in and says they don't want a deep tissue massage and instead leaves my partner feeling worse then when they came in that's a red flag to me. Don't waste your time here. read more

I had a pretty bad experience with a deep tissue massage. I spoke with the massage therapist (Daisy) before we started and stated what I liked and didn't like. I asked her twice during the massage to go a little easier, it got to a point where I even had to tell her a couple time "that hurts", she didn't let up. It was like she didn't listen to anything I said before we started. I worked in spas for almost 15 years, have had hundreds of massages and this was the worst experience I have ever had. There was way too much elbow involved on very sensitive areas (spine and neck). I was also supposed to get a foot scrub during my massage, that just never happened. I wasn't greeted at all once we were finished, or told what I should be doing post massage (which is what should normally happen). My entire body hurt the next day, and not a good hurt like a normal deep tissue massage. My body felt sore and bruised. There were even more issues than mentioned in this review. I called a few days ago to speak with the manager before I left a review to express my issues and concerns and was told I would get a call back that day or the day after, I never heard back at all. Pretty disappointed after my husband spent a lot of money on this gift for me with such high hopes due to good reviews (maybe I just got unlucky with my massage therapist). I would think they would want feedback and to make it right. read more

The gentleman making our appointment was friendly, fun, personable, & overall great to talk with. Upon arriving, I wasn't just given a tablet or paperwork to fill out, I had the same gentlemen (can't rem his name) sit down with me to fill out the questionnaire & explain things. Great customer service & again, very personable. I had my massage with Amit who was great to work with & listened to what my issues were. I have so much tension in my shoulders I really needed that to be my focus area. He ended up working on my lower back as well & was able to relieve some of the pain I had in the sciatic area. He does a great deep tissue massage & I ended up getting a membership so that I didn't wait too long in between massages. Great first visit and looking forward to my next. Very high turnover, I cancelled my membership due to this reason and was unhappy with quality of massages. I had to try to cancel multiple times b/c each time I spoke to someone they told me it was all taken care of, then I would get charged again. It was very difficult to cancel, and they were not friendly during the process. I had a baby in August and I desperately needed a massage for some me time and relaxation (and get some kinks out of my shoulders from holding the baby). I heard about Massage Heights because I had a circular on my door this past summer I saved it because I was pregnant at the time. I booked a two hour massage and because I was the first timer the introductory rate couldn't be beat at $119 for two hours! My massage was awesome I will definitely be going back. Something really cool about this place is that their bed has a breast recession so if you have bigger boobies you can lower it to fit your comfort, I've never seen this before, it was so cool and definitely made my massage super comfortable. read more

I had a 90 Minute Custom Massage with Colin. It was truly one of the best deep tissue massages I have ever been on the receiving end of. The following day, yo my surprise, there was absolutely no pain or discomfort. I will share that I had mixed feelings during the earlier part of the session, but I trusted his professional judgement, and he exceeded my expectations.
